But then we had an amazing day-of team member, and she made us love Haue Valley even more. She was attentive, on top of things and a highly reassuring presence. Kristen was such a gracious host when my husband and I went to look at the venue for the first time and she was always answering our questions, whether it was in an email or the Facebook group they created for all current and past wedding couples! Rebecca was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me organize the layout at the venue (especially since I had absolutely NO CLUE what the heck I was doing) and answering the 9,000 questions my husband and I had! I never once felt like I was being annoying or unwelcome, she truly made every single step that much more fun and easy. The people that helped in the background of the our wedding day was amazing because they did such a fantastic job, but also because you would have never known they were around, they are so good at keeping your day about you and your spouse! The something borrowed closet was a SAVIOR (for the look of the wedding and our wallets!) I didn’t even have to order anything extra because they truly have SO much to offer. The bridal suite was a DREAM!! I am a hairstylist and I work many, many weddings, and seeing the bridal party getting ready together and having so much fun on their big day, I knew getting ready with my girls at my venue was a huge deal to me. The bridal suite was so beautiful and absolutely my favorite part of our wedding day (along with marrying the love of my life!). Haue Valley couldn’t have been more perfect, I truly loved every single second of that perfect day and thank you so much to every single person there!! You’re all amazing!!

s a few outdoor ceremony options and all of them are right on top of each other for a quick change. The reception area is also right there. The venue comfortably accommodated the Wedding party as well as 100 guests, a DJ, photobooth, dessert table, buffet table, and ice cream cart! The location of the bridal suite and grooms quarters allowed for an easy first look. They allowed us to include our pup in the first look experience! The closet FULL of decoration options and the on line planner made the process smooth. Being able to go onsite for decor days and really go through everything was so helpful in creating the vision and honestly, the venue and the grounds need zero decoration to be beautiful for the day. The staff were extremely easy to connect with and were so supportive and the on site staff day of made sure that we had food and drinks knowing that we would be pulled in all different directions. I would give infinity stars if that was an option. The location is also right off the highway so it is easy for guests to find, easy to park and would be accessible even if there was some weather that could potentially prevent someone from getting to a location further into the hills of Missouri.

From the start, the Haue Valley team was communicative, helpful, and made the wedding planning process a lot less complicated than what I was expecting. I loved the fact that they had a list of approved catering, one bar service that they worked with, and a list of preferred vendors like photography, DJ, and florists. There were also no minimums on food, drink, or attendance, or hidden fees, which I was seeing a lot of during the process of choosing a venue. The expertise Haue Valley's team had helped me choose additional vendors that already knew the ins and outs of the venue, as well as make decisions for the overall planning process based on experience, which meant less stress the day of. The day of our wedding did have some hiccups with family involved in set up that were resolved after the wedding between myself and Kristin in a timely, professional manner. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Haue Valley, and would 100% recommend them to friends and family, or anyone looking for a top tier quality, beautiful venue with amazing professional staff.

And beyomd just how perfect their location is aesthetically, the team at Haue is also SO helpful and supportive throughout the process. They give you advice, tips, and access to their community or past and current couples booked at their venue to help with question and inspiration, and Haue really gives amazing resources and help beyond just their role as the location. On the day of too, the venue staff was fantastic, and stepped up to help out when we had a few unexpected issues with one of our other vendors. I really cannot recommend Haue Valley enough.

utely stunning in any time of year and has everything you need. Kristin, Rebecca, and staff made the entire process beyond wonderful. My fiance and I did so many decor visits and they were so helpful and kind at each one. They were so accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Day of, the bridal suite made a world of difference getting ready with all my girls. The staff made our whole day so easy and seamless. They had all of their plans made and really didn't have us doing anything day-of other than decorating. When it began to tornado siren and hail golf ball sized hail, the staff sprung into action and quickly moved our food and rearranged so seamlessly that you would never even know it happened. Most importantly, they were extremely inclusive. As an interracial couple with a very diverse party and guest list, we never once felt judged, unwelcomed, or any bad vibes. This was a huge deal for us as it was hard to find this feeling in this area at other venues. This is something we will never forget. The entire process of working with Kristin and team to come up with our plan, and having such a perfect execution of the plan day-of truly made our day so special. It was absolutely magical and we are all wishing we could do it again!

