nd happiness on a chaotic and stressful wedding day. Out of all of the vendors we used I would pick Becky over and over again. She is truly a light and made sure that I felt seen and heard. She is such a cool and interesting person and had so much fun with my entire wedding party. We talked like old friends the entire day (yes, she was with us from early in the morning until right before our wedding). She is worth every single dollar that we spent. She is incredibly welcoming and kind and I feel as though I’ve know her my whole life. So grateful to her and tbh one of the happiest memories that day (I guess I got married or whatever haha).

She was personable and attentive and got ideas of what I was going for. I had a hair and makeup trial and Becky oversaw everything (she was not available for my wedding day). Becky was ALWAYS easy to reach and responsive. She followed up with everything. On my wedding day, Indira (makeup) and Jessica (hair) were punctual and professional. They finished all 11 of us (bride, MOB, now MIL, and 8 bridesmaids) on time, and that was such a huge stress relief. They were able to work with all of us to help us achieve the looks we wanted and addressed any requests with awesome attitudes. We all loved our final look and felt absolutely beautiful! whole process not knowing what I wanted for my hair and makeup, and not really having any sort of experience with either (my hair was in a pixie cut for years and the extent of my weekly makeup is mascara...maybe twice...) Becky wasn't fazed and put up with me changing my mind (and reference photos) about 65 times, and was willing to go out of her way to help me find the perfect hairstyle - even hand-dying extensions to match my very purple hair. She also put up with my very sensitive eyes while actually doing my makeup, and was patient as we had to stop several times until my eyes stopped leaking (by no fault of hers, I just have sensitive eyes). She was also willing to travel to where we were getting ready - even though the location changed a couple times due to unforseen circumstances last minute. When she did the "big reveal", I was in genuine shock. I've never felt more beautiful than I did in that moment. She had taken my discombobulated ideas, like "i don't want a poofy style" and "I don't want it to look TOO messy, but not military-style either", and made it into exactly what I didn't even know I needed. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. She does amazing work.

omeone that may not have time to schedule hair/make-up trials before your wedding, I can confidently tell you that choosing Hardt You More is the way to go. I didn’t really see the need of doing a “trial” because of how professional and confident Becky is, and rightly so! All I did was send over concept photos for myself, and my wedding party was able to make their own requests for hair and makeup day of. Every one of our bridesmaids came out GLOWING and feeling beautiful. Even my friends who don’t often see themselves as beautiful could not deny that they looked amazing. Just seeing my dear friends light up was enough to make my entire day. Of course, getting my hair and makeup done also made me feel so confident, and there was not a crease in my makeup for the whole event. Our hair and makeup stayed put throughout a sudden rainstorm and high winds, and you seriously can’t tell that the weather was terrible because we all looked so put together in the pictures 😂 We also booked two short hair stylings for my brother and wife, just so they could be included and feel pampered. All in all, Becky communicated so well with our wedding planner and myself, she set expectations early and managed to exceed them 100x over. So basically stop debating if you should book and do it!

She made us all look stunning for our wedding day and the looks we all wanted to feel comfortable and beyond beautiful. Super attentive and personable, it was a pleasure getting to know them as we sat to get ready. We all don’t ‘get glam’ often so this was a really big treat. She listended while I bumbled through my ‘ideas’ that I wasn’t really sure of as I don’t ever do my hair/make-up and she executed it beyond anything I could have dreamed of. My trial with Becky was amazing and she was more than accommodating to my schedule and suggestions, especially since I was visiting from out of town. I had an enormous wedding party...and on my wedding day, Becky and her makeup partner did almost 15 peoples' hair AND makeup! We were even finished early before photos! After having to cancel plans due to COVID, we decided to move our wedding to October in North Carolina. - Becky was with me from the morning of our wedding day right the way through, she was so much more than just a hair and makeup artist, she made the day fun with music and great conversation, myself and my bridal party had an amazing time getting ready! Becky made sure we were ready and seamlessly handed over to the videographer and photographer so we were able to get the pre-wedding shots. I thought i had chosen a difficult hair style but Becky made it look so easy! She even managed to style our wriggly one year old flower girl. Our makeup looked flawless and both our makeup and hair stayed put for the duration, even in the humid weather. She even offered to help with hair when the hairsylist I hired was running behind. If I had to do something like this again, I would hire her for both hair and make-up.
