proceeded smoothly. We ended up selecting her "Month of" package and could not be happier with the value and quality of service we received. Epiphany was a valuable resource beginning when we hired her, but once our official month kicked in, she was incredibly efficient and finished all our preparations comprehensively. The only drawback to this was that I had so little to do, I had plenty of time to feel nervous about the big day. We selected many of Epiphany's preferred vendors who were all wonderful, and even the one vendor who was not on her preferred list, she had already worked with previously and everything went off perfectly. She coordinated the vendors like a well-oiled machine and we were only required to engage with vendors to confirm our selections/notes for their services. I cannot emphasize enough how much Epiphany's excellent group of vendors (who you don't have to go with, but we're so happy we did), extensive experience working with them, and team-player attitude made the entire weekend and all the final planning so easy and stress-free. Epiphany herself was a joy to be around and a total professional. My husband and I joked that she possessed a supernatural quality--there but not there, seen but unseen, deftly solving problems and moving the itinerary along without ever being intrusive or making your day feel militantly scheduled. For some specific examples, we had a detailed and highly customized BEO with our venue that included certain wine on certain tables, multiple appetizers, snacks, plated dinner, special order beer, etc. etc. I never lifted a finger and arrived at the reception with everything exactly where it was supposed to be. We also ran into a hiccup shortly before the wedding when we found out from the venue that the bar would not be open as soon as the guests arrived from the ceremony. This was a big concern to us, but Epiphany immediately spoke up during this meeting and began to problem solve with our venue representative. The bar was open as soon as our guests arrived at the cocktail hour, problem solved! She thought of everything--she handled all our place cards and signage, all our decorations, she expertly corralled our wedding party while still being friendly, she stepped up and made decisions I did not care to make, she was super responsive and available anytime we needed her--I could go on and on. Her fee was easily the most well spent money of the entire experience. If you have room in the budget for a planner, you cannot go wrong hiring her!

WOW I could not be happier and more thankful for having them there. Prior to the wedding anytime I was stressed or worried Epiphany was a text/email away and responded so quick. When I was getting stressed with wedding stuff she would set up a meeting time we could meet in person and it made all the difference! I joked with her saying she needs to add wedding therapist to her company tag lines. During the week of she and my day of coordinator, Monica, handled absolutely everything! They coordinated all of my vendors and communicated with them all so well. During the rehearsal the set up ran so incredibly smooth thanks to them. We brought in all of the decorations for the wedding into the venue and went through everything so it would match our vision perfectly. I’ll never forget walking into the venue on our wedding day and having the realization of “holy crap this is my wedding!” All of the decorations and set up looked so perfect it didn’t feel real! Monica was absolutely incredible on my wedding day. She handled everything beautifully and made everything flow perfectly. Even when I was running behind on my timeline she helped me relax and take a deep breath. Towards the end of the night Epiphany stopped in and surprised us. That meant the absolute world to us! At the end of the night they took care of cleaning up everything and we did not need to do a single thing! Do yourself a favor and book through Epiphany! The set up and clean up is worth it alone! It felt like everything else was an incredible bonus! You will not regret it!

ng in September 2022 for our October 2023 wedding. During our first meeting, we discussed our wedding vision and budget. From there, Epiphany saved us so much time and stress by recommending vendors within our budget and setting up meetings for us. She also kept us on a manageable timeline. I didn’t think about wedding planning unless she was reaching out to us (ex: we didn’t think about invitations, registry, hotel booking, etc. until Epiphany suggested we started looking into those and giving vendor recommendations). I was so relaxed on the day of our wedding that even the hair/makeup artists were amazed at how chill I was. It was because I knew Epiphany had everything covered. The wedding went off without a hitch. After the groom and I left the reception, my family said Epiphany was great at making sure the leftover food and flowers were dispersed to the remaining guests. When a few days later the company we rented linens from said they were missing a tablecloth from our wedding, Epiphany took care of it and resolved the issue. She was truly an amazing wedding planner and I highly recommend anyone to work with Have an Epiphany Wedding services.

She helped set up the flowers, make sure everything was on time and was such a wonderful presence. Trust me, there is so much going on the day of your wedding. You do not need the added stress of all your vendors coming to you with questions. E BEST thing I could have done for my wedding! Epiphany is super fun and nice but she was able to make sure my ADHD and chronic procrastinator self actually got everything done in time for the big day. She was very hands-on and was in all of my final vendor meetings, which was Super helpful, and helped me make decisions on things I didn't even know I needed to make decisions on. She rolled with all the weird things we were doing at the wedding (like my husband's horse being the ring bearer) and made sure logistics were figured out and things went off without a hitch. And Kylie was a real MVP! I LITERALLY would not have been able to get everything ready in time for the wedding if it wasn't for her. She really went above and beyond- helping my bridesmaids put together stands for my centerpieces while I was getting my makeup done (I told you I'm a procrastinator), laid out the decorations, dealt with some wedding day drama (sorry Kylie... you're the best <3 ), made sure everyone/everything was where they needed to be, and in general made everything run smoothly and made my life a heck of a lot easier. I'm mad I can't give them more than five stars. So to conclude my essay: Do yourself a favor and hire Have an Epiphany!

She was extremely organized and detail-oriented, which was perfect for a type-A bride like me. On our wedding day, she was everything we needed her to be: calm, knowledgeable, and readily equipped with a tide to-go pen. When we needed a bourbon toast set up last-minute for the first look with my dad, she came through with the prettiest well glasses and serving tray. When my bridesmaids were struggling with the bustle on my dress, she was there. When the cake cutting needed to be 20 minutes earlier than originally planned, she made it happen without a hitch. On the morning after our wedding, I had a guest come up to me and say "who was your coordinator? She was ALL OVER that ballroom!" Epiphany managed to seemingly be everywhere all at once while still being discreet and focused. I have already (and will continue to) recommend Have an Epiphany LLC to every bride & groom I know!
