It's been a day since our wedding and I'm stepping away from our honeymoon to quickly write this review because I LOVE Shauna. Seriously, I didn't really want to have a coordinator...
because I thought I could do it all myself, but I just told a friend today that if I had to cut down on my budget I wouldn't touch my budget with Shauna! She was my day-of coordinator so she managed the entire setup, ran the show, and made the entire wedding feel seamless. I guarantee there was some mayhem somewhere, but I didn't see it or know about it and she handled everything with ease.
Let me tell you, you want to be a guest at your wedding. And Shauna makes that possible.
Okay, so she helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives, but she did so much more. She coordinated my walkthrough meeting with the venue (Boettcher Mansion) and the caterer which finalized many details along with helping me understand many pieces that I hadn't even thought of. In addition, she met us for our rehearsal and explained exactly how it would all go while running us through the ceremony. Our wedding party, while being the best people in the world, are also like feral cats, and Shauna was patient while somehow getting everyone where they needed to go.
I have 3,500 words I'm allowed in this review, and I could genuinely use them all to describe my gratitude, but I'll stop here and just leave you with this: hire Shauna. Be a guest at your wedding <3

he months ahead, she sent a detailed checklist of questions that helped guide my own planning. She answered every little question I had and was very knowledgeable about our venue, Boettcher Mansion. Hiring Jessica with Harper Bond was the best investment for our wedding day! After planning much of our wedding independently, Jessica effortlessly jumped into our wedding details ...
month-of to coordinate our rehearsal and wedding day. After a few conversations she was able to see our wedding vision and made it come to life day-of. Her expertise and familiarity with our venue (Boettcher Mansion) made the process even smoother as she knew many of our vendors, the venue-specific rules and guidelines, and she was able to give recommendations regarding layout and overall event flow based on her past experiences.
We told Jessica our main goal was to be as hands-off as possible on our wedding day and she delivered! Everything turned out perfectly and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, Jessica!!!

ving Kelsey on site for the day of the wedding, and checked in periodically with her over Zoom before the wedding.
The day of the wedding, there was a big snafu with one of vendors who didn't bring part of our order. This would have caused me SO much stress, if I had known about it happening. But I didn't even know, because Kelsey caught the mistake, jumped into action, and fixed it before we even got to the venue. This kind of incredible attention to detail set the tone for our whole day and made it completely stress-free. She even corralled my large extended family into photos and made it look easy!
I can't recommend Harper Bond Events, and especially Kelsey, enough. I was fully present and just enjoyed myself during my wedding! This never would have been possible without their incredible support.

g our vision and meeting our needs as well as offering great suggestions and helping ensure nothing was overlooked. The actual day of our wedding is where we really saw the true value of her skills. She flawlessly and seamlessly executed the timeline we had worked out ahead of time, which was very detailed. She helped make everything easy and stress-free while being cheerful and attentive throughout the whole event. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Overall, Jessica met and exceeded our expectations for a day-of coordinator and was also so friendly and kind, we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommended!

d knowledge. She ran our rehearsal like a champ, and the wedding itself was so smooth that multiple guests commented that there were no awkward moments or weirdness. Even the DJ said he loves working with her! My family (and in particular my mom) could not stop raving about what a help she was both before and during the day. The whole company (and Mandy in particular) are worth about 100x their weight in gold.
Having Jessica as my day-of coordinator took off a lot of stress on my big day! This was money well spent, especially given the help practicing at the rehearsal and cuing people f...
or the ceremony. I genuinely don't know how that would have gotten done otherwise. The little touches, like having a nice pen to sign our marriage license and prepping the bridesmaid bouquets to be table centerpieces, made a difference. I also appreciated the behind the scenes photos she shared, so my husband and I could reminisce before our full wedding gallery was in.

gone a lot differently had we not had Jessica's help and guidance. We are forever grateful to all of the time she spent making our wedding exactly what we wanted. After the wedding, guests asked me if anything went wrong or not according to plan and my response was, "If it did - I did not notice!". Jessica is that good - you definitely want her on your team! If we did it all over again, Jessica would be my first call, no doubt.

