They were so flexible through the process as my fiance and I were in different states at the time of booking, and they went out of their way to help us schedule two different times to taste food that would work for us. Chris also communicated with us when there were a lot of recalls this summer and was so flexible with helping us pivot towards a menu that we felt really safe serving to everyone. The food is so good, the couple is so kind, and they really made us feel so confident in our decision to choose them! Thank you guys!

I am a certified Pitmaster who only does things the the old school way, pure wood BBQ. As we have grown, I have also created Mexican and Italian menus that feature our smoked meats.

We switched it up for the reception and had the taco bar with smoked chicken and brisket barbacoa. They also set up a chips and dip bar for our cocktail hour with salsa, queso and guacamole. We highly recommend them for your catering needs, I know we will be using them again!
