Based in Burrillville and Exeter, RI, Heart and Soul Ceremonies covers all of RI and parts of MA and CT. Our team has two full time and two part time licensed officiants. Each of us has somewhere between eight and twenty five years of experience.
Our officiants love meeting new couples, and we are very passionate about weddings. We work with our couples to craft a ceremony that each couple will love. We customize every element the ceremony, so that it captures your beliefs, your personalities, and your romantic connection. Heart and Soul Ceremonies wants you to have the ceremony that matches your love story.
We have experience with couples who come from near and far. Many of our weddings are destination weddings with the ocean state as the backdrop. We support any two people who are in love.
On your wedding day, we will strive to work with your other vendors to bring your dream wedding to life. We are always honored to be a part of this most important day.

She helped us through the entire process. The ceremony was beautiful, we got so many compliments from our friends and family and even the staff at the venue. I cannot recommend Heart and Soul Ceremonies enough! Robin let us personalize our wedding ceremony and tweak it to perfection. She shared our love story with our guests, which was beautifully put together and something we will never forget. Robin even dropped off our marriage license at town hall, while we were on our honeymoon. She was so helpful every step of the way, even during the rehearsal when my nerves started to get the best of me! Thank you so much, Robin! You made our wedding ceremony a dream come true!

Robin is the best! From my first phone call with her I knew she was the perfect person for what she does. My husband and I wanted to have a ceremony that was completely unique to us, to our spirituality, our families' cultural experiences, etc. Working with Robin really helped us pull an amazing personal service off! I hadn't been to many weddings, so having Robin's guidance around ceremonial structure and requirements was very helpful as my now husband I worked together to write what we wanted. While Robin says we did a lot of the work for her, we couldn't imagine collaborating with anyone else. And of course, her public speaking skills and support with the rehearsal were invaluable to us as well. So glad you were part of our amazing day!

Liz was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had searched high and low for an officiant that would fit our personalities and help make our big day seamless. When we had stumbled upon Heart and Soul, we chatted with Liz and knew immediately she would be the person who we wanted to marry us. From the beginning, Liz was amazing with communication, jumped on calls with us and led us through all of the steps we needed to be aware of before the wedding day. On our rehearsal evening, Liz met with us and walked us through every step of our ceremony from start to finish. She kept us calm and comfortable during our ceremony, and was such a pivotal part of making our big day as perfect as possible. Robin is so sweet, professional and extremely helpful during the entire process and she was available to me via email or text everyday. I got to pick from so many packages and was able to add parts that were special to me and my husband. She arrived on time, and she was very communicative about letting me know her expected arrival time. Within 48 hours after the special day my license was already processed! Robin was recommended by a close family friend and I am so glad I booked her. I had requested her information because I remembered how awesome she was back then and I am definitely hoping my other friends choose her as well. 10/10 recommend!!!

Working with Robin was such a great experience! We were able to meet her via zoom to ask some questions and get to know each other a little before the big day. The ceremony was perfect, Robin is excellent at public speaking and even made everyone laugh. She took care of everything after so we didn't have to which was such a kind gesture. Robin as so helpful throughout the entire process. From our first zoom meeting, to countless emails, to the day of, she was so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Even after the wedding when I’ve had questions, she’s always been willing to help and check in on how the process of changing my name has been going. Rev. Robin was the first officiant we met with, and both my husband and I instantly knew she was the person we wanted to officiate our ceremony. She was great to work with. We opted to put together a custom ceremony by sending her pieces of several ceremonies she had to make something special just for us. Robin put the pieces together seamlessly. She was able to corral the entire wedding party (including four little ones) and run through the ceremony a couple of times during the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, as I got to the front of the aisle, she showed me the literal stash of tissues she had with her. All of the little things like this that she did for us made our ceremony just that more special. Now a month after the wedding, people still comment on how good she was!

Rev. Liz was absolutely fabulous. Her communication was wonderful throughout this entire process. She sends you a huge variety of ceremonies that you can read through and make your own. She also did a great job at our rehearsal ensuring that everyone was on the same page and prepared for our ceremony. I would highly recommend!!

We worked with Reverend Liz, and we only have good things to say about her. She made our ceremony run so smoothly! She worked with us to create a personalized ceremony that was perfect for me and my husband. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, which was a huge help to us as we are from out of state. She let us know far in advance everything we would need to do for our marriage license and made the experience very stress free for us.

