Jim Harris is the BEST! Absolutely, hands down the best decision we could have made. We started out going to some mall stores just to even get an idea of what cut/size etc. I liked and not one of the stores sat down and asked us any questions or explained the differences in diamonds the way Jim did. Jim explained everything that we needed to know (and we didn't even know we needed to know) which helped us so much with our decision and creating. I have the most beautiful engagement ring, which we were able to create with Jim so nobody else has it. The BEST part of it all - my Oval diamond is larger and less expensive than the similar ring options at the mall stores.
