If I could, I would rate this even higher!! We were so, so glad we chose this venue. We looked around at so many places, and as soon as it was seen in person, we knew. We loved the outdoor feel but also the ceremony indoor option. The yurt was so nice to get ready in, and even the bathrooms are beautiful! Even though the venue was amazing, I think the staff was even better! They were quick to reach out with any question that came to my mind leading up to the wedding, even when it was a week before or the 10 months before! On the day of the wedding, the team was so personable, encouraging, and wanted to make sure everyone got around or had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

From amazing communication, professionalism, and everything that Andrea helped me do. I would highly recommend using them for a wedding or another type of event. The grounds are beautiful, from the small to large details, they have worked hard to keep it beautiful and unique from other wedding venues in the area.

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day at Hart Meadows! The staff were beyond incredible, attentive, and helpful the entire day and our guests were obsessed with the grounds and everything on the property. It's so nice having so much included (tables, chairs, landscaping, etc.) and it felt like the day ran so smoothly because of that. You truly cannot go wrong booking your wedding here, gorgeous venue. I truly wish we could do our day again and again here! HUGE thank you to Andrea and team, we had the best day!

We loved this beautiful venue for our wedding and reception, and we found the whole team to be very professional and accommodating. It was the first venue we visited and the only one we needed to see-- the grounds are beautiful and offer so many great features in one location, from the yurt for bridal party prep to the rain wall for amazing photos to the fire pit and beach for cocktail hour. the Oak Hall was the perfect venue for shifting to our reception, and we loved having everything in one location. We would highly recommend Hart Meadows Ranch -- amazing property, generous and attentive team, and unforgettable memories. Thank you!

Hart Meadows Ranch is the BEST venue in Charleston. I’m not even kidding. They go ABOVE and beyond what is expected of any venues and owners and such a delight to work with. Andrea and Alasandra are so helpful and generous with their time and answer every question in a very quick manor. Terry and Greg (Andreas husband) were so encouraging and intentional with their time and expertise during the big day! Definitely ride in Big Red for the entrance! Huge crowd pleaser! As the bride, this venue was an absolute dream to get married at! Even with the rain! Thank you to Andrea and the whole team at Hart Meadows Ranch! We love ya!

As a local wedding vendor, I highly recommend Hart Meadows Ranch. I have had the pleasure of providing planning & bar services at this venue and the venue owners always go above and beyond to ensure a succesful event. One thing that sets them apart from other venues is the team they have onsite at every event, as well as the owners being present to assist with any thing that may arise.
Most recently, I witnessed them go above and beyond for a client by allowing them last minute access to the venue a full day early to ease the setup process. They did not charge the client for this last minute need and were more than willing to accomodate all of the clients request, even when it meant more work for them and their staff.

Where do I begin trying to share how comfortable we were from the first time we stepped into Hart Meadows Ranch to meet with Andrea for our special day! In addition to her amazing vision and attention to detail (in every aspect) of this most magical venue, Andrea made us and our vendors feel completely at ease! When our plans were completed, we honestly walked away knowing we had absolutely no worries as we were in the best hands possible and could now enjoy other aspects of the wedding day! Our event (beyond) exceeded our expectations and was accompanied with a joyful heart and smile from this amazing husband and wife duo and their team! These are moments in life you will never forget visually or mentally and having the type of confidence we were able to have in Andrea and Greg, owners of Hart Meadows Ranch was invaluable! Hart Meadows Ranch is a BEAUTIFUL venue! Andrea, the owner is AMAZING- she and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the absolute best wedding day possible. I can't say enough good things about the venue, the staff or our experience - it was all better than we ever could have imagined. The venue has tons of room - we got married out by the lake and had our reception on site at Oak Hall. It's gorgeous, and so so clean. The love and care that Andrea and her team put into maintaining the property doesn't go unnoticed and truly takes the experience to the next level. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else!

