They removed my review on their website, so that should be a red flag to others. I'm very disappointed in what I received as it was not what I requested/specified, as well as the poor customer service to remedy the issue. I had to make multiple attempts at communication, sometimes not receiving any response. Beware if you order over the phone that you will receive what you requested. My order was not the right colors (for a girl baby shower) and lacked the details in the pictures on their website. If their customer service was adequate (even a partial refund would have sufficed), I would not be writing this review. I guess you take your chances with this bakery.

When our wedding venue told us they couldn't make a gluten-free wedding cake, I knew exactly where to turn! I grew up in Hudson and my dad (who also has Celiac) has been going to Harvard Sweet Boutique for delicious GF pastries and cakes for years. There are a number of flavors and fillings to choose from, and anyone who's GF knows how rare it is to have that much of a selection. They made the most delicious cutting cake for us. So much love for this bakery!

Harvard Sweet Boutique never disappoints!! I have been a long time customer for small sweet treats, so they were my go-to for a wedding cake. I got a small 6" cutting cake and a few dozen cookies for my July 2021 wedding, they were all perfect! Cookies were devoured by my guests and the cake was AMAZING. We chose coconut cake with buttercream frosting which was delicious. My MOH also got my shower cake from them, chocolate with vanilla frosting, and everyone loved it (even non-chocolate lovers!). They did a beautiful job with decorations, matching my wedding cake design to my invitations per my request. 100% would (and will) hire them again for custom cake needs!