She’s intentional in every conversation to make sure everything is properly communicated and she will make sure everything is kept in line so your day goes off without a hitch. I had to make unfortunate last minute changes to seating charts, wedding party processional etc. She made those changes with ease and was also such a cheerleader and positive voice through all of the last minute stresses. Could not recommend Jordan and Harper Bond Events enough. Thank you Jordan!!!
We selected HBE at the very beginning of our journey as it was a preferred vendor at our venue and I knew from other weddings that we wanted a day of coordinator. We are so happy...
we did. She helped us with vendor recommendations and advice through the whole process. Little did we know how long that would be! We were twice postponed due to COVID so we've been working with Jordan since early 2019 to plan for our April 2020 wedding. She helped us reschedule not once, but twice. Her ala carte menu of services helped us to piece together what we wanted to do ourselves and what we wanted extra help with. She also has all the essential wedding decor rentals if you don't want to DIY or deal with purchasing things for a one night use. She is responsive and helpful every step of the way (as is her team - since we originally had a different coordinator from her team.) We were happy with all of it! On the day of, as she told us would happen, we hardly saw her, yet everything went according to plan and she kept it running. She is fantastic and we highly recommend working with Harper Bond Events!

ur vendors, to the rehearsal the day before, and then to the wedding day itself, Kelsey was the ultimate professional. She was extremely well organized, knew all the right questions to ask, and made sure everyone knew what had to be done by whom and at what time. The wedding ceremony and the reception couldn't have gone better. It's a sure sign that everyone is enjoying themselves when it's time to leave but no one wants to go. Several guests made a point of telling me this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Thank you, Kelsey, for making that happen.

arper Bond Events!
Jordan kept us organized and on a timeline that really helped with our (unexpected) extra year of planning, not to mention offered wonderful recommendations and pointers to ensure everything went smoothly. Jordan also never left us hanging on responses and made certain all details were accounted for on our Wedding day. By the end of the process Jordan truly became a friend that we knew we could rely on, which alleviated more stress than we even know. I couldn't give a higher recommendation if you are in looking for a Day-Of coordinator or Wedding Planner.
Thank you for being big such a large part in making our day perfect, Jordan!!!

or throughout the process and I was comfortable including her with all communication I had with vendors. I am so glad we had her support during the final walk through and especially in the last week leading up to our event. The day of the wedding I did not stress about any last minute details at all! She came and found me and my husband whenever there was a transition time or something to be aware of, but otherwise she handled everything beautifully and was a pleasure to have around! I couldn't recommend Harper Bond more highly as wedding coordinators.

We wed on 9/18/2020 in Stonebrook Manor in Colorado.
We decided to hire Jordan about six weeks before our wedding and so glad we did; because of her, we enjoyed our day of being a ...
bride and a groom as she took care of everything else. She attended and coordinated our rehearsal along with our pastor. On the wedding day, she set up the decorations, directed all the vendors, guests, and ushers, managed the timeline, and so many other things that made our wedding run smoothly. Flexibility had to be our motto this year, and she was terrific at that. We changed the ceremony order three weeks before the big day because the bride's family wasn't allowed into the country; and attended via a live -stream instead. Among other things, we developed a plan B for our autistic daughter, who played ceremony music, and for our toddler flower girl. We had no wedding party or family in town, so Jordan filled that role of an adviser and coordinator typically done by mothers and wedding guests of honor. Also striking was how all the preferred venue vendors worked together - Jordan, photographer, DJ, and the venue; I think going with the venue's preferred vendors was a great decision on its own.
Harper Bond Events took such good care to make sure our wedding was wonderful! So many of our guests were still talking about our wedding weeks and months after. Jordan was so easy...
to work with and had all the timing just right. She even handled a minor crisis without skipping a beat! We highly suggest issuing her for your big day, or for any event.

s my calm and voice of reason. From our very first meeting, she helped us outline every single detail and created my dream wedding vision. She was attentive, supportive and tolerated all my bridal quirks, including late night questions stemming from the inevitable wedding nightmares. The month of she handled everything from coordinating vendors, scheduling our final walk-throughs, wedding rehearsal and even stored our decorations the day before (and with being a classic Pinterest bride, that was no small feat). When our special day arrived, Jordan maintained her professionalism and calmly handled any small hiccups that occurred, allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy every moment! Her organization, attention to detail and efficiency created the perfect environment for my dream wedding. Thank you so much to Jordan for going above and beyond for us on our wedding day! We definitely recommend Harper Bond Events for all your wedding coordinating and planning needs. Their dedication to their client’s happiness is second to none!
