The venue itself is breathtaking— it has a stunning backdrop with the mountains that initially lead us to the venue. But also, the italian style villa and reception hall were equally as beautiful. However, what truly sets this place apart is the level of dedicated support you receive, particularly from the planning staff. Our wedding planner, Makayla, was an absolute superhero. She took what could have been an overwhelming process and made it seamless and exciting. Makayla was instrumental in researching and signing all the necessary vendors(there are so many!), leveraging her expertise and network to find the perfect team. Having her guidance and organization throughout the contract signing phase was invaluable and saved us countless hours and stress. When the big day finally arrived, the coordination was nothing short of perfection. Every single day-of detail was executed flawlessly and smoothly. The transition between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception felt effortless for us and our guests. The staff was professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran exactly on time, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect place for our family and friends to gather and celebrate together before the wedding. The wedding day itself was everything we could have hoped for. The venue is stunning, the grounds are meticulously maintained, and every detail came together flawlessly. The food was excellent, the wine and drinks were fantastic, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the entire experience was. What truly made the weekend exceptional, however, was our wedding planner, Paige. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Paige was organized, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. She handled every detail behind the scenes, kept everything running smoothly, and allowed us to simply enjoy our wedding without worrying about logistics. vines and geese-filled ponds, the feelings of awe and anticipation begin. Sitting atop a hill and encircled by mountains, the architecture of this venue is stunning. From its stucco and tile buildings to the beautiful interiors, they are stunning with stone features, detailed woodwork, large arched windows and doors and beautifully beamed ceilings. The setting is any couple’s and photographer’s dream. Our daughter’s wedding was outdoors on the beautiful terrace and the reception in the grand dining hall. With mountains as a backdrop and upholstered chairs carefully arranged, there was both the feeling of vastness and intimacy. Both indoor and outdoor settings are breathtaking. The staff was beyond helpful and their attention to even the smallest details were very apparent and deeply appreciated. The affair ran perfectly, like clockwork and was handled with complete professionalism and competency. From the moment the contract was signed, the coordination, planning and scheduling began. No detail was too big or too small. We utilized both the bridal and grooms rooms for hair, makeup and dressing for the affair. They are roomy and designed perfectly for even larger bridal parties. All of the wine and beer served during the reception and cocktail hour were produced by Hazy Mountain and were refined and tasteful. The food and appetizers were exceptional and the talk of the night. Our guests were complementing the venue, food and decor all evening. The staff was very helpful in securing local vendors for photography, bakery, hair/makeup and DJ since this was a destination wedding. We were extremely pleased with their recommendations. The bride, groom, bridal party and a few friends stayed in the stately 8-bedroom villa for three days around the wedding. The rehearsal dinner was also held at the villa and the proximity to the venue made for an easy transition for everyone. The villa is equally as gorgeous as the venue. Weeks layers, we are still in awe at the absolutely perfect wedding that was held at Hazy Mountain. As parents, we could not have imagined more for our daughter and for all of us, our wedding at Hazy Mountain was a dream come true.

The inclusion of a full-service coordinator and planner made the planning process fun and seamless, and we really felt that we could trust our team at Hazy to help us with any hiccups along the way! Many of our guests had food allergies that we had to accommodate, and the chef here worked with us to create a selection of delicious appetizers and entrees that would allow all of our guests to safely enjoy their meals. We have only great things to say about Hazy Mountain and would recommend it to any couple looking for the perfect mountain wedding venue!

She was very efficient with keeping us on schedule for planning and was very communicative. On the day of the wedding weekend, Makayla and the Hazy Mountain team ran everything perfectly. They handled everything smoothly, kept us on schedule, and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I truly believe the Hazy team was a huge factor in allowing us to relax and be present on our wedding day! I would recommend Hazy Mountain to anyone who is considering it for their special day!

u can expect the most professional service from the very start with the general manager Sarah giving you the tour, being absolute experienced and knowledgeable in the wedding industry. When things were not up to her standard, she stepped in and personally took care of it. She ended up being our wedding planner and day-of coordinator as well and was beyond prepared and confident to make everything go smoothly during our special day. She spent longer work hours into the night to meet with us virtually for wedding planning sessions that were amenable to our busy work schedules. We are so grateful to have Sarah in our memories forever of our special day. As for the venue, the food is catered by the experienced chefs there who have a nice list of entrees and appetizers to choose from. You must buy their wine and beer catering package as well for the guests. They provide everything from tables, chairs, linens, welcome signs, card boxes, and even wedding arbor. They try to make your wedding planning as seamless and comfortable as possible as you traverse through the never ending specificity of details that weddings entail. And they do it to exactly how YOU want your day to be or find a way to make it possible. We had a potato bar as our late night snack and that was a huge hit. We rented the villa that is on the property and it is a beautiful place with 8 bedrooms for your immediate family. That was a great place to have during our wedding weekend and we had our rehearsal dinner there that was catered by the venue as well. They allowed our dogs to be a part of the wedding ceremony and the general manager took them back to the villa afterwards for us. They provide you with every service you may ever need to make your day as stress-free as possible. In an area that is filled with beautiful wedding venues, this ranks near the best of them!

nue, you get the option of a wedding planner (also will be your day of coordinator). Working with Sarah and her team was amazing! Very responsive and made sure that every one of my needs were met! She made sure my day went smooth and that everything was to my liking! I could not have had a more perfect day if it wasn’t for Sarah and her team! Catering with Hazy mountain was also super easy! And OMG the food was AMAZING! All of my guests raved about dinner and the appetizers! The tasting was heaven! My guests also raved about the bartending and staff! They picked up on the vibes from my group and very personal with my guests! Another great thing about booking with Hazy was the pricing. When you book with Hazy, you end up getting a payment plan which made the payment process less stressful! Paying in parts made it feel less overwhelming! There weren’t any additional fees for trashcans, bags, or any other additional fees some other wineries tack on without you knowing. Overall, my wedding experience with Hazy was amazing and I’m so glad my husband and I selected this as our wedding venue! We have so many great memories from that day, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the hardwork from Sarah McGinnis and her wonderful wedding team!
