All day access for setup also includes a dressing suite is available for both parties to dress and get beauty services can take place right on property. To ensure that your planning process is as smooth as possible, each couple is provided with a list of preferred local vendors that have experience working at the property and have earned the trust of Hazelnut Farm's management team. The catering and bartending company chosen from this approved list has access to the convenient onsite kitchen for meal preparation.

We had the pleasure of having my daughter's wedding at Hazelnut. They were fantastic from when we booked the venue to the end! Melissa and the staff were lovely, organized, communicative, and seemed to truly share in the excitement of the bride and groom. The venue is well-maintained, clean, and decorated beautifully. The grounds are gorgeous! So many of our guests raved about it also! I highly recommend having an event at Hazelnut!

We are so happy we chose Hazelnut Farm Events for our daughter’s wedding. Working with Melissa and her team was effortless and they made sure every detail was in order! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the indoor area was also amazing.
Hazelnut has a nice list of vendors in several price ranges that you can choose services from.
We would highly recommend contacting Hazelnut for a tour and booking! You won’t regret it!

We had my daughter’s wedding there on New Year’s Eve and it was absolutely stunning!
Melissa was our in house planner and she was so easy to work with & had great ideas. Her assistant Diane was just as great keeping the night flowing as it should. Both were so professional as well as all her staff. It was worth every penny.
Thank you all for making one of the most important days so memorable.

Hazelnut was awesome. The venue is beautiful, and they were super accessible, accommodating, and organized. They give you all day access, which was important to us, and the entire morning before the wedding HF staff would check on us and get us whatever we needed. They even supplied coffee, water, and coolers for our morning of! There are so many different beautiful spots to do your ceremony, and we loved that the main hall was large enough to keep our reception all in one room even with a dance floor. They also have an in house linen rental service which was nice since they know exactly what you need after making your room layouts!! I also loved that they let us do our engagement photos there & bury a bottle of bourbon before our big day 🙂. I would highly recommend this venue!

Hazelnut Farm was just the most incredible venue. They truly turned the dreams we had for our wedding into reality! The HF team and management were absolutely outstanding. Not only is Hazelnut the most picturesque place, but they are also amazing because they give you a list of several vendors to choose from- it completely saves you from the daunting task of choosing them yourself. Just know that if you use HFE as your wedding venue you are in EXCELLENT hands!!!

A year later and we’re still on cloud 9 from our beautiful wedding at hazelnut! We were in the midst of another surge from the pandemic, had a few minor issues that arose (as most weddings have) but Melissa and everyone at hazelnut farms handled everything with ease!! I used to be a wedding coordinator and I truly was in awe of how they catered to our needs, expectations and made everyone feel like family! We stayed in the house on property, as well, which I highly recommend! It makes everything so easy being on property to get ready, eat before the ceremony and just relax. It such a stunning venue, it doesn’t take much to wow your guests with the backdrop and scenery! Hazelnut farms, Thank you for absolutely exceeding our wedding dreams!! You are a part of our family for life!!

This venue is SO gorgeous! Do not tour here unless you plan to book it because you will fall in love with this place. It is definitely expensive, but so worth the price because you get the entire day and everything on the premises (minus the rental house on site) including the tables, heaters, fans, bars, tables and chairs. We didn’t have to spend any money on swags or lighting to make the space beautiful which was also a plus. Melissa was our contact there and she was very communicative and ready to help. The other staff present on the day of our wedding were also lovely and helpful. We did our ceremony outside, then did a cocktail hour on the covered porch and reception inside. All the space gave us so many options for ceremony and reception space (good plan B and C in case of rain!) and our photos were incredible against the backdrop of the venue. Make sure you read the contract carefully as there are a lot of specifics that you have to follow here and they require you to have an event coordinator/wedding planner so make sure to factor that cost in as well. Our wedding was gorgeous and everyone commented about how beautiful the space was and how elegant it felt. We highly recommend Hazelnut Farm!

The team was also incredible to work with from day one. They answered our frequent questions/concerns in a timely manner, were extremely organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. I highly recommend this venue for any event!

