They worked with our requests regarding my wedding band, and wound up coming up with a solution that cost less than I expected. Instead of directing us toward the most showy (read: expensive) options, they listened to what we wanted and helped make it happen.

One of a kind, unique metals and black diamonds or yellow or raw or whatever your heart desires. Yolanda was our sales helper. We came in multiple times. We always found Yolanda with a smile on her face. She was ready to answer any of our questions. Our budget was very small. She presented alternatives that were in our budget and still absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this very professional, well run store with its unique items.

(Floating diamond) It had a bulky feel to it when I tried it on and he even told me that the type of ring I got will have that feel to it, but the choice was up to me and in his experience, it's a matter of getting used to it. I really wanted it and purchased it. It was something I had to get used to (about a week) but now I can't even tell I have it on. It doesn't bother me one bit. He was true to his word and I've been there a few times after I bought the ring and every time I leave with a smile because Harold Stevens Jewelers makes you feel good about your purchase.
