that mostly in mind.  Jonathan was accommodating and creatively engaged from the beginning of our time working with him. He respected our wishes for what would be played, and walked us through his creative process and how his expertise would dovetail with our vision.  He was absolutely right about his creative input. Our wedding dance floor was a blast and it’s what I’ll tell my grandkids about one day when recollecting. Jonathan handled all audio for the day, and stayed until around 1am to keep our friends partying.  We’re really appreciative of his work. Do yourself a favor and book Jonathan for whatever event needs some additional joy. 

tion would be sent, yet it often arrived late—or not at all. Emails frequently went unanswered, requiring us to follow up just to receive a response. We also spent hours completing Harmony's detailed questionnaire, carefully selecting music, creating playlists, and outlining important announcements, only to discover that much of that information had been overlooked or ignored. Harmony assigned us a DJ who arrived late on the wedding day, pulling in as guests were already arriving. Because of this, we never had the opportunity to review microphone use or other ceremony logistics. As the mother of the bride and officiant, this added unnecessary stress at an already busy time. The reception reflected the same lack of preparation. The DJ provided very little leadership or direction, failed to make announcements we had specifically requested, and even introduced the groom by the wrong name during the grand entrance—and continued using the wrong name throughout the evening. After dinner, guests began leaving the reception area because there was no announcement for the first dances or speeches. I repeatedly had to leave my seat and tell the DJ it was time to move the reception along. That should never have been my responsibility. The music was another major disappointment. We had carefully created playlists for both dinner and dancing and clearly requested that they be followed. Instead, many of our selections were skipped while the DJ substituted his own. More troubling, despite our explicit request for clean, family-friendly music with no profanity or sexually explicit lyrics, inappropriate songs were played anyway. That did not reflect the atmosphere we wanted to create or the values that are important to our family. The DJ also showed very little initiative throughout the evening. He rarely interacted with guests, encouraged participation, or created the energy and flow that a professional wedding DJ should bring.  What disappointed us most was that these were not isolated mistakes—they reflected a consistent lack of preparation, attention to detail, and professionalism from start to finish. Every other vendor we hired far exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, Harmony DJ Entertainment fell well short of the level of professionalism we experienced from everyone else. Before posting this review, I reached out directly to Jason, hoping to better understand how so many things had gone wrong. Rather than receiving meaningful explanations or accountability, I received brief, lukewarm responses that largely minimized our concerns and failed to address the issues we experienced. I have never written a negative review for a vendor before, but I feel obligated to share our experience so that other couples can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Harmony DJ Entertainment.
