It’s safe to say that between Crystal, Kylie, and Heather they went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our wedding was the best day ever!!!!! They all have became like family to us!! If you’re looking for a great venue check this place out they won’t disappoint.

To make us all feel better, we decided to schedule a post-wedding photo shoot with her and her husband to recreate some of the moments we would have gotten together on our wedding day. It took quite a while to schedule this shoot, but we finally settled on April 20, 2023 as the date! We worked with an incredible local photographer, who recommended a lot of beautiful spots we could shoot at. We decided on a place, but (to be honest) we weren't 100% thrilled with it. Nothing felt truly special about it. On the day of the shoot, as I was getting my hair and makeup done, the photographer texted me and said Hawk Ranch had a last-minute opening for the evening and would be available for us if we wanted to shoot there. I quickly pulled up some photos and IMMEDIATELY said yes! It was exactly what we were looking for. Two hours later, we drove over, and after a bit of difficulty finding the entrance, we parked. Crystal, the most wonderful person on earth, greeted us and offered to drive us from spot to spot in a golf cart so we didn't have to walk all over the grounds. Crystal stayed with us the entire time, offering suggestions for adorable spots and entertaining my in-laws while my husband and I got some romantic couple's photos together. Each shooting location was more perfect than the last. We got photos near the lake, on the dock, on the dance floor with twinkling lights overhead, on a little bridge, on a white fence-lined street, and in a grassy area surrounded by gorgeous trees. And I have a feeling that there were 100 more spots that we could have used if the sun hadn't set so quickly. I know we didn't actually get married here, but we DID take some pretty important photos here, and based on the environment, the scenery, and the hospitality Crystal showed us, we would absolutely recommend booking this venue for your wedding.

She made my day stress free I seriously didn't have to worry about a single thing. She made me feel like a queen and my husband and his groomsmen loved her so much. Seriously Hawk Ranch, thank you so much for everything it's a shame I plan on only getting married once because I would totally have another wedding there hahaha

She was always so quick to get back to us on any and all questions we had, and she really made sure everything was taken care of. The ranch is such a beautiful venue and was so accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you for everything, Hawk Ranch!

or some of my younger guests, the animals were a nice distraction for them to look at. Jacque the free roaming peacock was also a fun addition to the property. The reception area houses some of the most lively ducks and a beautiful lake. It is the perfect backdrop to the ceremony! The bridal suite is a terrific place for the bridal party to get ready for your big day. I had a bridal party of 5, and it housed us and 1 makeup and hair person comfortably. In my humble opinion the crown jewel of the property is the reception area. It housed among large trees. It was able to accommodate my 100 guests very well. At night it turns into a magical forest. We were able to dance and have a wonderful time! The staff members of Hawk ranch worked so hard to make my wedding day perfect! Hawk ranch was my secondary venue, the first one tragically fell through. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Kylie gave me the tour and I was HOOKED. I knew I needed this place to be my venue. Kylie answered every question that I had in a prompt fashion. Kylie was just as excited as I was for my wedding. It made me feel great to know that someone at the venue was just as excited as I was for my big day. Amanda the bookkeeper was on top of everything. The crown jewel of the staff personal is Crystal the coordinator and her daughter heather. Due to the issues with my other venue we essentially had three months to plan my wedding and Crystal made it happen! I laid out everything that I wanted and she made it happen or let me know if there was a potential issue. Her experience as a coordinator was key to making my day PERFECT. The day of the wedding crystal goes to work. She decorating, corralling vendors, and pointing lost guests in the right direction. As the bride, you never know of any issues because Crystal handles it ALL. It’s so nice to walk out to your dream wedding. You really get to enjoy your day. Heather her daughter is so calming. She was able to keep me relaxed and present in the moment. I was able to savor every moment of my day. Heather also made sure we were able to do everything at the reception that we wanted to do. Thank you hawk ranch! You made my day perfect!

re so impressed with the venue and staff. As a bride you want everything to be perfect and I can honestly say that Crystal definitely helped us experience such a perfect stress free day. Everything from initial meetings, text/calls, rehearsal and the big day went great with absolutely zero complaints. There are nothing but amazing memories we have of Hawk Ranch, Crystal and staff.

