Please do yourself a favor and book Harry O for your DJ - it will literally be one of the best wedding decisions you'll make! Based on Harry's resume and our inital impressions of him, my husband and I already felt pretty confident we made the right decision with Harry O Productions. But honestly, he pretty much blew us away on our wedding day. Beginning with the ceremony, the sound quality and audio for our outdoor ceremony was PERFECT. Not one awkward delay or sound control issue...it was clear from the beginning that Harry is a pro and this was not his 1st rodeo. Then moving on to the reception, Harry's MC skills made the night. His energy was so positive and infectious. He was on top of it with the timeline, making sure things moved along at the right pace, even playing wedding coordinator when our buses showed up super early. And when it came down to the music, he honestly knocked it out of the park. Our reception venue ended up having a major AC issue and I would have not been surprised if our dance floor was a little lacking because of it...but not with Harry...he knew exactly what to play at all times to keep all our guests feeling it on the dancefloor, and for that, we are EXTREMELY grateful. It was really important for us to have a fun dancy-party all night long, and Harry O made sure that happened. I also could go on and on about the great communication from Harry leading up to our wedding day, and how easy and seamless he made the process for picking out all our music choices. We had such a blast working with Harry and HIGHLY recommend him to any bride and groom in the Greater Las Vegas area. My advice is to not give it a second thought and book him right away! Truly you will not be disappointed!!!

Party of the Year! Harry was hired through our venue as part of our package and I'm so glad he was! It's been two days since our wedding and our guests are still so sore from dancing the night away. Even my brother danced all night while saying "I don't do cardio!" We had the absolute best time ever. Harry was very helpful while figuring out all the songs we wanted to play at our wedding. During the reception, he was so kind and came up to us to make sure we had enough time to eat before moving forward onto cake cutting and dancing. We didn't have many people at our wedding due to COVID, but with the music he played, he made it feel like the party of the year. Highly recommended!

Harry O Was an awesome DJ he’s very upbeat and organized ,we did a few conferences to discuss music tone played, the plan of events ,and how the night will go . He had many wonderful suggestions and made the night went very smooth and organized we had a blast! Cathy Wood was our day-of coordinator, appointed to us through our venue. I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about her! She was extremely organized, and took away so much of the stress of wedding planning! I felt like I was always in good hands with her, especially because I was planning a Las Vegas wedding, while I live in Michigan. Planning a destination wedding is very difficult, because I couldn't physically be there to see the decorations, reception area, etc. but Cathy always made me feel at ease! She is great about answering emails and phone calls, and she follows up with vendors if needed! Fast forward to the "day of", and Cathy was the most organized, calm person ever! She was great at rounding up the bridal party (7 rowdy groomsmen can be a difficult task!) but she was able to handle them with ease, and always with a smile!! She communicated with my husband and I throughout the day, making sure we knew exactly where to be and when, throughout the reception. From the first look, to the sparkler send off, Cathy was there to guide us! We would highly recommend Cathy Wood for your wedding!!

DJ Harry O. was professional and a so much fun to work with. He carefully listened to our requests and made sure that our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception Music was exactly what we wanted. He also served as an outstanding Master of Ceremonies ensuring that all of the guests knew where to be and when, keeping the timing and flow for the entire event right on point.

Working with DJ Harry O was like a Brides dream come true. From the moment we met him, we knew he was the DJ for us. He is extremely experienced, and also very talented, creative and charming. Throughout the planning process our communication was great - and he does more than just play music - he really is the MC for the day and helps to ensure the reception runs smoothly and on time. He also provided a photo booth and helped us secure outside talent to perform at the reception. I highly recommend Harry and his team. Our guests had a spectacular time - he really knows how to get a crowd going!

