She also had great relationships with the team there and I could rely on her to communicate with them. 2) Managing all our vendors: Jenna managed all communication with our vendors, and shared with them venue requirements, helped us secure vendor insurance and was even able to alert me when a vendor wasn't replying in a timely matter and allowed us to shift to a different florist and avoid a really bad experience. 3) Extreme organization with ability to shift: Jenna does an excellent job of knowing all the little details and how to keep everything organized, but can also easily shift when things need to. Jenna was a delight to work with from end-to-end. Our wedding day was flawless and beautiful and I got to be fully present and enjoy our day because of her diligent prep and day of execution.
