I have had the pleasure of working with Elan of Hayden Pierre at many events over the previous 6 years. She is an amazing, organized and a sweet coordinator for her clients. She attends the meetings and ensures everything is as requested by the Bride on the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elan for Coordination services.

I met Elan through an old friend. She was the coordinator for their wedding and I saw how she made sure everything was in order. Once I got engaged, I already knew that I wanted her as my coordinator. During the entire process she remained available for questions, appointments and anything I needed. Things that I didn’t think about asking vendors, she already had it covered. The day of the wedding her and her husband made sure everything was in order and on time. Her husband even helped me put on my veil and ran across to the other side of the venue to get my bouquet that I left in the dressing room before I walked down the isle. This whole process was a smooth one and I’m so blessed to have had both Elan and her husband to plan and facilitate my special occasion. I will recommend them to everyone!!

I cannot say enough good things about Hayden Pierre Events. I contacted Elan about 6 weeks before my wedding when I was starting to get really overwhelmed with last minute details and she immediately set my mind at ease. She attended venue meetings with us, made a day-of timeline, contacted vendors, and coordinated the whole day flawlessly from setup to takedown. I really feel like I got to enjoy and experience my wedding day rather than having to organize everything and keep everyone in line. I worked with Elan to plan my wedding on May 28th, and it was so perfect. After I first reached out to her in June of 2016, I knew after our first chat that she would be a great fit. We had to hit pause on planning that summer, but when things got back on track in the fall, I reached out to Elan again and was so thankful for her understanding and happy that she was available for our dates. I live in Atlanta, and we connected over the phone and began the planning for the wedding in Houston. She helped set up numerous appointments with vendors, packing our day with meetings since we would only be in town for a couple days at a time. She helped connect us to the best of the best for decor, photography, makeup, cake etc. I was the type of bride that was trying to do everything by myself. I know that without Elan's help, our wedding never would have turned out as wonderful as it did. She took so much pressure off my husband and I and made things so easy. On the day of the event, she and her team were perfect, and if things went wrong, I never knew. My family and friends are still raving about how joyful & beautiful our wedding was, and credit goes to Elan and her team for flawless execution. I know it was exhausting and they did it with smiles on their faces the whole way through. I can never thank Elan enough for making a day that almost didn't happen, into the best day of my life.

My fiancee contacted Hayden Pierre Events to coordinate our engagement & proposal. All I can say is WOW. Elan's attention to detail and passion are unmatched! She coordinated the perfect proposal to include my family and friends as we entered the Super Bowl in Houston, Texas. I was completely surprised and blown away the entire experience. Her coordinating garnered us so much attention that we were featured on TV shows such as Right This Minute, blogs such as Weddings On Point, DIY Brides, and even Stub Hub. I am so thrilled and can't wait to work with her to plan my fabulous wedding!

Hayden pierre events is one of the most organized, detailed oriented businesses I have ever seen. Im specifically talking about Élan. If it wasn't for her , my wedding day would've been chaos. She handled everything with professionalism and grace. She stuck with everything that I wanted and gave me great feedback when I was unsure about decisions. All in all, she is a great coordinator and very good at what she does. I had no complaints and even my guests noticed that she was great while at the church and reception. In 2012, my wedding day was just as we planned it. Elan was great. I was more into the details -vs- the size of the wedding party. I had a problem visualizing some of the suggestions, but I was very impressed on my wedding day. She even found the little red wagon for my 10 month old granddaughter to be a part of the wedding party. That was a very special day for me and She helped make it even more special. Kathy
