I’ve had problems with Harmony Domes, and they’ve been difficult to deal with. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but feel I needed to share with others because the issues haven’t been fixed despite multiple attempts. In my opinion there was serious quality control issues when I purchased the dome.
When I first got the dome, the entryway metal parts were the wrong size, and the cover didn’t fit properly. After days of struggling to get it to fit, the owner suggested I forcefully bend the bars to fit, which I did, but that still didn’t work. After many calls and messages, the owner finally came out weeks later, agreed the cover was wrong, and came back to replace it. But the new cover was loose (at the entryway), needed folding to fit, and the roof was flat instead of angled as advertised.
Now, about a year and a half later, I’m dealing with worsening water problems and leaks at the entryway. This has caused water damage to my deck and dampness inside the dome. The domes were supposed to have an angled entryway for proper drainage, but mine was made flat, which I didn’t realize would cause significant problems. Even though I spent around $20,000 on the project and nearly $9,000 on the dome alone, the company won’t offer any warranty or even help fix the problem. They suggested I pay full price for repairs, which include wood and seem like just a temporary fix.. This experience has been very expensive, frustrating and unprofessional. Feel I need to share with others I do not recommend this company for these reasons
