Have Party Will Travel

I highly recommend Have Party Will Travel for your wedding caterer! Before meeting with Tilynn in person, we corresponded through email and she was able to give me invoice estimates. Tilynn helped ease my nerves and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She and Mindy worked with our budget which I really appreciated! We ended up ordering the grilled cheese w/ tomato soup, meatballs and fruit. They gave us some vouchers for the Bridal Showcases well where we could sample the grilled cheese. The linens were probably the most difficult part for me, and Tilynn was again very patient. They went above and beyond when it came to the linens and even helped supply our tea lights and votives for the tables. Tilynn drew up some ideas of where our tables and decorations would be placed at the venue on a map, and met us there for our rehearsal. I cannot express how helpful she was in the arrangement of everything! The day of our wedding was amazing and I give most of the credit to the catering. Our lead, Trisha, was very attentive to my husband and I. She brought us water throughout the night without us asking, and they even boxed up the grilled cheese + tomato soup for us! Our guests loved the food, and it was a downer the leftovers weren't able to go to them. But it's understandable for the reason why (I'm not sure if this was the venue's policy or the catering, though). Overall, I am very pleased with Have Party Will Travel, and highly recommend the assistance of Tilynn and Mindy. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision! Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way! They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results! Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous - the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination - set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn't start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began! The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening. If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event - you absolutely need to call HPWT!
