s helpful, friendly, and pretty much did all the planning while making sure everything that I wanted to have was there and happened. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well, and during both the dinner and the wedding reception, the staff made sure everything was taken care of with attention to detail. The venue set up everything that I brought and packed it all up for me as well, I didn't have to lift a finger. The venue is beautiful. We got married here too and I can't say enough about how beautiful our outdoor summer wedding was with an indoor reception. My friends, family, and I had a blast!

go smoothly. The initial presentation was thorough and well presented. There was never missed a detail then or during the ensuing months. Dana's professionalism in combination with a pleasant personality are a wonderful mix. The facility and location that is Hartefeld speaks for itself but there is so much more needed to make a wonderful wedding venue. The staff and management provided that piece.
•The landscaping at the front entrance. The front was lovely and added several photo opp locations.
•The 2014 redecorating of the ballroom results are stunning.
•The patio provides a wonderful area.Many of our wedding guests went out to use it during the entire evening (not just cocktail hour)
-Patios openness and airiness for the cocktail hour made for a relaxing beginning. The servers were always on hand quietly offering the delicious hors d'oeuvres.
•Servers throughout the evening were very efficient, pleasant and capable and food surpassed our expectations. It was delicious and the presentation very well done.
We received many positive comments about how nice the venue was and a great place for a wedding. All of us will praise and recommend Hartefeld to everyone.

delicious and our guests raved about how much they enjoyed it and said they had never been to a wedding where the food was so good. Chef Mike really treated each dish as if he was eating it himself, cooking everything so perfectly. The room looked beautiful and all of their finishing touches with chair covers, table covers, sashes - everything fell into place and created such a pretty atmosphere. The table seating was great, set up around the dance floor and not a bad seat in the house. The staff was very professional and treated all of our guests great, constantly asking if drinks needed to be filled, or helping with anything at all. I would highly reccomend a wedding at this venue, they made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy.

uests to stop there for a drink in between the ceremony and cocktail hour and a place to hang out at the end of the reception while waiting for our bus.;We had been told there would be enough golf carts for the whole bridal party but when we arrived there were only enough for the bride and groom and photographer but after asking they got them for us videographer and bridal party.
The location allowed guests to be both indoors and outdoors. The decor inside the reception was out outdated.
We loved the outdoor cocktail/bar area. And that guests could go out there during the reception as well.
