Our experience at Hayes Hollow was AMAZING!! Brenda, the wedding planner, made the entire process of wedding planning and the day of SO EASY. I could have never done this without her. All the vendors that work with this company are also fantastic and were so kind and helpful on the day of. The food was incredible and many guests said it was the best wedding they’ve attended. I can’t recommend Hayes Hollow and Walters Weddings enough.

A huge thank you goes to Brenda, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. She was organized, responsive, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of. Brenda truly made sure our day was as perfect as it could be, and she was the main reason everything ran so smoothly. Knowing she had everything under control allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment.
We also can't say enough great things about Cliff from ECP. He was so easy to work with, made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, and fit right in with our wedding party like he'd known us for years. His professionalism, personality, and talent were outstanding, and we absolutely love the beautiful photos he captured. He didn't just take pictures—he captured memories we'll cherish forever.
Anthony from Cohost was another highlight of the evening! He kept the dance floor packed from the first song until the very last dance. He did an incredible job reading the crowd, playing the perfect mix of music, and creating such a fun, energetic atmosphere. Our guests had an amazing time, and we've heard over and over how much everyone enjoyed the wedding thanks to the incredible entertainment.

A huge shoutout to our wedding planner, Brenda, who was truly stellar throughout the entire process. She brought incredible energy, communicated with us consistently, and always seemed one step ahead with thoughtful planning and proactive solutions. No matter what came up, Brenda was prepared and made us feel completely supported and stress-free.
The entire staff and vendor team were fantastic as well. Our DJ, Liz, was wonderful and helped keep the energy up all night. Our photographer, Bree, was incredibly helpful, professional, and great to work with. The catering was also amazing!

day coordinator, Brenda. She went above and beyond my wedding weekend, from ensuring my wedding party were all together and taken care of, to bustling my 100lb wedding dress. Brenda was an absolute gem to work with and I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work making our day a real life fairytale.
Also, the back of house manager that night was just as excellent. She took good care of us making sure we had food and drinks constantly. She was attentive and did such a great job with organizing the day of request and really the overall staff were just top notch.
The entire experience from booking to wedding day was just seamless. I am truly impressed and it’s been about a month from the event day and I still have my guest raving over how amazing the wedding was!

patient with me and she allowed me to have my moments to cry my happy tears and my not so happy tears. She knew that I was an on time bride and I wanted everything to be as close to perfect as it could and of course we can’t control EVERYTHING but she was pretty dang close. We got so many compliments from our guests, about her and the venue and of course she checked on us often to make sure we were happy and we had everything we wanted and needed. ing the bridal suite had everything I needed along with champagne, juices, music and anything else I needed to keep us going. All day I didn't have to worry about any event starting on time or the logistics of anything. Miranda's team was a great help with this and everything went by so seamlessly as we had discussed in our planning meetings. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and lived in the moment. I had the absolute best experience with Miranda and all the Walters Wedding Estates staff. They made the process seemless and so easy for me (which was a huge blessing). They set up all the vendor meetings I had included in my package and helped pick out what I like. Being south asian there were a number of customizations I needed and the team went above and beyond to make this day so special for my husband and I. Having no experience with wedding planning, planning it in a city I didn't grow up in and having no frame of reference this entire experience was so easy and pain free thanks to Miranda and the Walters Wedding Estates team.

fect for intimate weddings. I loved how Walters Weddings, the owner, provides monthly showcases where couples can view potential venues, sample food, and meet potential vendors. The food was absolutely delicious. The food at the showcase and the food at the wedding were great. I ate until I couldn’t eat anymore. I wish we could dine at a restaurant that serves the food. It was great. I also really liked the wedding suites. They were spacious enough that I, my three maids/matrons, and my mom were able to get dressed. They also provided snacks in the suits. The groom’s suite even had a TV, which was nice. My only regret is we didn’t hire their decorator. We never considered it, but in hindsight, to minimize my stress level, I would have hired their decorator — or an outside decorator.
What I appreciated most was the staff’s willingness to address any and all questions we had before signing the contract. I also loved the portal where we could make payments and see the chat history of our emails. That was a great feature that I never saw with other venues that I considered. Everything was well documented so there was never any confusion. On the day of the wedding, the original coordinator was on maternity leave. The venue already had a contingency plan. Miranda was prepared to step in as if she had been working with us the entire time. Miranda was absolutely awesome. She was so helpful. The Hayes Hollow staff really made our wedding a great experience for my husband, our family, and our guests.

that are customizable by you, and will take care of literally everything for you! Sarah is the one that showed us around and she was amazing, worked with our schedule and answered any questions that we had! She helped us figure out our budget and lock in our date! Our wedding coordinator Emma has been super helpful in making sure every last detail is perfect, and that our wedding day goes smoothly! I highly recommend them, they will take care of you and ease the stress of wedding planning!
