were perfect. The photos are incredible and everyone looks amazing. Kristen met with us and listened to our vision for capturing our day. I was a little self conscious about not wanting "getting ready" pictures and not wanting my hair and makeup done professionally. Kristen validated this and I love how I look in the photos. If you are a no/low makeup bride and nervous about how the photos will look, you will look amazing in Kristen's photos. Kristen was so organized and made sure to get the shots we asked for! Our day was very community and family oriented and it came through in the pictures. They captured our loved ones being themselves. We felt so loved at our wedding and we feel that love from our community when looking at the photos. Kristen and Toby did an amazing job capturing the details that we spent the day before setting up! Also some (maybe awkward) financial details, but they're details that would have helped me hire Kristen sooner. Kristen's prices are high compared with some other photographers, but she absolutely charges what her work is worth. When hiring her, you are not just buying pictures but also paying for an incredibly professional, dependable, and lovely person and her team. I was never stressed or anxious that I would hate the photos or that we wouldn't get the photos back; that peace of mind was amazing and worth spending money on. We did not have a huge budget for our wedding and photography was our biggest single expense and ended up being about 25% of our budget. The portal Kristen uses is easy to use and she accepts credit card payment without additional fees which was very convenient. We have absolutely no regrets, we would hire Kristen again and again and will treasure the pictures for the rest of our lives!! How freaking cool!!

One of our photo locations was downtown Cleveland under the midday sun in July and she still managed to capture soft, lovely portraits.