We would gladly recommend this venue to any of our loved ones. All night our family kept telling us how amazing of a venue we picked. When we were looking for venues, we often saw that you either get great customer service, or a beautiful venue-- however this is NOT true with Haue Valley, because you get both! The passion that the team has is so clear and evident you cannot go wrong with at LEAST taking a tour. You won't regret it. Thank you Haue Valley team for making our special night one that our family will remember for a VERY long time!

We were planning for 2 years and had them booked for 2, and the entire time I stayed in contact with someone and it was nice to have that responsiveness. the way. The Bridal Suite and grooms suite were absolutely perfect the day of for us to hang with our bridal parties and have a fun relaxing day. The grounds are GORGEOUS and one of our groomsmen made a comment that he wished they could camp and hike there for a week. The Borrowed Closet features so many amazing decorations and faux florals, to the point that we only purchased bouquets and a small handful of decorations. Instead of spending who knows how much on decorations, we were able to use that money to improve our guest experience and offer a shuttle and photo booth for our guests. The bar service company that Haue requires for use is amazing as well and our bar tab was under 4 figures for a guest size of ~90 who all enjoyed themselves at the bar ;) I would highly recommend Haue Valley to anyone who is planning a wedding

u wanted out of your big day and did their part in making it a reality. You honestly could go with very minimal decoration at Haue Valley - the place decorates itself! But two of my favorite features was their "Something Borrowed" Closet (with 100's of items you could borrow for free to use for centerpieces, decor, etc.) and their gorgeous Bridal Suite! The Bridal Suite was such an incredible start to my day - it was beautiful, perfect for pictures, and spacious enough for all of my bridesmaids, myself, and moms to get ready in! We had an indoor ceremony (being a February wedding) and getting married in front of their stunning fireplace was everything I wanted and more. If you have any questions at all, check out their website! This was what first caught my attention with HV - they are incredibly transparent regarding information, pricing, availability, you name it! Made my choice so much easier. Huge shout-out to Haue Valley! Highly recommend this venue!!

We had to make the hardest decision, once the pandemic started to creep closer to our wedding date, to do a small intimate ceremony with just our party and parents in attendance. They have several photo spots around their property to choose from, which we loved! Another extra touch is their new bridal suite and grooms suite. She was so warm, welcoming, and transparent. We were sold. It was the only venue we toured because we fell in love right away. It was very important to us to have great staff to work with, and Kristin and the team go above and beyond that. They really, really care about you. They are truly some of the kindest, most positive people I have ever met! They are so understanding, with you every step of the way, and they make the wedding planning process SO easy. I am so grateful we found them. After being booked for 2.5 years, Kristin and Dana felt like friends to me and my mom - and we are so grateful for them. ❤️ we could not say enough great things about HV and the staff!

Haue Valley literally gave up one of their very few weekends reserved off so their staff can take vacations just so we could still get married in 2020. We had the most perfect July wedding and I couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve received so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was at Haue Valley. We fell in love with this place at first sight and I know everyone else will too!

Dana even made my husband and I a plate of food during the night to make sure we made time to eat during the craziness, which I thought was SO sweet! And she also helped us feed the cows during sunset which was so much fun and made for amazing pictures!! They also created an Excel sheet to organize literally everything you can think of to set up and prepare for your wedding. It was like having a little online wedding planner; it was SO helpful! Overall, I cannot recommend Haue Valley enough and I am trying to find an excuse to go there and relive it all again!!

