immediately even when I sent them way out of business hours, was very prompt with answering emails, and was very understanding when I first made a mistake with the island and then had to switch major details last minute. The vendors they use are phenomenal, and everything turned out beautifully. I am so grateful Rica was able to bring together such a wonderful officiant with the perfect photographer. The small details of HBW's service are what makes it- a few extras/above-and-beyond moments really cemented how genuinely excited the entire team is for their clients. I could write to the word limit about how great my experience with HBW was, but I'll spare everyone the novel.