Hart Meadows Ranch is a beautiful gem located on Johns Island that has the elegance, charm and picturesque qualities you would want to have for your wedding day. We married there in March of this year and it was perfection. We had an outdoor ceremony by the island, and a cocktail hour by the yurt and a full reception in Oak Hall all of which is right on site. The attention to detail in the buildings and the outdoor space is truly a sight to see. HMR made for the perfect setting for great pictures and lots of wedding day fun. Andrea and the staff are easy and fun to work with and they look after your needs with the greatest of detail. This is THE PLACE to book if you want it all in just one spot.

Andrea and team are INCREDIBLE! They made my wedding day so special from start to finish. Their property is beautiful and they are constantly working on it. Our guests loved this nontraditional venue in Charleston! The yurt is a dream!!!! Made for amazing pictures :) 10/10 recommend HMR <3

Three words: gorgeous, loving, exciting. Although it ended up raining on my wedding day, I didn't stop getting comments from my guests about how beautiful the venue and inside hall is! Also, the employees at HMR are so kind, caring, and thoughtful - they go above and beyond for services, keeping emergencies in mind, ensuring safety (and dryness!) of absolutely everyone, and so much more. Their positivity radiates and spreads like no other! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

The absolute easiest and best decision we made with our wedding was having it at Hart Meadows Ranch. Andrea is constantly improving the venue - every time I visited there was something new and improved. And Andreas taste is just beautiful. The entire venue is perfection - everywhere you look!
The biggest comment we got about our wedding was how stunning everyone thought the venue was. So many people told us “I’ve been to lots of weddings and this venue is the prettiest I have ever seen.” Your pictures will look stunning no matter where they are taken at this venue because really, everywhere you look is a beautiful view.
The entire team here care deeply about what they do. They work incredibly hard to ensure your wedding is the best day for you that it can be. Right before our ceremony, one of my bridesmaids got her dress caught on a golf cart wheel and completely ripped apart (all the fault of the bridesmaid - we still laugh about it 😂).. Andrea and her team grabbed a pair of scissors, started to work on getting the grass stains out, and within MINUTES you could not tell that the dress was one second away from falling off of her body. I still can’t believe how quickly they were able to pull that off. It was not noticeable at all - and all thanks to the quick work of Andrea and team.
Another amazing thing Andrea did for us is the wedding the day before ours at HMR wanted some draping that matched our theme and color. Andrea called the draping vendor to make sure it was possible and then called me with the idea of splitting the cost of the drapery between us and the other wedding and just leaving it up from the day before! We were able to get beautiful drapery for half the price thanks to Andrea thinking about the details.
All that to say - this team is here for you every step of the way, whether it’s to help you with ideas on decor, to recommend vendors, or to cut a bridesmaids dress so you can’t notice how badly it’s ripped.
I can’t recommend this venue and team enough. If you are reading this - don’t look any further and book your wedding here!

We got married at HMR on 12/17/2022. We cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. Our best decision was choosing to have our wedding here. From the gorgeous grounds to the AMAZING (I mean really truly amazing) staff members, we could not be any happier with our entire experience. Countless family members and friends recognized how great all the staff members were and complimented the beauty of the venue ALL NIGHT LONG. You will not be disappointed if you pick this venue. The best decision ever made (besides marrying my husband, of course).
We had a destination wedding (live in Colorado) and had visited a year in advance to tour venues. Frankly, I had low expectations for Hart Meadows due to the fact that it was a newer venue but it literally blew us out of the water. They are the full package.
Alesandra and Andrea are the kindest human beings ever and made us feel like family. The venue has all the different "areas" that are perfect for both photos and entertaining.
We had a microwedding and were so fearful about not being able to fill a venue, but loved all the things that Hart Meadows Ranch. Upon first walkthrough we could picture it all: ceremony on the island, cocktail hour on the beach, dinner inside, then wrapping up the evening around the fire (not a big dancing group). Turns out it was all exactly as expected.
The biggest one: they have it all. We got so tired of hearing "you have to rent this, you have to spray for bugs, you need a different 'get ready' location, you only have 4 or 5 hours to have it to yourself, etc." We enjoyed having the full venue to ourselves for the entire time and not a single thing to worry about.
They are the best. If ya'll ever visit Colorado, please give us a call!

