ly processed our contract & payments They were friendly, professional & made us feel at home They were organized & gave us an idea of what the wedding day flow would be like They gave us recommendations where & when needed They are expensive (keep that in mind) DURING the wedding: They were on time & took their job seriously They gave good instruction when it came to posing AFTER the wedding, their entire demeanor changed It was hard to get a hold of them when we called Within a month our pictures were ready & a link was provided to obtain them; BUT THERE WAS A CATCH: The pics were for purchase only. Why would I repurchase something I already paid for? After spending such a hefty amount of money, they tried to impose that we share the link with our guests for them to purchase pics they liked. That was unacceptable, so we never shared that link. Under the impression that I was going to receive digital copies of our wedding photos, I contacted HP after a week of not receiving anything to inquire on what the next steps were, because I’m sure I didn’t just pay for watermarked pics I had to repurchase online. That’s when HP replied they’re mailing us the digital copies on a disk, but the watermarks will NOT be removed. I found it hard to believe they wanted me me to walk around with marked pics of my own wedding. That is very tacky & insulting, for it implies that I didn’t pay for the pics or that I stole them. After expressing my concerns, their solution was to crop out the marks from over 800 pics ourselves, which meant at times cropping out the bride & groom. Who would settle for this? After 3 weeks of going back & forth trying to get in touch with Hazel herself, they finally agreed to provide us with unmarked photos of our wedding. Before the wedding, I planned to do my album with them, but after how we were treated, we no longer want anything to do with them. I paid for their service & their job was to simply provide that service. Instead, they tried to take advantage of us by trying to bleed more money out of us & our guests. Their way of doing business is completely unethical & insulting. They were wrong for trying to sell our own wedding back to us. They were wrong for not stating in their contract that we will be receiving marked pics for their business marketing purposes. They were wrong for breaching their contract by announcing our wedding & advertising our wedding pics through many social mediums 2 days after our wedding using our names without our permission. Before the wedding they were very responsive, after the wedding they quickly became unresponsive We were watching them post our pics online everywhere, marketing their business, yet we (the customer) had no pics to show. We were a small & intimate wedding, my husband & I knew nothing about planning a wedding & worked hard planning it, we worked even harder to pay for the wedding with no financial help from anyone, & HP took advantage of that when they realized we didn’t know much about weddings. No customer should be treated like this. That’s why I don’t believe the reviews for HP to be trustworthy on account of how we were treated. Planning a wedding is stressful, what bride would like to go through this after their wedding? I don’t recommend Hazel Photographers for any wedding.

le to efficiently and quickly photograph our very extensive family at the church in a very organized manner. However, I was more impressed when I realized her real artistry when she showed me my wedding album. She had captured our story, in a book without words, right in front of me was the essence of our day. Every page I turned took me to a moment of that special day and I experienced all the feelings I had that day all over. Every time I look at my album the same thing happens again. Fast forward to a few years and I'm pregnant with my first baby. I called Hazel hesitant to take cheesy matertinity pictures. She asked me to trust her and I did. OMG I don't know how she does it but she managed to get these images that reflect how beautiful I felt with my big belly. And far from cheesy they are just an honest example of the beautiful miracle of carrying a baby. Nine months later my gorgeous baby girl is born and I once again relied on Hazel. The pictures she has taken of my beautiful angel throughout her first year are just beyond words. Hazel is so sweet and patient I think she has created a future supermodel. My daughter loves taking pictures with her. I am just so thankful that I have Hazel to document all the blessings in my life. I know the pictures and albums she has created for me are my biggest treasures. I will cherish them always and I know 30 years down the line I still will be looking through them. I highly recommend her!

Second, Hazel and her team were a joy with whom to work. They knew exactly where we should take photos, were efficient knowing all of the magical spots to capture, and made sure we had enough time to enjoy our guest and party. While I like to believe that Hazel had great looking people to photograph (my wife more so than me), looking at the pictures, I genuinely believe that we could be featured in a magazine or catalogue. Hazel, thanks for capturing such great memories.

We currently live out-of-state but formerly lived in Fort Lauderdale and thought that Viscaya would be a beautiful setting for a destination wedding. The weekend weather forecast was for storms. Fortunately the weather finally cooperated. The outdoor wedding was held on the mound and was absolutely beautiful. Candles and lighting enhanced the effect of an already beautiful Viscaya. The cocktail hour in in the atrium was magnificent. Finally the dinner in a clear tent with chandeliers overlooking Biscayne Bay completed the evening. I am the mother of the groom and was involved in the planning of this wedding for 18 months. The weekend went by so rapidly that it was almost like a distant dream. I could not recall the details. Hazel photographers captured the appointments and beauty perfectly. The wedding on the mound, the cocktail party in the atrium, and finally the dinner was all photographed in exquisite taste. The couple was stunning and this was evident from Hazel's photographs. She captured the entire event from different angles and knew some of the most beautiful locations at Viscaya. Because of her we can keep reliving this wonderful memory time and time again. Planning it from out-of-state was enabled by her excellent staff. I highly recommend Hazel and her organization to photograph your wedding to make it a permanent part of your life.
