DJ Shift and Bruddah Bryan were absolutely amazing! They did everything right! DJ Shift is the best from playing the exact 90s alternative playlist for cocktail hour to a legit Bay...
Area playlist for the dance portion. In addition he took requests for the older fam to dance the cha-cha too! DJ Shift knew the assignment and executed it like an OG! In addition he played the final song that I wanted and danced to. Bruddah Bryan is a great MC! He got the guests excited and responded to his requests. He did a cool trivial about the bride and groom, which the guests were super engaged and competitive about. His overall energy and positive vibes were perfect for our wedding! They both have put utmost love and gratitude.
We booked Hawaiʻi Events Unlimited for their DJ, emcee, and lighting services for our wedding reception in Oʻahu's Waimea Valley, and they were absolutely incredible! Hanson, Marvi...
n, and Hope were very responsive and helpful during the booking process, so we felt confident about what we were booking.
Our DJ, Nate, did an awesome job at incorporating the music we wanted while keeping the energy and spirits high throughout the event. Our favorite part about Nate's DJ-ing was the sound effects he added during our bridal party's speeches! Our emcee, Ray, was amazing as well. He did great in maintaining a natural flow throughout the night and making our loved ones laugh. He always matched the energy of our guests, and we loved that.
We added cafe lights last minute, and the Hawaiʻi Events team were extremely accommodating during this process.
We're so grateful to have worked with and have the attendance of such a professional and vibrant team! Would definitely work with or recommend them to others in the future. ❤️
Hanson, Marvin and the entire Hawaii Events Unlimited team were amazing from the moment I inquired on their services! They were always so kind, helpful and responsive.
We decided...
to book their monogram, cold sparks and emcee for our wedding and let me tell you, one of the best decisions we made ever.
The cold sparks firing during our first dance will always be a core memory for my husband and I. And not to mention during our first dance we had the chance to look up at our monogram and it was so amazing to see it come to life. Another core memory. Literally AMAZING.
Our Emcee, Mox (Jonah Moananu) was also a huge hit at our reception. All of our guests enjoyed his humor and he was just all around a great guy. He kept everyone entertained.
At the end of the night all of our guests mentioned how they loved the cold sparks, monogram and our emcee, Mox. Hearing all of this from our guests just solidified what we had already known from the beginning, Hawaii Events Unlimited was one of the best decisions we made when choosing our vendors.
Thank you Hanson, Marvin and the entire Hawaii Events Unlimited team. Our wedding was more beautiful and amazing than we could've ever imagined and it's because of the hard work from you all.
For those of you wondering if you should hire this vendor for any of your events, if you can't tell by now after reading this review, HIRE THEM! You won't regret it!!!
Had them for our photobooth for our wedding and we love how responsive and easy it is to work with them! Love that they worked with me to design our photobooth template! My friends...
and family had a blast!
My husband and I just recently got married at Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in 2023 and used Hawaii Events Unlimited as our main entertainment vendor.

d out to them to express interest, they responded right away, and we set up a kick off call. The team listened to what we wanted for our big day, answered all of our questions, provided us with a ton of different options and really took the time to get to know us.
We were floored with the exceptional level of service Hawaii Events Unlimited provided us as we were planning, and immediately decided to go with them. We loved that they offered a plethora of services that we wanted, so we only had to manage one vendor for entertainment vs multiple ones. We went with the classic reception package which included the DJ, sound system, microphones, and dance and static uplighting, photobooth with unlimited prints and MC services. We also added on a monogram that lit up behind our sweethearts table as well as the 360 photo booth (shout out to Hanson).
From the months that led up to the wedding, Hawaii Events Unlimited was always super helpful in responding quickly to our questions as well as letting us have chats with the MC (Bruddah Bryan) and our DJ (Nate) so we were aligned with what the program would look like and what type of music we wanted played.
Hawaii Events Unlimited also has a convenient portal where you can see all the elements they need you to fill out (music list, logistics for the day, lighting choices, photo booth accessories). They also offer convenient monthly payment options.
The day of the wedding, Bruddah Bryan kept the program running smoothly and making sure we stayed on time, all while keeping our guests entertained. Nate and Ejay did an amazing job of keeping our guests on the dance floor while following our guidance with all of our music choices. Jordan did an amazing job of lighting up the ballroom perfectly. And Hope, Colby, Kristen, Kylie, and Josh did an amazing job with the standard and 360 photo booths which our guests completely loved.
Hawaii Events Unlimited was worth every penny and the level of customer service was well worth it. They absolutely delivered on all levels. After the event was over, we promptly got all the photo booth files after a couple of days so we could share it with our guests. We would highly recommend Hawaii Events Unlimited for any of your event needs. Their customer service is top notch and we thank all of them for making our big day so special.

