From the moment we toured Haus 820, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. Even though we live almost two hours away, the modern, minimalistic design immediately won us over. It’s a stunning space that can stand beautifully on its own or be transformed with personal touches—exactly what we were looking for. Abdiel gave us a fantastic tour, providing all the details we needed without ever feeling pushy. He even remembered that our daughter had a soccer tournament that weekend and followed up with a thoughtful message—it's those little things that make such a difference! Originally, we didn’t opt for the all-inclusive package, but after a great conversation with Anna about how it worked, we decided to move forward with it. Even though our vision required a few modifications outside the standard package, Anna, Abdiel, and Danielle worked closely with us to make sure everything came together just how we envisioned. On our wedding day, Jimmy was on-site the entire time, assisting with setup, logistics, and tear-down—all with a friendly and helpful attitude. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue’s beauty, spaciousness, and overall vibe. One major plus for us was the venue’s accessibility—my dad is in a wheelchair, and Haus 820 made it incredibly easy for him to move around comfortably. Our wedding day was truly magical, and Haus 820 was the perfect setting to bring our vision to life. We can’t recommend this venue and their incredible team enough!

I thought they were pretty good as a venue! I loved that they allowed outside vendors as it was a bonus for us to be able to bring our own caterer. A lot of our other vendors had w...

orked with them before so it was helpful and convenient that we didn’t have to explain the layout, rules, entrances/exits, etc. Highly recommend our manager that day (Jimmy), he had excellent skills and experience that helped everyone throughout the day. My only qualm - which is small - is I did have to look back at the agreement and review old emails for things that were given to us. We also did not get a rehearsal the day before (not guaranteed) since there was a wedding that day, but we got 1 extra hour the day of to compensate.

was the most perfect day, and all of the staff I worked with were very kind and accommodating. I loved their all inclusive option. We did do a lot of upgrades on top of it, but it was a great base.

ted as long as they were licensed and insured. The space is large and we divided the main space into two separate rooms using pipe and draping to keep the ceremony area separate from the dining area. They have a nice bar area and prep kitchen making it a lot easier for caterers. They have a courtyard also that can serve as the ceremony area if preferred. We used that area for our cocktail hour. They were responsive, articulate, and able to answer whatever question we threw at them. Additionally, they have a bride and groom suite, making it super easy to get dressed at the venue. We highly recommend this venue as they could accommodate everything we needed for our daughter's wedding.

nd re-schedule our wedding in 2020 due to the pandemic to make it the most perfect day in October. Not only did the Haus 820 team work with us and answer all of our questions, they made sure that all Covid-19 precautions were in place and executed to help us, our vendors, and our guests feel comfortable and safe celebrating. We absolutely loved having our reception at Haus 820 and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to plan their wedding or event!

We always had fast communication, ease of scheduling, and they were super reliable through the whole process - not to mention incredibly flexible for our crazy schedules. I felt no stress the day of the wedding because of them and their ability to coordinate with us and our vendors. The entire process was super easy and I'd recommend them a hundred times over! Chose this venue because of the industrial/antique feel that it had-what I had envisioned for my wedding day. Ceremony and reception was located in the main HAUS location. It ended...

up being beautiful, but I would not want to go through the hassle of working with management again. Management was under revision during the time I had to work with them- never knew who exactly to contact to get a straight answer. They were difficult to communicate with. I booked my wedding under the initial contract (before the prices sky rocketed...) and was provided the new contract to sign with all new fees and regulations. I would recommend keeping close records of everything and all communication because it seemed very shady. We arrived for my wedding day and the customer from the night before did not remove any of their chairs/tables. My bridal party had to move the previous renters stuff, while the HAUS management and crew watched and offered no solution for their mess-up with overlapping events. My decorator and coordinator had to go to bat with the HAUS management in order to sort things out on my wedding day. If you're strong willed and know what you want, this is the venue for you. If not, you may want to consider other options!

esitant in the beginning because we were the first wedding in this new venue, but Sarah and her team were very accommodating for all the site visit we took to see how the venue was coming along! In the end Haus 820 turned out so beautiful & amazing we had so many compliments and I am so glad we decided to have it there!