Harry O was recommended to us by our wedding planner, and he truly was a fantastic DJ/MC for our intimate Las Vegas wedding. We had a few specific requests for certain songs, but overall we let him do his thing and couldn’t have been happier with the results. He was exceptional at gauging the room’s atmosphere and complementing it with excellent music choices and volume levels. My husband and I aren’t big dancers, but even we couldn’t help but get out on the dance floor (sober, too!). Harry also professionally edited our first dance song for us ahead of time when we needed it for dance lessons. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, he was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We planned our Las Vegas wedding from Alberta and New Mexico so we had to rely a lot on vendor reviews written on websites such as theknot and weddingwire. We chose DJ Harry Nelson based solely on online reviews. WOW. He is by far the vendor I will recommend the highest. If you are considering booking him for your event DO IT. Not only did he provide DJ entertainment, he served as our reception MC the entire evening of our Fourth of July wedding. My guests still talk about how great Harry was. Before we even booked Harry he was so helpful in providing advice and information, even offering to do a Skype interview with us. He has years of experience and is quick to answer any questions involved in the wedding planning process, and also recommend other vendors he has worked with. You will quickly realize when working with other Las Vegas event vendors, Harry has a reputation with them as being the best. Planning the reception schedule of entertainment with Harry was exciting and fun. He provided an online form for me to work on that included my must-have playlist and song recommendations. Once open dancing started I never left the dance floor, and I have heard the same from my guests. He is absolutely incredible and I'm so thankful for his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Harry O. The process was very easy from start to finish. We chose Emcee Jazz. He was wonderful and fit in well with the wedding. Due to Jazz's hard work the wedding went smoothly which was great for me so I could relax.

We love Harry O Productions! They are such nice guys. Harry O and team were recommended to us by one of our other vendors, and we are so glad to have had them provide the music and entertainment for our special day. We initially met with Harry and he went over the different packages and services they offered. He answered all our questions, gave us insightful feedback - he knows his stuff! For the wedding we had Emcee Jazz on the microphone and DJ Joey D on the turntables. Jazz was great! He met with us a few weeks before the wedding to go over details and to study the pronunciation of the bridal party names (which were not easy at all). Let me tell you that he perfected those bridal party last names! Harry got in touch with us the week before the wedding to confirm our song choices. DJ Joey D was awesome! He provided the perfect soundtrack to our day. Great mix of our song choices. Jazz was a class act. Many wedding emcees have the tendency to "overdo" it, but he was just perfect. Wow! If you are looking for a DJ who knows how to get anyone up on the dance floor (in our wedding the youngest on the dance floor was 18 months and the oldest was 86) to have fun dancing the night away, then we highly recommend Jazz (from Harry “O” Productions). He was energetic, creative, friendly, talented and well organized. Harry, the owner of “Harry” productions, is diligent, thorough and reliable. Upon getting ready for our Big Day, my husband and I met a few times with Jazz and Harry to share ideas, put together a detailed timeline of how we wanted our whole day to go, and Harry made sure to keep in contact with our wedding coordinator at Canyon Gate Country Club. On our wedding day, 11.15.2014, everything ran smoothly. Jazz had every guest on the dance floor for 5 hours straight. We had so much fun! The wedding was flawless. We were so pleased. We highly recommend Harry “O” productions and Jazz as a DJ. We are so grateful for them!

DJ Harry O is an absolute must have at a wedding! He was so easy to work with, understood exactly what we wanted, and was a great MC. I didn't have to worry about anything with Harry and his team at the wedding. We used his DJ services and photo booth. Both were awesome! The photo booth used a white screen as a back round and was digital. All of our guests loved it and we received copies of all the pictures as well. Harry's team even personalized the photo strips with what we wanted on them. He is an excellent DJ, very personable, and he had all the music imaginable. He kept the party going and made sure people were dancing. I definitely recommend him to any party looking to have a great time filled with great music.

