On 9/7/24 Hawks catered our wedding and were absolutely phenomenal! They were on time to the venue and had everything set up neatly. Being out of state they were amazing with working a time to meet for a trial and communication was spot on! The product and service they provided was beyond exceptional and we would highly recommend them for any occasion!

Hawks BBQ and Catering did an amazing job with our wedding last week! While they may primarily focus on BBQ, don’t sleep on the non-BBQ entrées! The stuffed pork loin was delicious, and the smoked chicken alfredo was such a hit that there was barely any left over! We also had several guests mention how good the cheesy potatoes and garlic bread were. I really appreciate that their pricing is so reasonable we were able to have two entrées without breaking the bank. Chris and Brenda are so kind and great to work with, and made sure dinner went perfectly smoothly. I would highly recommend Hawks BBQ and Catering and can’t thank them enough for a fantastic wedding dinner!

Hawk’s BBQ was a pleasure to work with for our wedding day. They were easy to reach and readily available whenever we had questions. The food was fantastic, and Chris and his wife, Brenda, were lovely to plan with. They offer reasonable prices and even pack up any leftovers you may have for you to take home! We paid a buyout fee just to have them cater, and we do not regret it!

Chris and Brenda were so great to work with for our wedding - we did the brisket, pulled pork, a tossed salad, mac and cheese and cole slaw. All so good! They were very accommodating and flexible. Highly recommend.

We 100% recommend Hawks! We had 2 meats, 2 sides, & salad and it was all amazing. Their pricing is great too. They are also wonderful to work with! Pro tip - the baked beans and cheesy potatoes are the best sides :)

Chris from Hawk’s BBQ put together an epic taco bar for my wedding. It was delicious, so fresh, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And, the best part to me was that he was the only caterer I found who would accommodate my unique ingredient requests. My husband and I try to eat organic foods whenever possible and it was important to us to serve organic foods and regeneratively raised beef to our guests. Chris was able to source organic rice, beans, and seasonings and he even allowed us to provide our own meat for him to cook (most caterers are weirdly picky about this!). We had Hawks BBQ cater our daughter’s wedding in July for approximately 170 guests. They were easy to communicate with, easy to schedule a tasting with and even provided free hot dogs for the children. We really feel we received a wonderful meal for the price and will definitely use them again as we have five more children! The guests were served quickly, buffet style, and they raved about the food! It is obvious that this husband and wife team take pride in what they do and want to serve a quality product.

Hawks BBQ was my caterer for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. We ate from the pasta menu for the rehearsal dinner and from the BBQ menu for the wedding. Everyone talked about how great our food was the whole night. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. I loved working with them. They set everything up and made sure that it was perfect. They were flexible when we wanted to add a side after originally picking them. They answered my questions quickly and respectfully everytime.

The food for our wedding on May 13th exceeded our expectations! We requested the pulled pork and pulled brisket with beans and cheesy potatoes with salad and it was a massive hit. Only issue we ran into was there wasnt enough cheesy potatoes. Absolutely amazing family and even better food

In planning our wedding the food was important. We are blessed we met Chris and Brenda as they made our special day perfect. They catered our rehearsal and reception. Chris and his wife were a joy to work with. Laid back but very prompt with quotes, final guest number and arrival. Food was delicious and we ended up getting to take home leftovers afterward that we enjoyed with our family during our gift opening.

Hawks BBQ was extremely helpful in designing our menu just as we wanted it. The food was amazing and everyone loved the smoked chicken. They were also great with working with our budget, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a caterer!

My husband and I used Hawk's for our rehearsal dinner, and I can't say enough good things! Our guests love a good barbeque and the reviews live up to the great rating! The mac and cheese was perfect and the pulled pork was smoked just right!

Chris and Brenda are amazing people and cook some darn good BBQ! We worked with them during the heart of the pandemic. They were extremely helpful by accommodating to us. We had to change dates completely, and our guest list was constantly in flux due to capacity guidelines. Chris was even able to smoke up polish sausage for us which was our family tradition and did an amazing job. Very affordable, highly recommend!!

Chris and Brenda were AMAZING to work with! During a Covid wedding we were able to postpone our reception and they were absolutely flexible with us and the dates for postponing. The food was amazing and we had so many compliments! When we had suggestions they listened to us and went with whatever we needed to make everything perfect! We will definitely use them again for other future plans in our lives! Hawks BBQ will NOT disappoint!!!

Hawks BBQ went above and beyond in catering my 2020 wedding! Adjustments had to be made with how we were served but they did such an amazing job! Not only was the food amazing, we ended up with plenty of food that everyone RAVED about and they cleaned up, and packaged any leftovers for us to take home. They were all around amazing to work with!

Chris was amazing to work with! He did an amazing job at our wedding, I had several guests ask who catered. He made the process so easy and worked with us on everything. Even going as far to check all his product ingredients to make sure things were gluten-free for one of our guests with celiac. The day of was so smooth, I didn’t have to stress about a thing.

We used Hawks for our rehearsal dinner and reception and it was the best decision! Chris and Brenda are great to work with and the food is amazing! They were flexible and understanding when we had to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021 which was greatly appreciated. We had traditional bbq with pulled pork and brisket for our rehearsal dinner and everyone raved about the baked beans. We switched it up for the reception and had the taco bar with smoked chicken and brisket barbacoa. They also set up a chips and dip bar for our cocktail hour with salsa, queso and guacamole. The hardest decision was picking which meats we wanted because they’re all delicious! The prices were great for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Hawk's BBQ catered my son and daughter in law's wedding and it was amazing! We had lasagna, smoked chicken alfredo and smoked salmon. All of the food melted in our mouths! Not only was the food great, Hawk's BBQ set everything up in a timely manner and made it easy for all involved. It was the perfect meal for the perfect day! Hawk's BBQ also can deliver meals (or you can pick it up) to your homes and also you can find them in different locations through out Omaha. I highly recommend you follow his facebook page to see where they are serving. I have personally had their brisket, turkey, pulled pork, smoked chicken salad and ribs and they are all mouth watering delicious! We highly recommend them for your catering needs, I know we will be using them again!
