Had a great (smallish) wedding, cocktail hour and sit down dinner... terrific bath patio and indoor space as well. Chelsey and the whole staff were super warm and took great care of us. Very pleased with the way everything turned out, highly recommend!

This venue has stunning views off the deck, just the right size for my daughter's wedding and reception. The chef was easily able to accommodate vegan dishes into the dinner. The food is outstanding , hot and the desserts were out of this world. The manager is easy to work with and on top of the details needed for a perfect mountain wedding. The club is easy to reach and so close to Edwards and the Vail area.

My wedding was at Balata Restaurant at the Sonnenalp Golf Club in Edwards, CO. The site was perfect! We got married out on the patio and then had the reception inside. It has one o...

f the most amazing views in the Vail Valley. The service is exceptional and everyone raved about the food. The venue is perfect for about 85 guests or 110 guests, but in between is a bit difficult. 85 guests fit in the main area of the dining room, and then they turned the bar area into an extension of the dining room. You can still hear and partially see everything that is going on, but we had about 95 guests and two tables in the bar area. The people were pretty secluded from the rest of the group. I would have 4 tables in the bar area so there is enough going on in there that people don't feel left out. Aside from that, if you are looking to have your wedding and reception at the same place, this is a great place to be! You can't beat the price either, plus tax in Edwards is only 4.4% versus Vail where it is almost 9%. My total service for everything including food and alcohol was less than $15,000.