Many of our guests commented on how beautiful of a wedding venue it is, which is undeniable given it is a very-well maintained outdoor venue with beautiful trees, tons of greenery, and a large pond. Its really unlike any other venue you'll find in the Murrieta/Temecula area, especially for the price. And, the day of the wedding, everything went absolutely smooth and, I may be biased, but it was the best wedding I've been to. Crystal and her team were very responsive throughout the entire process, answered all of our many questions, and provided excellent vendor recommendations. One of my favorite things about Hawk Ranch is that it is BYOB--you can provide your own alcohol, which means you get to save money compared to other venues and purchase the alcohol you and your guests actually enjoy. One thing we really appreciated is that the venue did not nickel and dime us for using their lounge furniture and other decor they have on site, which is unlike many of the other venues we toured.My wife was overall happy with her bridal suite, although it is probably better for a smaller bridal party. For the grooms suite, they offer a very nice trailer with a nice little outdoor area. Again, it wasn't ideal for such a large group and it is located near the parking lot where guests enter from so I really wanted to ignore that area beginning an hour or so before the ceremony. One recommendation would be to build a more formal grooms suite with a pool table or other indoor games in the future. Unfortunately, the one day in October it happened to rain was on our wedding day, which, as you can expect, caused a lot of stress the week leading up to the wedding given it is an outdoor venue. Crystal, along with our personal wedding planner (Events by Ari), worked extremely hard to secure a tent large enough for our guests and vendors and that was to our quality (e.g., clear tent, draping, twinkle lighting). This was stressful given there was limited availability and the venue didn't have its own tent, but it ended up working out and we were able to secure the tent we wanted through a separate company. Another recommendation, which I understand the venue is already planning to secure, would be that Hawk Ranch offer its own tent as a back-up plan in the event that it does rain the day of the wedding. Given tents are expensive, hopefully it could be offered at either a discounted rate or only for the labor costs. In addition, the bathrooms were pretty far from where the tent was located, which resulted in a lot of time walking back and forth from the bathrooms to the tent. NOTE, this is ONLY an issue if it rains on the wedding day and you have a larger 100+ person wedding. In hindsight, I probably would have preferred to pay for a luxury portable restroom that could have been located closer to the tent. Something to keep in mind as part of your back-up plan, but not necessary at all. Overall, my husband and I are extremely satisfied with how the wedding turned out and actually believe it exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend Hawk Ranch enough as a wedding venue and know that with Crystal, you will be in excellent hands!

and she was absolutely incredible. From helping me put my vision together, to making recommendations where I was stuck to being extra flexible with my requests. She was always there for me. I’m raising a 9 month old and my husband works 50-60 hours a week so when I felt stuck or needed a little push Crystal was there with help and answers. Now the venue. Holy cow. It’s stunning as it is but, when you see this place come to life your jaw will drop. The bridal suite, the lights, the furniture, table dressings and your carefully chosen florals… it’s like a fairy tale. I could go on and on about the venue and the people but, I think it’s best you experience it yourself.

The owner of the venue even came out at the end of the night to give me and my husband a hug and tell us she loved watching our wedding! So kind. I am just thrilled. Thank you Hawk Ranch!!!

d we were able to rent two cottages on the premises for the weekend of the wedding which enabled us to spend extra time with our guests. As soon as we, and our guests stepped on the premises it felt like we had stepped into a magical world. We had over 250 guests, but we never felt crowded. We had guests in wheelchairs, and they were able to get around easily. We also had lots of children come to the wedding, and they were able to run around and visit the animals on the ranch, and had just as much fun as the adults. I highly recommend this venue!

ould recommend this venue if you are looking for a beautiful backdrop of hills, a pond filled with ducks, and 40 acres of barnyard animal fun (no smell either, other than the sweet smell of hay). They also have two guest homes available for rent on property.