Our goal was to have everyone drunk and dancing and Harry absolutely achieved that! We even extended at the end of the night. Our parents were a little nervous and wanted a traditional band but at the end of the night they all said how great Harry was! We had a Jewish wedding so they were also nervous about the Hora, Harry had a great mix and we had a fun upbeat hora that everyone joined in for. Harry also has a photo booth for a very reasonable price which was a huge hit! Harry wants your big day to go just as smooth as you do. He has a very detailed spreadsheet that you fill out. He also is good at taking queues from your planner day of if you have one. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is sometimes he was very slow at email responses and then when did get to them he flooded you with emails. Overall- awesome experience!

Choosing a DJ was a BIG deal for both me and my husband. We both have been to our fair share of weddings and we knew we did not want the “typical wedding DJ” - we wanted something more than that. Although we wanted to keep some wedding traditions incorporated into our night, we wanted to have fun and we wanted our guests to have fun. We didn't want an MC to just talk on the microphone all night long or have a DJ just play tracks that are played at every wedding. After the first conversation I had with Harry, I knew right away he was different than the typical wedding DJ. Unfortunately, Harry was already booked, but he has Alan & Joey D. on his team that he recommended to me. He scheduled a phone conference so I could get to know them and have an understanding of what they could offer to me. Needless to say, we booked with them within the next few days. A few weeks before the wedding, Harry and Alan called me and we created a specific timeline. For any bride out there that is very organized and detailed, this was like my dream come true. Not only did we create this timeline, but on my wedding day – Alan made sure we stuck to this timeline the best we could and the wedding flowed just the way I wanted it to. He was truly incredible. Joey D. played ALL the right songs at the right moment and my guests all had so much fun and we received SO many compliments on how great the DJ was. The dance floor was always packed! They are truly worth every dollar and thank you SO much for giving us exactly what we wanted for wedding music on our wedding day. You guys are awesome!

We were married on 8/30/2014 and could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Harry "O"! Harry met with us several months prior to the wedding to discuss our musical preferences and how we envisioned our special day. He continued to communicate with us in the months following our first meeting and created a wedding day timeline, which was perfectly in sync with the catering timeline. Harry provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception. Our venue required him to have equipment on three floors. He was set up for our entire event hours in advance and was familiar with the acoustics of each floor of the venue. Harry has a fantastic sense of timing and the auditory capabilities of his equipment. We were even more impressed with how energetic and engaging Harry was at our reception. He got on the dance floor and danced with our guests! Our guests had a wonderful time and we have received a number of compliments about Harry's music selections. He is a true entertainer, professional, and his passion/excellence is undeniable!

Harry "O" and his crew Alan and Anthony provided us with exceptional DJ service and photo booth fun at our July 2014 wedding. They took the time to coordinate our night so that it went smoothly, making sure to pay attention to detail. I'm blown away at how awesome this team was! I highly recommend using Harry "O" Productions for any event. They were amazing. If I can give anyone some wedding advice, Having a good DJ is nothing to go "cheap" on. During and since my wedding a number of my husbands friends and family have commented on how much dancing their was at our wedding. Mostly, I'm hearing "Wow, you family dances. Like, they are REALLY dancing." It's true. They may not dance well, but they're out there breaking it down. Harry O Productions did an amazing job of keeping the night rolling and all of my guests dancing their buns off! He definitely had a finger on the pulse of our party. We had prepared him to play mostly oldies/classic rock/Motown when a guest requested 2Pac's "California Love" he was able to pull it out in no time with surprising success and played a number of songs in the same vein which was a fun and unexpected turn for the evening. We also ordered the Photo Booth (+ $650) and guestbook (+ $175) additions which were a smashing success! EVERYONE enjoyed the photo booth (the unlimited strips doubled as a fun gift for the guests) and the guestbook filled with duplicate strips is a wonderful keepsake. All in all, I didn't have to worry about a thing because my reception was in great hands. My guests had a wonderful time and I was told by several that it was a "First Class Wedding". I am sure this is in big part to Harry O Productions.

