His setup went smoothly, and he was happy to provide an extra mic for the speakers who needed them. He was prepared for our ceremony also, in case our live musicians couldn't play. He even was happy to find and play a song that our friend wrote, which we knew would be a somewhat annoying ask. He also made sure not to play anything on our do-not-play list, even if requested.

Nick used his own playlists for pre-ceremony and cocktail hour, and they were perfect. He blended his own song choices with ours for our dance floor, and it could not have worked out better. He continued the show with a great attitude and was so kind about the entire day. He handled our emcee'ing and our music transitions flawlessly. 10/10, Nick is your guy.

He met with us ahead of time and listened to what we wanted. Since we had a non-standard wedding between 2 cultures, he was able to tell us about what is common for a traditional western wedding as far as timing, announcements, common songs and entrances, etc. We were able to work together to create a theme and pacing that worked really well for our wedding. He is able to help if you have no clue what you want based on his extensive experience, and he was able to work with suggestions and personal visions for a big celebration. 3. Because we had several international guests, Nick took the time to ensure he was able to pronounce everyone's name correctly. 4. Nick has some great playlists, will help create a curated playlist based on example recommendations, play your own playlists if you share them, or can make recommendations on standard playlists that tend to be popular. Overall, we were very happy with Nick's help in making our special day truly special. You are in good hands with Nick!

He is genuinely well-priced and I found that to be rare in the wedding vendor industry. On the wedding day, he came early to set up and was organized and prepared. He made a seamless transition between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and into the reception. We got so many compliments on the music overall! As an MC Nick brought a lively energy and a great sense of humor all with lots of professionalism. Nick did an incredible job taking the temperature of the room and would move through the program and the songs as things flowed, nothing was forced or rushed, Nick made sure we just kept going. I thank Nick for his services at our wedding and his dedication to bringing our dream of a packed dance floor to life. We had the whole party from ages 24 - 85 dancing the whole night and never wanting to leave. Nick absolutely nailed it! I would not hire anyone else to DJ and MC my wedding. Every guest we've talked to since the wedding said it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding, and every song was a must-dance song. It was perfect! 10/10 would recommend.

And for our first dance and we worked together to figure out the right time to fade in/out. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a great DJ/MC for their special day!

Fast forward to wedding night and Nick is all set up at his DJ table ready to go. There were a few last minute changes: I as the groom added in a toast I did not tell him about prior and Nick worked with me to incorporate it with zero complaint and a smile on his face. The special day never goes exactly as planned, yet Nick is always quick on his feet, patient, and accommodating. We even heard from one of the Bridesmaids that this is the best music she's ever heard at a wedding. Huge compliments to Nick, highly reco mmend him. . “What if something happens and he doesn’t move back in time for the wedding?” My fiancee asked. Nick assured us that he was moving home and would not fail us. A few weeks later, we met him for coffee in Tacoma and discussed our playlist preferences. Despite our wide varying differences in musical tastes, Nick assured us he could make it work. On the day of our wedding, Nick showed up at noon. He got his gear set up and started playing background music while everyone scrambled about; taking pictures and putting the final touches on the venue. Nick got us across the finish line! After dinner, he got the party started with “This is how we Do It” by Montell Jordan. Everybody was dancing, and he struck the perfect tone! Then, something happened that I’m sure he was completely unaware of. In September 2017, we lost a friend (more like a brother) to Pancreatic Cancer. His favorite song was “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, by Whitney Houston. I turned around to find another friend in tears. “You know this was Neal’s song!” She sobbed. I knew it was his song, but how did Nick know this was his song? We only discussed one song by Whitney and that wasn’t the one. None of her songs made it onto our playlist! It was then, I knew that his spirit was with us on our special day. We were moved beyond words. Coincidence? I don’t know…but Nick made our day, among the most memorable of our lives.
