I booked this company for my bridal shower hair and spent a significant amount of money because I wanted to feel confident on such an important day. Before my appointment, I specifically explained to the owner that my hair does not hold a curl well, even with extensions. She reassured me that it wouldn’t be an issue because the stylist would arrive early to pin my curls first, allowing them time to set before styling. The stylist did arrive early, and I reminded her of the plan. However, she told me that if she pinned my curls, she would have to leave them pinned when she left and I would have to unpin them and she  wouldn’t have time to style my hair. Since it was my bridal shower, I obviously needed my hair fully styled before she left. As a result, the curls were never pinned to set as I had been promised by the owner. I also asked her to put powder in my hair, so the grit helps it hold, which was also never done. Because my hair was finished about an hour earlier than expected and the curls were never set, they began falling much sooner about 30 minutes after she left. The curls also weren’t brushed out, which made the style look unfinished. On top of that, one of my extensions was clearly visible. When I pointed it out, the fix was simply taking a small piece of hair from my half up style and bobby pinning it over the extension rather than properly blending or adjusting it. I want to emphasize that the stylist herself was very kind and pleasant. My biggest disappointment was with the communication and customer service from the owner. After my bridal shower, I reached out privately to explain my experience, hoping to have a conversation before leaving a review. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Even if a business disagrees with a customer’s concerns, acknowledging them and responding goes a long way. I understand that not every service goes perfectly, but when you’re paying premium bridal prices, you expect the service and communication to match. I truly wish my experience had been different.

I felt so at ease and in such great hands. On the wedding day, they showed up bright and early and ready to do hair and make up for 15 women! They were so professional and had everything down to a science. Not only that, we had so much fun with them and they were great to have during our getting ready process. Finally, the hair and make up for every single person turned out phenomenally. A few of my friends are very picky and didn’t want their make up done, but when they saw how amazing everyone looked they changed their minds and Nickie Chelsea and her team were able to make it happen. I was over the moon and thrilled with how my hair and make up turned out. I felt like a movie star. I recently got my wedding photos and I’m blown away by what a beautiful job they did with both my hair and make up. And all my bridesmaids, mother and MIL look incredible too. As someone who doesn’t wear tons of makeup and doesn’t know a lot about formal hairstyles, they did a great job suggesting styles that they knew would look beautiful and not forced or unnatural. I reached out to them to book for my own wedding date and had no doubts that they were the right choice. I did my wedding hair and makeup trial for the morning of my bridal shower, and highly recommend that to any brides! It was so great to have them style my hair and do my makeup as it would be for the wedding, then switch it to a different hairstyle for my bridal shower. I felt beautiful and reassured that they were the best choice for me. We made plans to order hair extensions and hair accessories well in advance of the wedding and established a solid plan for all the moms and bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done in time for the day to go smoothly. They executed as planned and we were ready right on time for photos to begin being taken. Nickie and Chelsea made everyone so comfortable, and they all loved how their hair and makeup turned out. Hart Bridal Co. was the easiest vendor to work with and I’d recommend them time and time again!

I used it for my bridal shower. However, on my wedding day different stylists came, due to an illness I was unaware of. This would have been fine, however, they unfortunately did not have any pictures of my wedding trial look with them. I was left last for my hair and makeup after my four bridesmaids and grandmother had theirs done, which was not their fault. But by then we were rushed and as they did not have my planned look in mind it was difficult for them. I asked for them to adjust hair and makeup once, but after that I had to settle with a look that was not planned. It was not really my stylist's fault, however, I am disappointed that what could have been a stress free morning became a bit of a disaster. However, Nickie reached out to me and apologized for the situation after my wedding day, and I do believe that they truly have your best intentions in mind at Hart Bridal. I would like to believe that what happened was incidental and no one's real fault.

They were really able to make our whole bridal party feel beautiful and confident, and they are so sweet and fun! All of their makeup and hair kits were extremely sanitary and they were excellent about keeping the hotel room we were getting ready in clean. I really can’t say enough about how patient they were with all of our wedding jitters and how wonderful and attentive they were with every member of our party. We would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!
