Healing Thyme creates meaningful wellness experiences for couples who want their wedding to feel as good as it looks. We believe some of the most memorable moments of a wedding happen in the pauses—the deep breath before walking down the aisle, the quiet moment with your closest people while getting ready, or the chance to actually slow down and take in everything you worked so hard to create. That is where we come in. Healing Thyme offers elevated, customizable wellness experiences including sound baths, guided meditation, breathwork, Medical Qigong, Reiki, tea ceremonies, grounding rituals, and other intentional practices designed specifically for weddings, welcome events, bridal-party gatherings, and wedding weekends. Our approach is less “wellness retreat” and more beautifully integrated experience. We work alongside couples, planners, venues, and creative teams to build something that fits naturally into the celebration—whether that is a 20-minute grounding session before the ceremony, a private experience for the couple, a full bridal-suite wellness activation, or several experiences woven throughout the wedding weekend. Healing Thyme grew from a deeply personal relationship with healing and energy medicine, and that background shapes the way we work today: thoughtful, intuitive, calming, and never one-size-fits-all. We are known for making practices that can sometimes feel unfamiliar feel approachable, beautiful, and genuinely enjoyable—even for the person in the group who swears meditation “isn't really their thing.” Every experience can be tailored to the couple, the setting, the guest count, and the energy they want to create. We offer both intimate experiences and larger group activations, and travel is available for destination weddings and events. Pricing and travel fees vary depending on location, length of service, number of practitioners, and the experiences selected, so we create customized proposals when needed. Most importantly, Healing Thyme is a welcoming space for all couples, families, cultures, identities, and traditions. Our role is never to prescribe what a wedding should feel like. It is to help couples create a little more room to be present for the one they already imagined. Because after months of planning every detail, you deserve to actually be there for it.
