Haven Hair Salon

Very very unprofessional. She showed up 1 hour late to begin wedding hair to grab bagels... began with other girls hair and finished me (the bride) 90 minutes after my wedding was supposed to start. She vaped inside the church because of HER anxiety. I had 200 guests sitting in the church waiting for the wedding to begin. Guests from 8 different countries were there. I got zero photos with my flower girl and ring bearer because they are little and after the severe delay ate and went to sleep. I cannot truly express how terrible she is. I can't look at other people's wedding photos and not feel like driving to the salon and punching her in the face. Said she would refund me. I went there every day demanding my refund. Got back about 1/3 before I decided to move on with my life. Could take her to small claims court, but she probably is insolvent. She also destroyed my hair by how she cut it but I didn't understand it because she curled it and I thought it looked great. It's one year later and that back chunck is still growing out. I have so many words for her but the rest would probably lead this review to be blocked. DONT USE!!!!
