Amazing food. Everything was delicious. Can’t say enough about the au gratin potatoes, jalapeño poppers and spicy tuna cups. We raise our own beef and are super picky. They cooked our tenderloins to perfection!

Harris Custom Catering was AMAZING! If I had known how delicious, flavorful, and HOT the food was going to be at our wedding, I wouldn’t have even reached out to other caterers. So glad we chose Harris! Feeding 100+ people from just a prep kitchen is no easy feat, but oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about how the food turned out. We were very impressed with the food at our tasting, but it was also refreshing that Janice was open to suggestions and more than willing to take our opinons and tweak the food to achieve PERFECTION on wedding day. We have several BBQ experts in the family and even they were raving about the brisket! My ‘must-have’ was mac and cheese. After our tasting, I asked Janice if she could add gouda. She delivered and I (and several guests) commented that it might have been the best mac and cheese ever. Not only was the food quality EXCELLENT, it was served HOT. Wow! Harris Catering knew the exact amount that should be set out on the buffet for guests to eat hot food, and they re-filled with fresh, hot trays as needed. Plus, they always create the most beautiful buffet displays that complement the rest of your décor. I also cannot speak highly enough about the communication with Harris Catering, especially with Lauren. I am still in disbelief how quickly she answered emails! Harris was very willing to be creative with our food choices to stick within our budget. Cannot speak highly enough about this company. You will not be disappointed!

4.5 stars (rounded up to 5). Definitely recommend if you want a unique, personalized catering experience. We really enjoyed Harris Custom Catering. They are super accommodating with food. We had a Lord of the Rings-style wedding, and I really wanted a feast fit for a hobbit. But we didn't know how to add all our favorite food styles into something that feels like a feast! We ended up having 10 different types of foods on a buffet (tex-mex, asian, and american) to create something really unique. We loved it. The food was delicious, there was no issues with delivery or timing, and we've been reheating and enjoying the leftovers during our honeymoon! And we got a lemonade bar too! The only reason we took .5 stars off is because the food was a -little- cold. However, our venue didn't have a kitchen or any way to reheat, so that could be fully due to the venue and not the caterer.

Janice, Lauren, and the entire HCC team – there are no words to describe how amazing our entire experience was! I found them initially on social media and knew they were exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day. It took us a while to secure a date and venue, and eventually HCC, but I had the pleasure of working with them in a previous job for a few small events and I knew they were going to be phenomenal. We met with them to work through menu ideas and we LOVE that everything is custom. We had a ton of back and forth communication before we settled on what we wanted, but they were always responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. We were blown away at our tasting and so excited for our guests to experience them on the day of. We had a few issues on our wedding day (none related to HCC) and truly could not have pulled off our reception without Janice. She was a calming presence that went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was amazing. We cannot recommend them enough!!

Harris Custom Catering was the best! So many guests came up to us to tell us the food was amazing. I am vegan but a lot of my wedding guests were not, and Harris Custom Catering was the only catering vendor that put together a proposal that included the kind of food we wanted with a vegan option. They were also super accommodating to our gluten free guests.

Where do I begin?! This is truly a custom catering experience! Janice (owner) is an amazing chef and caterer. We had SO many requests with our dietary restrictions and she made sure we still had the most FLAVORFUL dining experience from start to finish! She was so creative and actually looked forward to working with us to make our wedding vision come to life. Her team was so polite and polished during our wedding. The food was fresh and just like what we expected from our taste testing. I was so excited that Harris CC was within our budget! Janice was 100% transparent about her pricing so don't be shy to reach out! Janice is super friendly and will not make you feel bad for what you can afford. FUN FACT: I had to walk through the cocktail hour patio to get to the ceremony chapel with my dad who happens to be a little older. Janice and (I think her name was Lauren) took the time to stop what they were doing to help keep the patio leaves off the obnoxious train of my dress. That was a moment of kindness that I really needed that day.

Janice and her team were delightful to work with! My husband and I decided to have breakfast for dinner because not only were chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and bacon our favorite things to eat, but because our first date was at a breakfast place and it felt perfect to look back on for our special day. Janice and her team made us an excellent selection to treat every guest. We had a waffle and biscuit bar with multiple toppings, fruit and salad variations, frittatas, and various breakfast meats. They served us a full meal for our tasting and were diligent to take notes on everything we loved and the few things we wanted to tweak. They helped make sure the set-up fit with our theme and even offered to let us borrow some display pieces for our cake table if we needed them. Janice highly suggested that they make plates of food for my husband and I to eat outside before we entered the ceremony. This guaranteed us the chance to eat and have a private moment together. This was THE BEST advice and it was so appreciated once we got into the reception and got swept up talking to guests. Our only disappointment was that we ran out of chicken tenders for the chicken and waffles (our main meal of the evening). We opted for a buffet style and it seems people at the front of the line were a bit ambitious. It would have been nice to have someone watching and handing that food out to help make sure our quantities were consistent for everyone.

Harris Custom Catering created the most delicious Mexican food for our wedding. All of our guests loved it and had multiple plates of food. Everyone was asking where it was from because it was that good. We also had servers and they were very professional and accommodating to our guests. They even made my husband and I’s plates and put it on our table so that we could have a moment to eat to ourselves. They helped cleanup after the event and we had tons of left overs! Janice is so accommodating and can make any food ideas you have in mind come to life and taste delicious! We had a taste test prior to the wedding and were blown away by the service and kindness her and her team showed us. We were even able to take the leftovers home after the taste testing. I cannot recommend her and her team enough for any event needing food. You will not regret it!

Janice helped us create the menu we wanted and it was delicious! Her staff laid out beautiful buffet tables and they were very attentive to all our guests. Thank you for helping to make the day a special one!

Super flexible caterer. She took my menu ideas and made it happen. She even had some of her own, like a grilled cheese tomato soup shooter. We loved the food when we tried it. Our guests loved the food at the wedding. They said it was some of the best that they had had at a wedding. We definitely recommend this vendor!
