Hard Smoke BBQ

I don't how to express how awesome Hard Smoke BBQ is for making our wedding so great. We found these guys while searching for a caterer for our wedding and they were top notch! 1. The Food The food is honestly the best BBQ I've ever had. For the tasting, they came to our home and set up eveything from plates, napkins, utensils, drinks, and atmosphere. No joke - they transport you to your wedding day so you know what to expect the day of. I don't know what sorcery they put in their Texas mac n cheese, but OMG it is to die for! The brisket was so tender, flavorful and so so yummy! I usually dont like the chicken from BBQ places as it tends to be dry but this was no where near the case with Hard Smoke. It was perfect and tender! Each individual side dish was on point. The baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, etc were so freaking good. You know how usually there's that side dish that no one touches? That will not happen here! I can't even count the number of people who complimented the food at our wedding. I had several out of town guests trying to figure out ways to get Hard Smoke to send them food haha Chef James, you're a genius! 2. Professional and Dedicated Like I mentioned, the tasting was thorough and detailed. Terry handles the business side and during the tasting, she presented their background, how the food is prepared and how guests will experience the food. You can tell they are truly passionate about what they do. She is organized and quickly responded to our needs. We had an outdoor wedding and we had lots of insects swarming around near guests before the ceremony. Without hesitation, Hard Smoke went the extra mile and took care of the situation without any of us knowing! The only way I found out was way after the wedding when an uncle told me about how impressed he was with our vendor. Book these guys! You won't regret it! TLDR; Hard Smoke BBQ is all around the best. I am definitely hiring them again for future events.