I cannot stress how beautiful this venue is! It is beautiful in pictures but even more breathtaking in person! This venue is a paradise and a true Lowcountry gem. You can see all the love, detail, and hard work that the owners put into every inch of Hart Meadows Ranch. The owners welcomed me from the very first tour and quickly made me feel like family. They are so kind, professional, and accommodating! My wedding day was absolutely perfect. I wish I could give the venue and the overall experience 100 stars. The most beautiful spot in the Lowcountry for a romantic wedding or in our case a vow renewal. The service was unmatched from my first contact until our big day ended. The owners went out of their way to make our day special and the entire venue is just drop dead gorgeous. Getting ready in the Yurt was so much fun and just the perfect place for hair, makeup, and champagne. Then I was picked up and driven like Cinderella going to the ball - okay it was a white golf cart, but it felt like a chariot!

Hart Meadows Ranch was definitely the best place we could have chosen to get our wedding, everything was perfect! The place is a paradise, each space there is incredibly beautiful, I just loved it 😍😍 -the photographers and Filmaker too hahah- there is so many options to take nice pictures!! They offer a wonderful service, courteous, helpful and very attentive. Andrea took care of us, she was an angel, sweetness and thoughtful. She bring us a nice red car for my entry into the wedding, it was amazing! And to end, they gifted us with a lovely custom engraving to decor our home. We are so thankful to HMR to do our dream becomes true.

As a wedding planner, I love a venue that has options for all types of couples! You couldn't ask for a better venue with Hart Meadows Ranch. There are plenty of spots for a ceremony and reception based on guest count and activities! The team at Hart Meadows Ranch is wonderful and will do everything to make your wedding dreams come true. Hart Meadows Ranch is easily our favorite new venue in the Lowcountry! The venue is located on gorgeous acreage on Johns Island, boasting sweeping grassy meadows, lakefront views next to a beach, a beautiful enclosed climate controlled pavilion (can host small/medium/large groups) with wall to wall windows to show the breathtaking views and a totally funky yurt to top it all off! What's more than the gorgeous property, Andrea and Greg are incredibly kind, easy to work with and so accommodating. We are honored to have the opportunity to work at such an amazing new venue and can't wait to celebrate so many love stories there in the years to come!

As a local elopement planner, I recently had the opportunity to tour Hart Meadows Ranch for the first time. I'm always scouting for new locations to suggest to my couples and I absolutely loved this venue! It is easy to see that a lot of work has gone into creating this new venue. It is as if they have studied the common complaints from other venues and addressed them in advance! They've really thought of everything and I am excited to recommend them to all of my couples! Having a private venue space with the option to get ready onsite as well as multiple choices for the ceremony location and photo opportunities makes this a very special place!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Hart meadows ranch, but I'm definitely going to give it a shot period from the moment you pass through the gates you're greeted with the most beautiful areas, towering oaks, and the most serene setting for your perfect day. First you'll come to one of my favorite spaces, the Yurt. The Yurt is a beautifully designed area for the bride and her court to get ready. They have taken such fine attention to detail and it shows in every aspect of the venue, things like the Yurt having dedicated circuits at each of the three make up mirrors, so that you can plug in all your equipment and not trip a breaker. As you make your way down the main field you'll come to a huge hall, beautifully adorned inside with enough space to stretch out and enjoy a reception like no other overlooking their gorgeous fountain in the pond. Head back outside and you'll see an island in the pond, with a cute bridge leading to it, you can get married on an island! You can seriously tell everyone that you rented a private island to get married on! If you're looking for a more casual reception, they even have a beautiful sandy beach. Basically, you're getting the option of multiple ceremony locations all wrapped up in one astonishing package. I wouldn't hesitate to book them, they'll definitely offer you a place that you'll remember forever.

I toured this venue recently and it is truly a remarkable place! As a photographer, it has many unique spaces and details that you don’t see anywhere else in this area. No corners were cut in making this an incredible place to get married, and have the entire day from start to finish here. We look forward to our first wedding here in the near future!!
