Heart and Music

Based in Denver, CO, Heart and Music are a live music band that specializes in wedding performances. Lovingly maintained by artists Tracie and Julie, this duo combines delightful instrumental melodies with fantastic vocals across a range of genres including classical, dance, jazz, and Latin. These musicians are happy to travel to accommodate couples on their big day, catering to destination weddings across the United States. Both Julie and Tracie have been passionate about music since they were young. Tracie began playing the piano at age eight, while Julie began singing solos when she was a toddler. These two musicians have performed all their lives, with Julie minoring in music at Western Michigan University. Heart and Music can perform at rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, receptions, and after-parties. They understand that every event is different, and tailor their music to the tastes of the engaged couple, as well as learning new songs upon request. They can offer romantic and subtle melodies to accompany the ceremony, and subtle background music for cocktail hours. For receptions, they can offer upbeat hits to get the crowd dancing, with world music, pop tracks, and rock tunes.
