We worked with Kristen, who was very responsive to all of my questions. She made sure that everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. The food was AMAZING, and we received many compliments from our guests. We could not have asked for a better experience with Harry Caray’s and we recommend it to anyone for weddings or other special events.

Also, the ballroom is so beautiful, there is no need for chair covers or other decorations, which was great. The staff was amazing to work with. The food was out of this world. We still have guests calling us to tell us it was the best steak they ever had in their life and they were amazed that this food was being served at a wedding. The atmosphere was wonderful. We had a very large wedding, but the setting was intimate. Our guests loved the outdoor terrace and it was a wonderful setting to enjoy the evening, both the cocktail hour and the rest of the night. We are so happy that we chose the Harry Caray’s Ballroom. We felt that the staff went out of their way to make our wedding day truly amazing. We were also thrilled with the vendors that they recommended, especially Creative Cakes Bakery in Tinley Park. Our cake was beautiful and delicious. Our guests have been telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We agree, but we are admittedly biased. We really could not be more thrilled with our choice to have our wedding at the Harry Caray’s at the Westin in Lombard.

We were immediately impressed by Gabi's professional, yet fun, demeanor and her approach to planning the menu - and as it turned out, almost every other detail - for our wedding. She was absolutely essential to me through the entire planning process and our wedding day. I tend to be pretty indecisive, but I definitely have strong likes and dislikes -- I could have been a vendor's worst nightmare, yet never felt that way working with Gabi. Not only did she roll with my weekly changes with patience, her experience and creativity allowed her to offer unique and elegant ideas that truly made our wedding exceed my wildest dreams. On our wedding day, Gabi took care of everything, from personally delivering my bouquets on a moment's notice to bringing my husband and I plates of hors d'oeuvres to ensure we ate that night. Our wedding day was truly the most wonderful day of my life and though I imagine every bride says those same words, the amazing part is that it was also one of the most carefree and stress-free day of my life. Thanks to Gabi, her staff, and Michael from Kanan Cruises, I was able to solely focus on enjoying and making beautiful memories with my new husband and children, our family, and our closest friends. And let me tell you, that was quite a feat for this high-strung bride!

Harry Caray's wonderful food! We loved our tasting and had many comments from our guest on how good the food taste! Gabi produced all of our food, linens, table/chair rentals!!! HCC&E are WONDERFUL! I am already looking for other times I can use them in the future...and definitely will use them in the future!

chicken). Not to be biased, but it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding. But Harry Caray's always does a great job on steaks. We went with the premium package which included appetizers and an premium open bar. They coordinated the cake, linens, and overall table decorations. They worked very well with our florist, dj, and other vendors. The ballrooms overlook the balcony area and that overlooks a pond with fountains. The best part was that for about $2800 you can have fireworks through Lumina, Inc. That was the big kicker that everyone remembers. What a great location! Their service was great. We worked with Migdalia and she made the reception perfect and was very responsive and organized. They did have a $20k minimum spend plus tax and tip. We had about 170 people and I basically hit their minimum and got everything we wanted and more, but compared to other venues, this is more expensive, but it was amazing and better than most other venues. Not a thing went wrong. We couldn't have asked for better. I would highly recommend Harry Caray's ballrooms at the Westin in Lombard. If you really want to go all out, I would HIGHLY, recommend treating yourself to the Presidential suite at the Westin for your wedding night room. Not gonna lie, it's pricy around $700 for one night. However, it has several rooms, a kitchen, and a HUGE balcony on a high floor and we had guests up to the room after the wedding and kept the fun going all night. I'll bet we had 50 people in that huge room and balcony with room to spare. The hotel also has a very nice shuttle with black leather interior and that got the groomsmen and myself to the church nearby. We had a trolley to get us back but it was nice to get a free luxury ride to the church. Overall, you'll love this place for your reception! However, I believe my per plate cost in the end was around $150 after tax, tip, and a few extras but well worth it. They are booked all the time so not much room for negotiations. They really have no problems filling the space, and I think if you visit it, you'll know why. And while you are there, ask the Westin to give you a tour of the Presidential suite.
