Harper's Vineyard is a stunning winery wedding venue in Townsend, TN. This brand-new vineyard overlooks the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, offering breathtaking views for your special day. Owners Chuck and Sarah strive to provide the perfect backdrop for your fairytale wedding, creating a memorable day your guests will talk about for years to come.
Chuck and Sarah bought the vineyard in 2017 and happily hosted their friends' weddings over the years. The success of these weddings led them to open Harper's Vineyard in 2022 as an official venue for happily ever afters. This vineyard grows 7 varieties of muscadine grapes, among other organically grown fruits. Your outdoor ceremony can take place beneath custom wooden arches. The grounds feature a gorgeous, brand-new timber-framed pavilion for your reception, where you can take in the stunning landscape and beautiful pavers that can act as a dance floor. Harper's Vineyard can accommodate up to 130 guests for your special day.
Hosting your wedding at Harper's Vineyard gives you full access to the bridal suite, the vineyard, the pavilion, the ceremony site, and the wine bar, where you can select the perfect wine to go with your wedding. You will have use of the 4k projector and state-of-the-art Bose sound system. Also included are folding chairs for your ceremony, tables and chairs for the reception, wine barrel cocktail tables, and your choice of black or white table linens. The commercial kitchen is available for catering prep and additional storage if needed. The dedicated team will help with setup and provide complete clean-up services after your festivities.
Starting prices don't include service fees, taxes, gratuity, and rental fees.
Guest count and seasonality may also affect prices. Peak season for this venue is Sept-Nov.

Absolutely happy we decided to go with Harper’s Vineyard. Breathtaking views, gorgeous property and friendly staff. They had everything set up for me quickly, always communicated with me with my million and one questions. I just wish I had more time to just sit and stare at how gorgeous everything was!

A Dream Wedding at Harper's Vineyard! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding than Harper's Vineyard! From the moment we first chatted with Chuck on the phone and then made our first visit a few weeks later, we knew it was the place where we wanted to say "I do." The stunning mountain views set the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, and the entire venue is a picture-perfect setting that blends natural beauty with elegant yet rustic charm.
But what made our experience even more special was the exceptional team at Harper's Vineyard. Chuck and Sarah, the owners, are such genuine and caring people, which is comforting when you’re planning a wedding. They went above and beyond to make us feel more like friends than clients. They treated us like people, not just another transaction, and made us feel supported and heard every step of the way. Their passion for their venue is so evident!
A special shout-out to Jordan, the venue manager, who was an absolute dream to work with. She was so communicative, organized, and answered all of our questions – and here were many! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Jordan made it feel easy and stress-free. We knew we were in good hands!
At the rehearsal and on the big day, Natalie was an INCREDIBLE help. She made sure everything ran seamlessly during both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself. Her attention to detail was outstanding, she was a great listener, and she kept everything on track while also ensuring we had time to enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because we knew Natalie and the entire team had everything covered.
One of the best things about Harper's Vineyard is how convenient and easy it is to have everything in one place. From the rehearsal, getting ready on the day-of, to the ceremony and the reception, we and all of our guests were able to enjoy the beautiful views and celebrations without needing to travel between multiple locations. The venue is accessible, easy to find, and has ample space for guests to relax, mingle, and take in the gorgeous surroundings.

Harpers vineyard was quite literally our DREAM wedding venue. Absolutely stunning view for our ceremony and the reception hall is just as gorgeous. Our family and friends were all completely in awe of how beautiful the venue was in the fall. There was so much space for dancing and for our guests to roam around and mingle. The bridal suite is stunning and very well set up for getting ready. We love all the little details like the big arches for the ceremony site and the barn doors to enter the venue. Chuck, Sarah, and Jordon were amazing to work with. They answered all our questions and helped make our event run smoothly. We highly recommend harpers vineyard!!

Our wedding was beyond perfect at this venue! The staff on-site the day of the wedding were super helpful and kind, and the event manager is incredibly responsive and and helpful. We also ordered the wine for our guests through HV, and our guests went crazy for it!!! I recommend the blackberry peach!