Rev. Liz is the absolute best!! We were stuck in quite a pickle when our original officiant (a family friend) backed out 6 weeks before our wedding, and we contacted Liz in a pinch. Luckily, she was available! Even though it was so last minute, Liz didn’t make us feel that way at all! She worked tirelessly to help us develop the perfect ceremony that was personalized to us, and to this day, our ceremony was my favorite part of our wedding. Liz made sure that she was able to make it to our rehearsal and led the entire rehearsal flawlessly despite us having a huge wedding party for her to wrangle. On the day of, Liz was timely and professional and she delivered our personalized ceremony beautifully. I would recommend Rev. Liz to anyone!

Robin is incredible! Although the first time we met was the day of the wedding, she was able to take a few questions that my Fiancé and I answered and weaved them into a beautiful and personalized ceremony script. Robin did a great job officiating our wedding. We were able to tailor our ceremony to our exact liking and she was very accommodating to our needs. She drove out of her way to make it to our rehearsal dinner so that the bridal party could practice our entrances and exits. She was a great support for us during our wedding planning.

We had Rev. Liz officiate our wedding and she was such a joy to work with! We didn't hire a wedding planner or do a rehearsal before the ceremony since our guest count was so small (~15 people) but Rev. Liz was so thoughtful and accommodating, giving us tips and recommendations for the ceremony that I wouldn't have otherwise thought of! She made sure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to relax and enjoy our day. I highly recommend booking with Heart and Soul Ceremonies!!

We had Robin and she was amazing! Due to covid we had to reschedule our wedding 3 times and she was always so responsive to all our date changes. She was unable to make our rehearsal due to traffic but called me to let me know! She also provided an email with a document with a bunch of super helpful information! The day of the wedding she was very on top of everything and made sure everybody knew exactly what to do. I couldn't recommend them more!

Robin was wonderful to work with as our officiant for our wedding! Everyone was commenting on how sweet and perfect the ceremony was. She was so helpful and professional and kept everyone on track from the rehearsal to the big day! We were one of the first weddings to cancel in March 2020, and Robin went with the flow over 4 date changes. Just a beautiful experience overall. Would definitely recommend!

Liz was fantastic to work with! She took the time to get to know my husband and I prior to the wedding. Day of the wedding, she just rolled with it like us. No one could of predicted the weather we could of had and she never let that bother her. She was reassuring, caring, and just an amazing person. Rev. Liz was amazing to work with! She was quick to respond to our questions and helped us in rescheduling our wedding date three times due to COVID. We met with her leading up to our wedding date to work on our ceremony and she was so knowledgeable about the whole process. She included a personal piece that myself and my husband wrote about each other in our ceremony and had all of our guests laughing and crying at times. She was so well spoken throughout the whole ceremony and all of our guests said what a great job she did. I highly recommend!

Rev. Liz officiated our wedding October 2019. Working with Liz was a pleasure. We're from out of state (Massachusetts) and Liz was flexible with planning the ceremony mostly remotely. We were provided with a multitude of example ceremonies to choose from and Liz was flexible with us picking and choosing our favorite parts of different ones to create a more customized ceremony. You can definitely tell Liz has a lot of experience, she made the process easy and as stress free as possible!

Paula was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I had to find another officiant two days prior to our wedding. Paula stepped in and was able to officiate a beautiful ceremony. We met Reverend Robin two weeks before our wedding and she was able to create a very fitting ceremony for the two of us. We were able to laugh during certain points and the ceremony was quick (and painless) like we requested. She was pleasant anytime I spoke to her and our ceremony was no different. She knew how nervous I was beforehand and made it a point to stop and see me to provide some encouraging words.

We initially met with Paula and she was so calming and great that we booked her right away! We knew that she was going to take the time to make our day and ceremony special. Due to unfortunate circumstances Paula was unable to perform our ceremony but we were connected with Robin who was AMAZING! Robin took the time to get to know me and my husband prior to the wedding and really made sure that we would have the ceremony that we wanted. The day of the wedding Robin was very calming and helped to ease all of my nerves. We could not have asked for a more perfect ceremony. We are so lucky that we were able to work with her!
