Pros: - beautiful photos of us as a couple during the "golden hour" - brought two assistant photographers which allowed for different angles - quick turnaround for engagement shoot Cons: - zero communication for the 18 weeks after our wedding until we got our photos delivered - missed photos of reception decor, the entire dinner hour, the venue, parents walking together down the aisle, etc - our first look photos are in bad lighting and you can't see our faces

I hired Hayley as my wedding photographer. Her 8 hour package included a complimentary engagement shoot which she allowed me to have a family shoot instead. I was unhappy with the communication from the start of the transaction. I reached out multiple times through her website and didn’t have any luck. My husband text her and she replied. We decided to hire her because her photos were so beautiful. After my family shoot- she said I would receive my photos and I had to reach out to receive them in which she responded that she had sent the link it must not have gone through. The photos were nice. For Valentine’s Day, she posted on her IG that she was doing a mini shoot which I reached out to and got no response. For the wedding, there was a questioner I accidentally sent without filling out and asked for her to resend it and had to reach out more than once to get it resent. The wedding day came and she showed up for before photos of the dress and was in and out in about 10 minutes. My best friend took photos of me getting my hair and makeup done and of my dress and items as well. On my wedding day, I felt as though the photos with the family were rushed. When it came time for the sunset photos, cake, and dances, I almost wonder if my best friend wasn’t there to coordinate the photos would they have been done? She said photos take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. I understand being busy and self employed having been in real estate 10 years. At 8 weeks I reached out. She gave me a date 6/23 that they would be delivered by. (9 weeks). They were delivered 2 days later. The lack of communication was frustrating. If she could have just connected with me and given me a heads up about the timeline, I would have been happy. Hayley’s lack of communication and the fact that she made me feel unimportant is the reason behind my rating. If you are looking for beautiful photos, she will deliver. If you are looking for communication and feeling important- not sure.
