Hazy Mountain Winery is set in the Shenandoah Valley, amid the serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and makes a fantastic backdrop for your celebration and your photography. This refined property features 35 acres of vineyards and gorgeous Tuscan-style architecture, offering a taste of the Italian countryside in the state of Virginia. The Something Borrowed and Something Borrowed rooms provide get-ready spaces for you to relax and prepare for your big day. The Overlook is an outdoor ceremony site that features incredible mountain views. Your cocktail hour and backup ceremony site is the Monte Cielo room. Sala Toscana, the main reception area, accommodates up to 200 guests. This venue includes wheelchair-accessible features to add convenience and comfort for all visitors.
Hazy Mountain Winery hosts religious and non-religious ceremonies as well as commitment and vow renewal ceremonies. Additionally, this winery venue makes an ideal setting for elopements, civil unions, and second weddings. This venue's staff offers an all-inclusive experience, including event planning, catering, bar service, rentals, and service staff. The events team will coordinate with you to understand your wedding vision and will do their utmost to help bring your dreams to life. Rental items include tables, linens, glassware, flatware, china, and napkins.

I hold a degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Weddings/Events from James Madison University (2020), and throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across multiple areas of the wedding industry, including wedding venues, catering, and full-service planning. As a lead wedding planner, my focus is on creating unforgettable, seamless experiences that perfectly reflect the vision of each couple I work with. I’ve built strong relationships with local vendors in the Charlottesville area, enabling me to curate the best teams to bring each event to life. My favorite part of the job is seeing the culmination of all our hard work on the wedding day—watching every detail come together and seeing the joy of the couple and their loved ones is the ultimate reward.
