u were happy with the current pricing. Once you received pricing from another florist, you asked if we could do anything to lower our pricing. We said no and explained why .... we have a baseline price for the arch you wanted and removing more blooms from the bridesmaid bouquets would compromise the design. You just can't compare florists apples to apples ... we are all different as artists! We explained that twice to you in emails. We also told you that we completely understand that pricing is important to some brides and that we understand that this would cost us a sale as we don't like to price match other florists. We also told you that we want to produce beautiful weddings at a price that make sense for our company. We are sorry that you are so disatisfied that we would not drop our pricing, but we feel that we were upfront and transparent about our reasoning as opposed to just saying no. We are at a complete loss as to why you felt our emails were unprofessional or rude .... we are sorry that you did not get the answer that you wanted to drop the pricing.

In regards to requesting your face to face meeting, your initial meeting was in person (a standard to be requested by you, the bride) & you had that meeting in person. After multiple emails regarding modifications to reduce the floral, your original design had been destroyed with your specific requests to remove of various flowers that tied your design together. You conveyed you were doing this to reduce the costs, which we understand, but still wanted your floral to be beautiful. At that point, Kristen (me, Owner & Lead designer) requested a meeting with you in person to redesign your wedding since you were up to 27 versions /modifications of your proposal, so the mention of us not requesting a meeting is very invalid in your case. In most cases though, we don't request meetings since our proposals clearly show a client what designs and floral are being used so we know what work &floral we are designing for you. At any point, anybody can ask questions, make changes, etc & we are happy to explain or show. As far as 80% of the time you were communicating via assistant that did up date your proposal properly as you requested (31 times altogether) since Kristen (me) is typically designing other brides weddings, as I did yours when it came time for your wedding. As far as your statement regarding the size of your bouquets, you are correct. As mentioned previously, you had gone in & drastically reduced the size of the bouquets to bring the costs down. We made the recommendation against this, but since cost was definitely a concern for you, we proceeded ahead as you requested. I'm not sure why this is a complaint when you were informed of the costs of certain floral that you were choosing was more expensive & you approved the cost/less blooms to compensate your budget of $65 per bouquet. We're also not quite sure why any of your complaints were never brought to our attention prior to the wedding, on wedding day, or event prior to 6 months after your wedding date. Once again, thanks for your feedback. We will be disputing this review since there is a significant amount of incorrect/false information posted here and we have the documentation to prove it.
