Haute had an incredible process of sending a proposal with multiple photos for every single item from large table displays to smaller bouquets. Every time they sent a proposal if I had any comments, big or small, all I did was email back and they would adjust the photos to be exactly what I wanted. It made the entire process so transparent that on the day of everything went so smooth. Not only was the process helpful, we were having a brunch the following day for family at the hotel and we were able to work with Haute so at the end of the night they transported the flowers from the venue to the hotel so we could repurpose them. I was so in love with the flowers that I honestly wanted to keep them forever. I immediately had my sister help me to send my bouquet out to get pressed so I could keep them as a memory forever. Haute Floral will forever be the company I will work for for my floral needs. We could not have used anyone else who would have made the process more smooth and professional. They were always happy to help and never made us feel like we were a burden to work with like some of the other florists we had met with before. They also made our day so so easy. Our wedding was in October of 2019 and I wanted to have a kind of dark Halloween vibe going on and they were able to create exactly what I wanted! I was in love! about florals and i was nervous about this aspect of the wedding. They eased every worry or concern i had immediately! We continued to update and make adjustments on my proposal as i wanted to change things or add things with no problem. One of the things i loved was they asked for my Pinterest board and took all the inspiration for my wedding day from things I’ve already researched. They arrived promptly on wedding day and set everything up and i was blown away with how gorgeous everything looked! It looked even better than i could have ever imagined. I cannot stress how awesome they were to work with! They are true artists and professionals at what they do! I highly, highly recommend them! You will not regret it!

Out of all the florist I spoke with they were the only ones who were willing to work with us on budget since we were only having a reception and not an actual ceremony. We used a lot of succulents in our arrangements and the best part is that these are now continuing to grow in our garden and remind us daily of such a special event.

hey came to deliver the flowers as they had forgotten the lace from my mom's wedding dress for my bouquet and had created an incorrect arrangement for our centerpiece on our welcome table. Kristen was called and said she would immediately come fix it! And she did! I later learned that they were without power at their facility and were putting together all of our arrangements with flashlights, and they were still GORGEOUS! Everything turned out beautiful! From beginning to end, she worked with our budget and was very flexible.

Kristen and her team took my jumbled up ideas and Pinterest inspiration and turned it into the most beautiful proposal! We even changed our arrangements to something completely different and added a few things along the way with no issues. As someone who is INCREDIBLY indecisive, that was a god send! Yes, the communication is mostly email/phone calls but we never found that to be an issue in the planning process. My biggest concern was that because our budget and ideas were somewhat “modest,” I was anticipating our ceremony and reception decorations to be pretty bare. Thankfully my assumptions were WAY wrong, because they took my breath away! Even the cake flowers were amazing! The only negative thing I have to say is regarding the set up and take down process. I don’t necessarily know if this was someone working directly through haute, or if it was someone contracted to do the set up. During my interaction with her, she kept calling me (the bride) by the wrong name MULTIPLE times, even after correcting her. She never introduced herself to our coordinator or my husband while they were both in the reception room, so they had no idea who she was. During clean up, there were some rental pieces belonging to haute that were left behind which we had to inform them of and return to their studio in Dallas so we wouldn’t be charged for missing pieces. Although there were some bumps on the day of, I would still absolutely recommend Haute Floral to any bride in DFW! They really do listen to all of your ideas and try to be as price conscious as they can be, which I think can be a diamond in the rough with other florists!
