A North Shore Oahu Original Paella Service. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY), our mission is to produce the best Paella in Hawaii. We use the finest ingredients at an affordable price. Lets face it, Hawaii is expensive enough, no need to spend alot for awesome food. Local seafood and organic meats along with the finest saffron steeped in a shrimp and lobster broth will make any wedding the best.
