rmaine is absolutely incredible from the start to even after our Mexico destination wedding. From the first day we talked to Charmaine I knew that I picked the best in the business for travel help. She not only was willing to calm my nerves, but did it with ease when I was being difficult in picking the perfect resort. Charmaine called us multiple times a week if needed to make sure we were happy and to discuss details. Charmaine even jumped on emails and calls with other vendors when she did not need to, just to make sure all of the details I wanted were perfect. We traveled with 66 guests and there were zero issues. None! In fact I am still hearing how seamless all of our guest travel accommodations were. Charmaine is a full service woman and I can assure you that you don't need to look any further for a travel specialist. Charmaine really helped ease all my wedding fears and made the trip so seamless. We are already in the works of planning another trip and I know that no matter our needs this time, we will be treated with the same quality service as if it were our wedding again. During the planning process with our resort Charmaine was involved at every step advocating for us and helping to provide suggestions/items to think about. She also helped coordinate the travel of our entire wedding group (40+ people) which was a major load off of our shoulders. Any questions that came up were able to be referred to Charmaine and she took care of everything. Our wedding week was amazing and our wedding day was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. It was so nice to know that she had been to the different islands/resorts we were considering and could give us all the details we’d need to make our decisions. She also found us a way to save some money while booking. It was so nice to know we had someone knowledgeable to help us if anything went wrong while traveling, as well. She not only had contacts, but personal relationships where we were, so we felt so taken care of and safe. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect and I would 100% recommend Charmaine to anyone – we will definitely be working with her on our next trip.

Especially during COVID, Char went above and beyond and made sure we all had the correct travel documents to meet the new requirements. She even called the Jamaican health department for us to make sure our group would be able to get in! I would highly recommend going through Haute Global Travel!

on this front. She knows the locations, she knows the resorts, and she knows the rooms at the resorts. In fact, on our most recent trip she was able to provide luxury recommendations that ultimately saved us a lot of money (she alerted us that Hawaii at Christmas time would be far more expensive than the perfect vacation we ended up experiencing in St Lucia). But more importantly in a travel agent we want somebody who doesn't stop at simply booking the trip and making sure we know the travel itinerary. And that is definitely the case with Charmaine. She books the trips, she follows up to ensure we are fully up to speed on activities available, and she makes sure all possible questions are answered, and she follows through to make sure the trip is going as planned during the trip. On our most recent trip, the Airline had an issue with the plane so had to cancel the flight. Charmaine was on the phone with us immediately (extremely early in the morning), helping to educate us on all of our options and helping to get us rebooked and our vacation back on track, and then after the fact making sure we received proper reimbursement from the airline. Charmaine has customers for life!

We were so pleased with our experience at our all inclusive resort in Jamaica and Charmaine helped us every step of the way when we had questions. She helped us plan our trip so that we stayed at both Sandals Grande St. Lucian in the over-water bungalows and at Jade Mountain. She helped organize our dream honeymoon while staying within budget. We had great experiences at both Sandals and Jade Mountain, and Char was on top of everything. She has connections with both places and we felt as though they rolled out the red carpet for us because we were her clients. She was readily available for small questions throughout the trip, which was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful experience working with Char and will definitely be working with her again to plan future trips.