I can only say good things about DJ Harry O! I actually found Harry O when looking here through Wedding Channel reviews and then asked the wedding coordinator at my venue about him, and she also only had good things to say. Harry O is a really talented guy and genuinely nice & fun! My fiancé and I didn't want your typical wedding DJ that can end up being a little "cheezy", and Harry O definitely was not that! Working with Harry O leading up to the wedding was easy and he really listened and offered great suggestions. On the day of our wedding, he felt out our crowd to keep the night flowing smoothly and the party going. He was worth every penny! I would definitely recommend DJ Harry O to anyone. We also used his Photo Booth (after another company we were going to use went out of business) and it was a blast! Our guests loved it and had a great time.

Harry O was absolutely the best DJ possible for our wedding on April 5, 2014. We were a "hands off" sort of couple with no real idea about how we wanted our day to go or the tone of the wedding / reception. Well - not a problem because after a few online / video-chat meetings with us Harry orchestrated the PERFECT wedding and reception. He also contacted our wedding coordinator and photographer to make sure they were all on the same page so that our wedding could run as smoothly as possible with as little stress as possible for me and my now husband. At the end of the night people were asking me how long I had known Harry, like he was a really good friend of ours, not just our DJ. He really knows how to play to the crowd (and all ages) so the ENTIRE reception people were up and dancing. And when someone was really busting it out on the dance floor, he would clear the floor so people could take notice - super fun. My family and friends said they have never seen a better wedding DJ or had such a great time at a wedding. You really couldn't ask for anything more. Also he was willing to work with us on our limited budget. All around the best DJ in Las Vegas, and probably the continental US. AMAZING!

My review title says it all....DJ Harry O is awesome. He was very calming and helpful when it came to song selection. On the actual wedding day all I heard from the guests was that the music was great. Everyone loved the selection and danced the whole time.

DJ Harry did a great job at our wedding. We had some unique requests that he eagerly took on. Those included portable speakers and music in different languages. DJ Harry was always responsive and interested in really getting to know what my husband and I like as well as what my mom wanted to see at the wedding. He really helped usher the party along on our wedding day which was relief to me (the bride)!

We had a hard time finding a DJ that met our personal standards until we met Harry and his team. We met with a few other local DJs and we didn't feel we would get the same value with them. Harry was very professional and reliable. He was quick to respond to our questions and was easy to work with. During our reception, our DJ, Jazz, played exactly what we wanted and was able to keep everyone on the dance floor. We would highly recommend Harry O and his team!

We used DJ Joey and Allen for our MC. They were AMAZING! Allen made sure that all went smoothly and Joey played all the songs that we wanted plus more. They were both great at reading our friends and family. We would 100% recommend them!!!

He was exactly what we hoped for, but didn't expect. DJ Harry was absolutely wonderful! He was very accommodating leading up to the wedding and on the wedding. He was very easy to get along with and listened to all of our wants! His music was perfect for our venue and crowd and he really knew how to read the audience and combine music with each moment. His photo booth team was great as well. The attendant was friendly and helpful and really added to the experience. All-in-all his services were wonderful and affordable and I definitely would use him again!

Dr Harry O was an amazing DJ, and our wedding guests are still talking about him and his special surprise performance he gave!!! The music and his set up was awesome, and he did everything we wanted done and more. I highly recommend him to other future brides and grooms for their special day!!! He is worth every penny!

Alan and Joey kept the dinner portion low key, just like we wanted, but then turned up the music later in the night, just like the guests wanted. Our favorite part of the night was when my husband and his groomsmen were ready to reveal their party shirts (it's a military thing) and my husband went and told Alan that they wanted to do it to Danger Zone from Top Gun. The funny thing is that before my husband had even told them that, Alan and Joey were planning on playing Danger Zone--they knew what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted!

DJ Harry O was excellent. He was very professional and planned everything very well. Unfortunately he had to fire an employee the week of our wedding and told us he was going to be an hour or so late for the reception. (We handled the ceremony music) We were disappointed, but he sent 2 other DJ's to run the cocktail and dinner hours. There were a few tiny snags, but once Harry arrived, things went well. We had a bunch of dedication songs for our family members which he played for us. The dance music was great and the dance floor was packed almost the entire night. Everyone is telling us how much fun they had- it was a great party. I would recommend Harry for any party or event!

