My wedding was June 23, 2018 and I purchased the $1000 video package from Harold which was paid in full November 2017. Their contract states that products will be received within 8...
weeks. As of today, I have not received my full video. I had to contact them to receive the promo YouTube video which was provided in October (4 months later). I told them that I would write a review since they did not meet their contractual obligations. However, I gave them a chance to make it right and I still have not received my product. Others have complained about experiencing the same issue and I understand that business has picked up for them. However, to maintain your reputation it is a MUST that he sticks with his contract terms. There is no reason why we should not have received our complete video package as of now. Also, most of the wedding videos are exactly the same. I'm for supporting small businesses and I also expect to get what I have paid for by the contract deadline. To future brides, I would only use this company if you are okay waiting 6+ months to receive your wedding video.
