However, I gave them a chance to make it right and I still have not received my product. Others have complained about experiencing the same issue and I understand that business has picked up for them. However, to maintain your reputation it is a MUST that he sticks with his contract terms. There is no reason why we should not have received our complete video package as of now. Also, most of the wedding videos are exactly the same. I'm for supporting small businesses and I also expect to get what I have paid for by the contract deadline. To future brides, I would only use this company if you are okay waiting 6+ months to receive your wedding video.
