ng day was seamless. The food at our tasting was so delicious but we were skeptical how it would scale to a larger group. Cooking for 2 people is very different to cooking for 80 people so we were trying to manage expectations. We did not need to worry at all, the food on our wedding day was exactly the same as we had at the tasting, it was incredible. The potatoes au gratin, chicken marsala and braised tri tip were the definite standouts. So many of our guests came up to us and told us it was the best food that they have had at a wedding!
I have Celiac disease and communicated this to Lusine and her team and she made sure that all the food was gluten free, they even had gluten free crackers for the charcuterie board! On the day of the wedding, the chef (very kindly) pulled me aside to give me gluten free bread and they had such a delicious gluten free cake for us to enjoy. I really appreciated the attention to detail with respect to the allergens, everything was so clearly labeled and it made it so easy for our guests to enjoy everything.
Highly recommend for all catering needs!! Will definitely keep them in mind for future events.