Absolutely wonderful place with amazing views,we held our daughter’s wedding here back in September of 2022 and patrons were amazed by the venue.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue and all the staff. Prompt communication, great vendor list, and amazing view. We were able to save a ton of money by not going overboard with decor and florals due to the view speaking for itself! Highly recommend.

The MOST beautiful wedding venue this side of the Smoky Mountains! It really couldn't have been more perfect for our daughter's wedding! The owners are such wonderful people & easy to work with. The views are breathtaking & truly a photographer's dream. You simply can't go wrong booking Harper's Vineyard for your special day! I highly encourage anyone looking for a one of a kind venue for their wedding, to go see Harper's Vineyard in person!

What an amazing venue! Beautiful place for a wedding. I truly hope we are invited to another function here. Every aspect of this place is simply beautiful. Food was amazing, service even better but nothing beats the ambiance of the place.

This is the most perfect and beautiful place to have a wedding or function! The gorgeous hills and the beautiful Tennessee scenery are just awesome. My nephew was married here in January and it was perfect. The reception was inside but you felt like you were outside since there were floor yo ceiling glass windows surrounding the room. The owners are so very nice and welcoming. We brought home a bottle of their wine and it was excellent. I would love to get "remarried" at this venue!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! I attended my nefew’s wedding and was completely blown away on how perfect the mountain backdrop was as they said “I do!” Inside was just as gorgeous with huge windows and a rustic charm that was so inviting. There was a perfect view from every seat. The wine was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

My wedding here was absolutely stunning! It had anything and everything for this memorable day. The reception room overlooking the mountain and the altar with the vineyard in the background was just so amazing! My wedding was in January which isn’t typically the prettiest month, but it didn’t seem to matter as the day was just beautiful and the owners were so helpful and professional. We had the best day and are so thankful for this place!

I would have to say in all our years visiting the smoky mountains this venue is the most beautiful and peaceful we’ve ever seen. We were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance at the venue is inviting and comfortable yet elegant. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled in their service.

This venue was absolutely amazing! I felt the attention to detail made the day run so smoothly!
Beautiful views, everything was very clean and our son’s wedding was flawless! The barn has an incredible glass wall overlooking the mountains, which made for stunning pictures of the wedding party!
The owners were very professional, helpful and friendly. We had (and are still receiving) so many amazing compliments from our guests regarding how wonderful and beautiful Harper’s Vineyard is! Thank you for making this one of the most memorable days for all in attendance!

I’m a wedding coordinator and have worked at a lot of venues and Harper’s Vineyard is my favorite. The location is everything. The view is the biggest seller of this venue. It’s breathtaking, especially at sunset. The amenities are great and make wedding days go smoothly. The bar is a set apart highlight for Harper’s Vineyard as they showcase some of their own wine. Their wine is delicious and when the vineyard is in bloom, it makes for a gorgeous and unique spot for photos. The bridal suite is beautifully furnished and makes for a fabulous place to get ready for the day. The venue owners are kind and generous with tours and information. They take so much pride in this venue and have built it from the ground up and are always doing projects to improve it. The venue has staff members who are there during all events to make sure the day goes smoothly and be a helping hand so you aren’t left there alone to figure things out for yourself. Not all venues provide that, so that’s huge. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the venue, the owners, and the staff. It’s always a pleasure to work there!

We were so blessed to find this beautiful venue and perfect setting for our daughter's wedding with a mountain view. We had to book in March (not the prettiest month) due to our son's deployment. But Harper's Vineyard's landscape, building and grounds well made up for the lack of color at this time of year. The location on the "peaceful side" of the Smokies is intimate, quiet, and full of great restaurants and places to stay. The owners were available to answer questions any time and they were helpful and professional throughout the entire journey. The wedding day employees helped execute the wedding perfectly and by the end of the day, I felt like we were friends. :) All of our guests raved about the beautiful wedding at Harper's Vineyard.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, however we found communication to be lacking with the owners. After a week of radio silence to a question, we were told the date had been booked while we waited for that response. We later found that it had not been booked after all and after finally receiving the contract to book, we were turned away for being a same sex couple, a fact that was obvious when we had toured two weeks prior. Heavily disappointed in our fellow Christians for their lack of love and respect in this situation.
