The day of the wedding, there was a big snafu with one of vendors who didn't bring part of our order. This would have caused me SO much stress, if I had known about it happening. But I didn't even know, because Kelsey caught the mistake, jumped into action, and fixed it before we even got to the venue. This kind of incredible attention to detail set the tone for our whole day and made it completely stress-free. She even corralled my large extended family into photos and made it look easy! I can't recommend Harper Bond Events, and especially Kelsey, enough. I was fully present and just enjoyed myself during my wedding! This never would have been possible without their incredible support.

She flawlessly and seamlessly executed the timeline we had worked out ahead of time, which was very detailed. Overall, Jessica met and exceeded our expectations for a day-of coordinator and was also so friendly and kind, we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommended!

d knowledge. She ran our rehearsal like a champ, and the wedding itself was so smooth that multiple guests commented that there were no awkward moments or weirdness. Even the DJ said he loves working with her! My family (and in particular my mom) could not stop raving about what a help she was both before and during the day. The whole company (and Mandy in particular) are worth about 100x their weight in gold.

or the ceremony. I genuinely don't know how that would have gotten done otherwise. The little touches, like having a nice pen to sign our marriage license and prepping the bridesmaid bouquets to be table centerpieces, made a difference. I also appreciated the behind the scenes photos she shared, so my husband and I could reminisce before our full wedding gallery was in.

After the wedding, guests asked me if anything went wrong or not according to plan and my response was, "If it did - I did not notice!". Jessica is that good - you definitely want her on your team! coordinate our special day. She is amazing! Not only did she work with us to create a great timeline, somehow she also managed to keep our crazy wedding (party) on track the entire time. Mandy was quick to respond to all of our emails, questions and updates, and did a great job of making sure we were all on the same page. She’s intentional in every conversation to make sure everything is properly communicated and she will make sure everything is kept in line so your day goes off without a hitch. I had to make unfortunate last minute changes to seating charts, wedding party processional etc. She made those changes with ease and was also such a cheerleader and positive voice through all of the last minute stresses. we did. She helped us with vendor recommendations and advice through the whole process. Little did we know how long that would be! We were twice postponed due to COVID so we've been working with Jordan since early 2019 to plan for our April 2020 wedding. She helped us reschedule not once, but twice. Her ala carte menu of services helped us to piece together what we wanted to do ourselves and what we wanted extra help with. She also has all the essential wedding decor rentals if you don't want to DIY or deal with purchasing things for a one night use. She is responsive and helpful every step of the way (as is her team - since we originally had a different coordinator from her team.) We were happy with all of it! On the day of, as she told us would happen, we hardly saw her, yet everything went according to plan and she kept it running. She is fantastic and we highly recommend working with Harper Bond Events!

ur vendors, to the rehearsal the day before, and then to the wedding day itself, Kelsey was the ultimate professional. She was extremely well organized, knew all the right questions to ask, and made sure everyone knew what had to be done by whom and at what time. The wedding ceremony and the reception couldn't have gone better. It's a sure sign that everyone is enjoying themselves when it's time to leave but no one wants to go. bride and a groom as she took care of everything else. She attended and coordinated our rehearsal along with our pastor. On the wedding day, she set up the decorations, directed all the vendors, guests, and ushers, managed the timeline, and so many other things that made our wedding run smoothly. Flexibility had to be our motto this year, and she was terrific at that. We changed the ceremony order three weeks before the big day because the bride's family wasn't allowed into the country; and attended via a live -stream instead. Among other things, we developed a plan B for our autistic daughter, who played ceremony music, and for our toddler flower girl. We had no wedding party or family in town, so Jordan filled that role of an adviser and coordinator typically done by mothers and wedding guests of honor. Also striking was how all the preferred venue vendors worked together - Jordan, photographer, DJ, and the venue; I think going with the venue's preferred vendors was a great decision on its own.
