Hayley was absolutely wonderful!! So kind and easy to work with about scheduling, I was out of state and she worked with me to find a trial date shortly before the wedding. She res...
ponded super fast to all my messages and was so receptive to feedback and what I wanted to change about my look after the trial. My day of makeup was perfect and held up the WHOLE NIGHT! On top of all of that she was so reasonably priced and was an absolute blessing financially. I looked all over the place for a makeup artist with I budget and she beyond worth it!!
I hired Hayley to do hair and makeup for me (the bride), my mom and my best friend for my wedding recently. We had an amazing experience working with her! She made us all look and ...
feel so beautiful and our hair and makeup lasted all day. She was so sweet and fun to hang out with the morning of my wedding! She made it feel so comfortable to get our hair and makeup done and not awkward at all. She had good communication with me throughout the whole process and arrived at the agreed time the morning of my wedding to help us get ready. Her hair and makeup skills were also amazing and we were all very impressed. I was overwhelmed with how many different hair and makeup artists I could pick from in the Bend area but I’m SO glad I chose Hayley for my big day :)
I booked her for my hair and make up, she texted me at 4am the morning of my wedding stating she has covid symptoms (body aches, sore throat, cough) and that she didn’t think it wa...
s a good idea to come and said she would try to find a replacement for hair/makeup services. Mind you, I’m five months pregnant and have small children at home. She found someone to do my hair only two hours before my wedding started but I would have to pay them in addition to the deposit I paid her without returning any of it. I found someone else to help with hair/makeup before that as two hours is not enough time to even get ready. Asked her because she did not show up and did not find a replacement to render the services she made me pay the deposit for if I could have it back. She said she still offered to come and would not be refunding anything for not rendering services or finding a suitable replacement (for the same services paid to her). Brides beware!!