I went to their awesome, user friendly website and requested a tour and got a response VERY quickly. After touring the venue and learning about its history I knew there was no other place I wanted to get married. Haue Valley was it. I couldn't wait to book the venue and get everything started. I sent the email from the car in their parking lot immediately after the tour. From their vendor guide/resources/open houses/borrowed closet they have EVERYTHING you need to succeed and plan an amazing wedding with the least amount of stress as possible. They have vendor list to help you find vendors that they've worked with, an example time line and basically anything you can think of to help make wedding planning so seamless. Kristen, Dana and the rest of the amazing Haue Valley staff is only ever an email away and always respond very quickly. They recently just renovated a cabin into a BEAUTIFUL bridal suite so that you are your bridesmaids can get ready in a gorgeous place. Beauty mirrors, fireplace, couches, ect.. they have everything you need to start your big day off without having to worry about getting a hotel room or getting ready at someone's house and not having enough room. They also have a room were the groom and groomsmen can hang out before the wedding starts and play games/relax. The day of our wedding came and a huge snow storm came with it. Once the snow started falling, Haue Valley was immediately out there plowing the roads, salting the grounds and making sure our guests were safe and able to get to the venue. And the snow made the already gorgeous venue a winter wonderland. The view/scenery around the area is truly extraordinary. After we exchanged our vows i didnt even notice when Haue Valley stepping in and helping everything run super smoothly. Every single one of our guests there could not say enough good things about how gorgeous of a place Haue Valley is and how amazing and helpful the staff was. Kristin, her family and the staff are very passionate about Haue Valley and you can tell. The venue can be both indoor and outdoor which is a comfort for brides who want an outdoor wedding, but know how unpredictable Missouri weather can be. We were able to have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor, air-conditioned reception without our guests having to travel! The staff is intuitive, patient, kind, and wonderful to work with (shout-outs to Kristin and Dana!) I really could go on and on.... All I really want to say is my Haue Valley wedding was absolutely amazing!

The preferred caterer list has something for every budget, we ent with Pappys and “best wedding food ever” was heard a lot! Their bar service (T’s Liquor Lane) was also amazing! Kristin, Dana, Chris, Jerry and the whole team that made it possible are the very best! I’m only sad that I can’t get married all over again!

I am so thrilled with how our day turned out that I could cry. I'm definitely sad it's all over, but so happy it all took place at HV. They will never market themselves as a day of coordinator, but they give you so much advice and guidance leading up to the big day in order to help your day go smoothly. The best part, that seems insignificant and obvious, is that they actually care if your wedding day is amazing. If they see red flags in your planning, they will let you know. They work so hard to go above and beyond, and it truly shows. Our wedding day was amazing and everything we could have wanted!

I ended up getting engaged on Christmas Eve of 2016 and within the next 2 weeks I had already had an email out to Kristin at Haue Valley to look at it - which I already knew it was the place for me, but for the sake of it we went and looked at it. It was nighttime so the lanterns were lit up and the Christmas tree was still up from a party they had just had and it was just an open space and it took my breathe way. I was in love with it even more. I didn't even have to think about, we put the down payment down that night and booked our spot! I knew I couldn't wait! Our engagement was about a year and a half and the entire time Kristin was always their to answer my sometimes silly questions, always updated the decor in the borrow closest and giving ideas and then of course the open houses! They made it so easy for you to plan your wedding with the help of the preferred vendors, because you know it's people that are trusted enough to be on that list. Everything the HV team did from beginning of end was just amazing. I couldn't rave about my experience with them more. The venue is GORGEOUS, the staff is incredible and so so helpful and I really feel so lucky to have gotten married their. They truly care about each and everyone of their couples & it shows. If you want a venue who will encourage you, give you an unlimited amount of information about planning your wedding and resources this is your place! istin was super quick to respond to my email inquiry to visit the farm. Almost immediately upon arriving we knew it was our place and booked a year and a half out. (We wanted fall and that’s what was available. Which was fine, we’re weren’t in a rush!) One of the biggest perks about Haue is the amazing price point, larger size and the borrow closet! Oh! Also the open houses where you can go play dress up with the tables! It was so nice to be able to go hands on with some decor before the main event. It helped me with my vision of the actual look and how the setup would go. All of the preferred vendors were easy to work with and let me tell you I had no idea where to start for some of the things. I ended up putting all of my trust in my vendors, I didn’t have a wedding planner. When my time came Dana and the rest of the staff were super helpful! We pulled off an amazingly magical day thanks to Haue Valley!
