We had a final meeting with her where she had prepared a play-by-play outline for our wedding. We then tasked her with putting together our floral arrangements with very little time remaining. Nicole knocked it out of the park. It was exactly what we wanted. She also contacted all of our vendors prior to the wedding to ensure everything was in order. The day of the wedding we had a hiccup with one of our vendors. Nicole took charge of the situation, did their job for them, and kept it under wraps from us so that we weren’t stressed out. It’s because of Nicole and her staff that our wedding went according to plan. She went above and beyond our expectations. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did. She’s truly one of a kind.

my family and friends who had the pleasure of working with her throughout our journey, she was great. I hired Nicole for day of coordinator and florist and she went above and beyond the call of duty. The flowers were beautiful and throughout the back and forth of the quoting and getting the look just right she was patient and captured exactly what I wanted and better yet well within budget. Where she shined the brightest was during the planning process and the execution of the wedding day. She is extremely knowledgable in reviewing the vendor contracts, developing the best timeline for a smooth-problem free wedding day, and preparing the bride and groom for the big day. We had the unfortunate circumstance of our photographer double booking our wedding and notifying us 3 weeks before the wedding day. Nicole not only was a sounding board for our frustration but she was able to offer advice and contacts to other photographers who would be available to shoot our day and if you are already in the planning process for your wedding, you know this is no easy task. She was always a phone call, text, or email away and extremely responsive. In every meeting we had, she was prepared with printed itineraries, notes, and knew the right questions to ask. The best part was her involvement during the rehearsal in getting to know all of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, and officiants involved and able to provide direction to my very loud and chaos of a family. Nicole - thank you thank you thank you! Robin and I truly cannot thank you enough for all you have done to ensure our day was spectacular. This review can only capture a small portion of her efforts for our wedding so all I can say is hire her, see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

t the wedding (and planning) would be focused on relationship- between my husband and I, between us and our wedding party, us and our families and finally us and our guests and little did we know that the relationship between us and our planner would be growing all along as well! With her attention to our important goals and not-so-important-let's-ignore-this thing she created a day that we will always cherish. With the year that we worked with Nicole, she was considerate to discuss each detail across many time-zones as we leaned on her to help us plan from overseas. We were able to trust her during the months of coordination fully which freed us to focus on the needs of our parties and guests. We also used her as our florist which was a HUGE win for us (2 birds, 1 stone)- she heard our vision from the beginning and executed both the art and plan perfectly! We don't just think of her as an "employee" on our day- she is most certainly a friend and we couldn't have done it without her.

nthly checklist along the way that really helped me stay on track for planning. I know some of my family members were a little stressed out on the wedding day, and Nicole helped ease the stress. She personally stood with my little brother (he's 5 and was the ring bearer) and calmed him down when he was freaking out about walking down the aisle! I love Nicole because she is so personable and took the time to learn everyone's names and roles in the wedding. Her arrangements- the bouquet, cross arrangement, centerpiece decor- everything she made was so beautiful. It was all flawless. I felt like I was at a million dollar wedding with her arrangements!! Long story short, she was the perfect person to have at our wedding to keep everything moving along and on schedule when I was a little bit spaced out! Plus her florist skills are seriously on point. g up to the wedding she seemed very professional and organized. I really had all the confidence in Nicole leading up to the wedding and she seemed really great. That quickly changed starting when she showed up late the day of the wedding. It all just started to go downhill from there. Since she was late, my bridesmaids had to be the ones directing vendors on where to go. Before I was supposed to walk down the aisle and was in the reception area waiting I was noticing all the set up details she was missing. I spent a lot of money on decorations that she failed to put out. I had to notify her of details she was setting up incorrectly after numerous talks of how I wanted it. She lead me into the same room as the groom BEFORE I walked down the aisle. HUGE mistake on her part. She almost led the whole wedding party out of the wrong door to walk down the aisle before I corrected the issue. It was as if she had not done any research of the venue. Thankfully, all of the guests did not know of these behind the scene issues. I did have a lot of people in the wedding party and my mom and mother-in-law tell me how disappointed they were in her. I would not recommend her wedding planning to anyone!!

I was able to sit back and relax and when I saw the finished product of her hard work, it was just amazing! 13 to inquire of a floral arrangement within a certain dollar amount and to request delivery since I am out of state and would not be able to get them to her. Nicole listened to what I wanted for my mother. She communicated with me when she would be able to deliver the arrangement and was able to work with my budget. So I hired her. The arrangement was exactly what I envisioned. It was so very beautiful and elegant. She delivered the followed to my mom and mom was speechless. The Lillie’s had not fully opened by then but mom sent me a text picture of them a couple days later and oh my goodness!!! They were BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you Nicole for making my mom’s day with that gorgeous floral arrangement. I am so happy that I did not use the traditional floral delivery places.

She is unbelievably organized and detail oriented, which was immensely appreciated! She never left any stone of the wedding planning process unturned! 12 days before my wedding, I all of a sudden was in desperate need of a new officiant and she had one lined up for me in less than 24 hours. I was a mess at certain parts of planning but Nicole was my calm, reassuring voice. My wedding day was flawless because of Nicole and her assistant was amazing! I was dying in my heels after my ceremony and her assistant ran and grabbed my flip flops before our first dance :] They're a well oiled machine and I would recommend Nicole 100 times over!

Her organizing skills and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. It was so nice to know our day was in her hands and I didn't have to worry about a single thing-- all I had to do was sit back and soak it all in as the bride. I received many compliments about Nicole from guests and family members. Everybody enjoyed her interactions with them and her management of the day's schedule. As the bride, I appreciated even having her help before the wedding in designing the ceremony and reception venue decor. She also guided me through planning that I never would have thought of on my own! Really, we just can't say enough great things about her.

weeks before the event, I began looking for a coordinator on my own. I sure feel lucky that I found Sensible Chic Weddings! Nicole stepped in when everything was half-baked and provided reassurance and was the voice of reason and calm. She kept us sane-no kidding. I was surprised to find myself letting go and actually ENJOYING the wedding weekend. She took my mess and created an organized itinerary and vendor list. She communicated with the vendors to ensure we were all on the same page and the schedule was correct. Nicole made many suggestions which we implemented and the results were spectacular. We met several times in person and she was readily available via email and phone for questions/advice and her calming influence. She is organized, efficient and always on time. You will not be disappointed with Sensibly Chic Weddings!

ing based off my wedding date (i used the minimum planning package because I like to plan my own stuff too). She attended my other vendor meetings and had some great ideas. She also drove to meet me half way since we lived fairly far apart. Nicole had schedules out to all of my vendors for day of timing, where to be, and paid everyone that still needed to be taken care of. She was awesome and I would recommend her to everyone!

professional and was a HUGE help when attending my other vendor meetings. I would highly recommend that she attend your DJ/reception music meetings, as she had some very good ideas on how to make a reception run more smoothly with the help of the DJ/Emcee. She was very thorough when making my wedding "day of and day before" timeline and added lots of detail. The only thing I can think to "complain" about was that a few items that needed to be set out at the reception (my cocktail napkins and koozies) were not put in their proper places prior to guests arriving. It definitely isn't a huge deal and I had no idea about it until after the wedding, so overall, my wedding experience was still great. However, I did want those items placed out for guests to use. Overall, Nicole was GREAT and I definitely recommend her! She truly made my (and my mom's!) wedding experience better.
