Even though we only booked day-of coordination, Danielle met with us several times leading up to the wedding to learn every detail of our plans. By the time the big day arrived, she knew everything inside and out and was able to completely take the reins so my mom and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Danielle went above and beyond in so many ways. A week before the wedding, she let us drop off all of our reception décor and setup items at her house, which immediately took a huge task off our plates. On wedding morning, she handled setup at the reception venue before meeting us at the church, ensuring everything was taken care of behind the scenes. What impressed me most was how intuitive and attentive she was throughout the day. She got to know me well enough that she knew what I needed before I did. While we were taking photos after Mass, she could tell I was starting to fade. She appeared with my water bottle, handed it to me, and simply said, "Drink." She did this multiple times throughout the day, and it was exactly what I needed. Those small moments made such a difference. Whenever questions or issues came up, my response was always, "Talk to Danielle." She handled everything and wasn't afraid to play bad cop when necessary, allowing me to stay present and actually enjoy my wedding day without stress. As if coordinating the entire day wasn't enough, Danielle also captured behind-the-scenes content for social media. That's something I never would have had the mental capacity to think about that day, and it was so fun to look back on afterward and relive those moments. I truly cannot recommend Hawthorne Creative and Danielle enough. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it. From finding tiny clear buttons on my dress for a bustle, to placing my veil, to making sure every little detail was flawlessly placed, to communicating with vendors- everything was accomplished smoothly and we were able to remain stress free during our wedding knowing that we were in such good hands. The communication was outstanding, she gave me her phone number to text, was there for everything I needed (and things I didn’t know I needed) and she even generously offered a discounted price to fit our budget. Because of her and her team I didn’t even recognize it was my party because it was just that professional. It sounds so small, but receiving a note from her instead of having to track everything myself was HUGE. We had access to all kinds of planning documents and lists, which were so helpful. Madison was such a joy to work with. She's incredibly sweet, helpful, and so communicative! Our day was absolutely PERFECT with Madison at the helm.
