About this vendor
Born and raised in the islands, Officiant Euta Lightsy has grown up around the customs and culture of Hawaii.
“My culture is my passion! Being able to share my passion with you on your special day is my pleasure! This island of Maui harbors such a deep and rich history that often goes unnoticed by many of the guest that visit here. Allow me to create a unique experience for your ceremony by sharing with you what the people of Polynesia truly care for, our family, our history and culture and this land we call Hawaii.”

Kim - Island Wedding Memories
Euta was absolutely the biggest gift to our wedding! We hadn't met him before, but he was booked through our wedding coordinator at Simple Maui Weddings, who highly recommended him...
. We were sent via email what he would say at the ceremony so we were able to review it. We choose the religious/spiritual one. And we picked right. It was so incredibly well written that it brought tears to my eyes when I read it!! And then on the wedding day, it was even better! He didn't read from a script, he spoke the words from his heart. You felt his spirit when he spoke and it truly was the best moment of life standing up there and hearing such breathtaking words of beauty and love. I was crying, my husband was crying, and so was everyone else in the audience. I can't say enough great things about him! Though he only had a 30 minute window of time in my life, he made an impression with me and my husband, and we will have the memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you Euta for speaking the words we needed to hear, the words we couldn't say ourselves, and the love you were able to express through those words. Your gift and your purpose is helping others seal their love for all time! We are forever grateful!
