Where do I even begin? Stephen is not only an incredibly talented videographer, but also an amazing person and hype man that you need by your side for your wedding. I was on the fence whether I thought I needed a videographer or not and I am so happy I booked Hazey Daze Media. I am so obsessed with all of my videos, expertly captured for precious memories. I’m Stephen, a Lafayette, Louisiana–based wedding filmmaker behind Hazey Daze Media. My goal is to capture your wedding day in a way that feels genuine, emotional, and true to who you are as a couple.
I understand why wedding videography is sometimes overlooked. It’s easy to wonder if a short highlight film is really worth the investment. That’s why my approach goes beyond a cinematic recap. I focus on preserving full moments as they actually happened. Your vows, first look, first dance, and speeches aren’t just snippets; they’re captured in their entirety.
Time and time again, couples tell me they almost skipped video — and later say it’s one of the things they’re most grateful they chose. Video lets you hear the voices, feel the emotion, and relive the experience as it truly happened.
My goal is to create wedding films that feel authentic, heartfelt, and timeless — films you’ll cherish for a lifetime — while offering collections that feel approachable and thoughtfully crafted. No shortcuts, just honest storytelling that punches well above its weight.

I started Hazey Daze Media after my own wedding in April 2025. I absolutely loved everything about getting married, from the planning to the first dance. I’ve always had a passion for telling stories through the lens, but after our wedding I had a realization: why not take that passion and do something truly meaningful? That’s when Hazey Daze Media was born.
As a wedding filmmaker, my goal is simple, to create timeless, cinematic films that let couples relive their day with the same emotions they felt in the moment. I focus on capturing not just the big milestones, but the little in-between details that make each story unique.
When I’m not filming weddings, you can usually find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, spending time with my wife and son, or dancing at a music festival.