My husband and I got married on the 29th of September. Harry made it seem seamless, even though, in the background, there were quite a few hiccups. My train came undone right before I went down the aisle; DJ Harry looped the music and gave us time to put me to rights. We couldn't find a garter for me to toss, so he bought us time while we scrounged one up. He showed amazing flexibility when problems arose and he smoothed most of them for us. My Step-mother-mother-in-law was thrilled with the job he did (if you knew her, you would know what a compliment that is) and she talked about him and the music for days afterwards. We weren't very picky on music, but he managed to put together the perfect music for our event. The dancing didn't stop until we had to go home; the music appealed to EVERYONE. If you are getting married in Las Vegas, you would be making a mistake to go with anyone but Harry

All of my guests said they have never heard such great wedding music! DJ Harry seamlessly transitioned from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception despite a few unplanned moments. I would hire him again in a second. He was a true professional and keep me calm while keeping the energy of the party up.... AMAZING!!! He was worth every penny (and had great prices anyway, I would have paid more).

DJ Harry made our wedding.. He was incredible not only with the music that he played but with the way that he was able to coordinate the entire night. From the ceremonly all the way to the end of the night, Harry was all about getting everyone to have a good time and make sure that everything flowed according to the timeline. We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas and we wanted out guests to feel like they had been to the best party that Vegas had to offer. DJ Harry O made that happen with the great music and knowledge of how to keep the party going. Once people got on the dance floor, it was never empty. My husband and I also loved the video dj service that he offered. It was well worth it. Having the video of Kermit the Frog singing Rainbow Connection as I danced with my father was perfection. DJ Harry O knows how to feel out a crowd and pick the music that best suits it. He is very flexible and accommodating. I would recommend him in heartbeat.

DJ Harry "O" is amazingly professional, experienced and reliable. We could not have been happier with his work at our wedding. While we were planning, he listened closely to our ideas but was great at providing input or coming up with ways to improve them. He was honest about ideas that might not work but always had suggestions to replace them. He was thorough but also flexible with any changes. Then, on the day of the wedding, he made sure we were roughly on schedule but also let the evening flow smoothly. The best part of it all was that he constantly communicated with us throughout the night. All of our guests loved the atmosphere and energy in the room and he kept our dance floor full at all times. Finally, we opted to upgrade to a the “Video DJ” option, which was an awesome touch. All in all, we’d recommend Vegas City DJs in a heartbeat to anyone who is planning their wedding…you won’t be disappointed or stressed with Harry on the job!

I don't know where to start with Harry...From the beginning he was organized and ready to go. I emailed A LOT of djs and just got a really cheesy feeling from them but Harry was very relaxed and very affordable. Our first phone conversation last over an hour--every vendor I had worked with up till that point didn't spend nearly that much time with me. He set up the timeline for us (which was great because we put the wedding on ourselves) he knew how to make the reception flow. He offered excellent suggestions that paid off well for us. We got so many compliments about his services. He even came out on the dance floor and showed us a dance. When we had issues with our power supply (we did an outdoor wedding at a house we rented in Las Vegas) he immediately got to work trying to solve the issue--rather than putting it off on us. He had a large tv screen for our slideshow and moved it closer to where everyone was eating so they could watch it through dinner. He then set it up on the dance floor and played music videos throughout the night (when I first heard about this Ii wasn't crazy about it--BUT it was a huge hit). People that normally wouldn't dance were actually dancing!! For our first dance I wanted to start with a slow song and then have it mixed into the same song but faster beat and he did that seamlessly. I can't say enough amazing things about Harry, he went above and beyond what I thought I was getting out of a vendor. Hire Harry O, he will make your night unforgettable!
