nable, friendliest employee I have ever came in contact with. I know that sounds cheesy but it's so true! She was willing to work with my budget and was able to answer all my pesky questions. She just genuinely cared and wanted me to be 100% happy with my ring. I literally couldn't be happier with my choice. I am so glad I came here! You guys are amazing and keep up the good work!!!!

e with that! To Joanna and Kate, thank you both for your OUTSTANDING care and professional work! I was looking for a 100% customizable experience, and I found that and a favorite family jeweler for life at HJJ!
Harold Jaffe Jewelers was amazing to work with! I stopped by there after looking at a few places within the mall but knew I didn't want to look anywhere else once I met the amazing...
staff at Harold Jaffe. Not only do they have TONS of beautiful rings to choose from, their customer service and what they offer is just as wonderful. They spent time with me as I looked at every ring they had in the store and never once rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too long. They made it very easy for me by allowing me to choose several of my favorite rings and then giving my fiance the opportunity to choose one of them and even make adjustments to the one he chose. By allowing you to create/design your perfect ring, this helped my fiance stay within his budget and put his own touch on my ring, which is extremely special to me! They do everything in store so you never have to send your ring away to get sized or cleaned. They also let you stop by as many times as you want to clean your ring and they will do it right then while you're in the store. I could go on and on about how amazing Harold Jaffe's is. We will be going there for our wedding bands and all of our future jewelry purchases!
My experience with Harold Jaffe Jewelers was truly one of a kind. Michelle did an amazing job helping my husband pick out my engagement ring and was wonderful in helping us select ...

ing and inclusive of all couples - I would highly recommend them for any occasion - wedding or otherwise!
Harold Jaffe was recommended to me by family who had just gotten engaged (Michelle specifically). When I went there with my then boyfriend, I had something very specific in mind. ...
Michelle was able to help us design the perfect ring while staying within budget. It was exactly what I wanted and I get so many compliments on it! We have just recently purchased both of our wedding bands from there as well for our upcoming wedding. Michelle has a knack for getting to know people's tastes and is great at making suggestions. We would recommend her and Harold Jaffe to anyone and look forward to buying from them in the future.
My now husband and I knew when we were talking about getting married that Harold Jaffe would be the place to go to purchase all of our wedding bands (and my engagement ring of cour...
se). We love to support local family owned businesses but beyond that, the Jaffe's just make you feel so warm and welcome in their store. We looked at engagement rings one time prior to my husband selecting a diamond on his own and designing his own setting for it. They can literally do anything! It was more that I could have ever dreamed! We then shared the joy of going back and selecting custom wedding bands for one another. My family now has 3 generations of women with Harold Jaffe wedding rings and I would not recommend any jeweler more that them. "It's where Toledo gets engaged"! Check them out!
Wonderful staff! They are honest and give so much support through the engagement to wedding band shopping. They are truly an amazing jewelry store.
When it came to the engagement ring I told my husband that I wanted it to look like no ring I've ever seen. I wanted it to be different and I wanted him to design it.

ffe did an amazing job helping him along in the process and delivering my tall order. I'm not even sure if most jewelers in Toledo will do that and just design a ring from scratch. The craftsmanship is amazing!
They really listen to what you want and pay great attention to detail.
When walking into the store you are welcomed like family, offered something to drink and allowed to peruse without being bothered by overzealous salespeople like some jewelery stores.
Overall, I am so happy my husband chose Harold Jaffe. They did a great job!
Jeff and Ivan Jaffe were great to work with from designing my wife's engagement ring to customizing both of our wedding bands. There is a reason they win best Jeweler in the area.

After being unhappy with my engagement ring experience at Jared, a friend recommended my fiance and I look for wedding bands at Harold Jaffe. We were very happy with our experience...
there. The staff was warm and welcoming. She took the time to show us lots of options and was not constantly pushing the most expensive styles (like they do at Jared). In the end we were very happy with our selection, and I would strongly recommend this jeweler to anyone in the Toledo area.