uld highly, highly recommend them for any events.
I LOVED working with Hawaii Events Unlimited!! They were so great and probably the most communicative vendor we had for our wedding. They were professional and organized and did ...
an amazing job! Everything was perfect and I can't say enough good things about them.
We weren't sure which DJ company to go with initially and were just looking through some recommendations. However, I saw Hawaii Events Unlimited at a wedding expo and decided just to email to see how they were. I'm so glad I did! Even though we were just looking for a DJ, they offer so many other services! So if you're looking for package deals, they would be really great for that also.
They were super responsive through email and we even set up a phone meeting with one of their DJs, Nate. We were able to talk to him and he was so great, so that convinced us to book them right away. He listened to everything we wanted and totally understood what we were thinking.
They also had a questionnaire for us to fill out which helped us with all our music choices. Hope, from the office, emailed us to keep us on track. We even had a final phone call with her to make sure everything was set. They were so great at communicating which made me feel so much better about the whole process.
And the day of... AMAZING!! It was everything we had wanted. Music makes such a huge difference and it was such a great vibe! The music was just perfect, everything flowed so smoothly, they are soooo nice and easy to work with. What else can I say? Just if you need a DJ or any other services, I would look here first and see all the things they offer, and you can probably save some money too with packages. Great people, great company, great job. I'm so happy so thank you so much Hawaii Events Unlimited!!
We went with Hawaii Events Unlimited to provide DJ and MC services for our reception. Working with them was smooth and easy, they were familiar with our venue and provided a good ...
mix of music throughout the night. They even happily got all the various K-pop and K-drama related songs we requested. We selected Braddah Bryan as our MC, and despite the rather rudimentary script I gave him, he was able to work with it to keep our guests engaged and entertained. I just regret that because our guests were generally on the older side, hardly anyone used the opportunity to dance more. But overall, I was very satisfied with the service they provided us.
These guys GET IT. Music was super important to me on my wedding day and I’m so glad that I went with this company recommended by my coordinator! I knew exactly what kind of music ...
I wanted to be played throughout my ceremony and reception and they DELIVERED. I didn’t even directly talk to them beforehand I only gave them a list of songs at certain points for the wedding day on their questionnaire sheet. I felt kind of nervous not actually communicating about our music, but they really understood the assignment and made it even better on the actual day! Our emcee J-Irie was also awesome as well! Highly recommend!!
I had a small destination wedding with only 25 people but the team helped make it a great party. They were kind and adaptable and kept a great atmosphere. Not everyone in my group ...
like to dance but they definitely kept people moving. So happy with the day, they did such an amazing job.
Hanson and his team were awesome! I originally had a FaceTime phone call with Hanson; I had spoke with a few DJ companies, and Hanson was the most professional and able to answer a...
ll my questions, and after that phone call decided to book with Hawaii Events Unlimited immediately. Their portal was very easy to use, where you answer questions about lighting, music, and additional details you may want to include. Our Emcee, Big Mox is who brought the event all together; he was the perfect choice to get us hyped up but keep it organized and keep us on our timeline. The music was a perfect mix of what I asked for and some of their own suggestions. Our wedding day was perfect and would not change a thing, couldn’t have done it without you guys so thank you for being apart of our big day!
We were a little hesitant about getting Marvin and his team to do the live-streaming for our wedding, since it's something it seems they took up fairly recently, but boy are we gla...
d we chose them!! Marvin and his team went above and beyond in live-streaming, from starting the stream early and being patient with us when our wedding started half an hour late to getting all the incredible views at Kualoa Ranch. Our wedding had a lot of moving parts, and they captured it all!! On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and such lovely people. I can't stop talking about what a great job they did and how glad I am they did the live-streaming for our wedding!!
Marvin and his team were so responsive from the beginning--Quick to provide information, answer questions, and flexible to any adjustments. They were so easy to work with, were spo...
t on with song choices and know how to read the crowd when they have to switch up music. Thanks Marvin and team! You all were amazing!
Marvin was so easy to work with. He had great correspondence with us throughout the entire planning process. He patiently answered all the questions I had. He was very flexible and...
accommodating. His team were just as professional.
We rented equipment from Hawaii Events Unlimited for my reception/cocktail hour DJs. My musicians had an easy time working with Marvin's team.
My only regret is that I didn't include more services in my package!
Melvin and his team were fantastic DJs for the night. They were professional, asked us what we wanted to hear and didn't want to play, and kept the dance floor packed all night lon...

Marvin and his team were great! We had the Dj photo booth and hashtag booth with uplighting. One of the best things about Hawaii Events unlimited is how quick to respond they are. ...

They are really the one stop shop you need! Marvin and His crew are so Awesome and friendly! They really do live up to being unlimited. They work close to get your idea and vision ...
and make it to a reality. They always go beyond to being better then best. Wedding and events can cost you a lot but they are so affordable and worth it! They ensure that they communicate every detail so that you can really enjoy your event and be stress free! You can be so set in stone on your visions and in what yo want but they do just that and that extra that uplifts your outmost peak of joy. You won't regret them.
This by far is the BEST vendor! They come with everything from photo booths, dj, emcee referrals, uplighting and so much more. It's so stress free to be able to book everything thr...
ough 1 company. Marvin was so prompt, ALWAYS answered my millions of questions either the day of or within a day or two. DJ FLIP through it down for us, understood exactly what my taste of music was. And my uplighting, omg my uplighting!!!!! If you've ever seen hale ikena on fort shafter that's where my reception was and if you can picture this place you'd think ah boring!!!!! But no ways they understood how much I wanted to turn that place into the most beautiful ballroom that anyone has ever seen and oh man did they deliver! Made my ideas come to life. Turning a boring looking ballroom to the lost elegant and modern ballroom that you'd ever seen. I love this company so much that I'm using them for my daughters first bday also. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants their dream wedding reception to come true!