Our wedding could not have gone more perfectly and that is in large part to the beautiful venue and staff at Hazelnut Farm. The main reason we chose this venue, aside from how stunning it is, was because the rain back up plans were just as beautiful as the Plan A ceremony set up. Although the rain had stopped by the time the ceremony began we had our ~200 person ceremony under the patio and it was everything we had hoped for. There are so many different locations to take photos, ways to configure the room, and plenty of accommodations for guests. The venue staff is responsive, friendly, helpful and makes sure your day is wonderful!

Absolutely breathtaking venue! We knew this was the place we wanted to get married as soon as we step foot on the grounds. Truly a one-stop site for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Melissa and Erin were wonderful and had great communication throughout the planning process. Very adaptable to your needs and endless possibilities for making the event fit you as a couple!

This is one of the most amazing venues I have ever been in. Our niece was married at Hazelnut Farm this past weekend and it could not have been lovelier. The grounds, the reception hall and the porch were stunning. The customer service was above and beyond, Melissa and everyone on the staff made the day so very special.

We do not even know where to begin with our rave review for Hazelnut Farm. It is a beautiful venue! We chose to get married at HF on New Years Eve, 12/31/21. We liked this venue for many reasons: location, size, managerial team, aesthetics, accommodations and more.
Melissa and Erin worked with my Mom and I, as well as our vendors, very well. They were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We truly felt that they wanted our big day to be “perfect,” for us.
We met with Melissa and Erin 3-4 times prior to the big day and we know they would have met with us even more than that if needed. We loved visiting HF in person so much, that any excuse to stop by in person we were happy to make the trip over. We never wanted to leave!
They were very timely with phone call and email responses. Anything we needed, they were on it. We recommend HF to anyone hosting a special event. 💯 Thank you so much for helping make our day so memorable and lovely, team!

My husband Justin and I got married here this past May. We could not have chosen a better venue. The staff at Hazelnut are AMAZING!! Melissa goes above and beyond! During our photos, my grandmother's bracelet fell off my wrist. Melissa and her team searched all over the property to find it! She made planning easy and so much less stressful. Also, the property is STUNNING! There are so many beautiful spots for photos! I highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding at Hazelnut Farm in July of 2021. It was not our first venue, as we, unfortunately, had to reschedule our date three times due to COVID. We didn't know about HF until our first choice was no longer an option to reschedule. We are so happy that we found HF. Not only is the venue stunning the staff is first class! Melissa and her team were the best to work with. The planning and coordination was smooth and organized. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any large event. Hazelnut Farm is incredible! I had my wedding there a few weeks ago and everything went perfectly. I loved this venue from the moment I toured it in 2019 and since then, they have updated their landscaping and made the venue even more beautiful. I did the house rental for the weekend and would highly recommend that as well. Melissa, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful with whatever you need. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Hazelnut Farm gave us the perfect wedding. The grounds are so versatile, that you can do your wedding many different ways. The venue is beautiful, and makes your wedding all that more special. I would give this venue ten stars if I could! I feel in love with it on first view. The grounds are breathtaking and the inside is the perfect mix of barn and ballroom. All of my guests commented on the beauty of the venue since nobody had been there before. Melissa and her team were so accommodating and helpful leading up to the wedding and the day of. There are also about a million perfect spots for photos. Best decision we made was selecting this spot!

The venue is stunningly gorgeous and we were so extremely excited to get married here however with COVID unfortunately it did not work out. The place is gorgeous but the staff unfortunately put us in a lose lose situation when it came to rescheduling and working out an alternate solution. With so much already lost we were disappointed with the money we ended up losing and lack of understanding during this already extremely difficult time of having to reschedule a wedding.

We did reach out to you when we heard (before it was even officially announced) that Derby would be moved and land on the same date as your wedding. We offered you a complimentary move of date at that time for any dates available. Unfortunately, our availability was limited at the time and we understand this made it difficult for you and your out of town guests as you were only open to Saturdays. We reached out several times to try to find a solution that would work for everybody, but understand you had already made the tough choice to hold your wedding at a different venue. Even though you did end up cancelling your wedding with us, we wish you and Reid nothing but the best. Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do for you in the future.

Hazelnut Farm was absolutely the most stunning wedding venue I have ever been to. It exceeded all of my expectations. Melissa and staff were so helpful, especially the last several months with so many unknowns. So much thought has been made in the venue, from the light fixtures to a gorgeous fireplace to a breath taking outdoor space. They made our day so special. I can not thank them enough!
