Working with Anna and Molly was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! They are so kind, incredibly organized and made our wedding day go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Heart of Maine. They stayed in touch with us up to the day. Molly and Anna were just wonderful. They picked up all of our decor and had our venue setup for us. They checked up on us throughout the night, helped coral exuberant guests, made sure we drank water + so much more! They were essential to us having an amazing wedding .

Molly and Anna were the perfect addition to my wedding day and such a joy to work with. I got married in October 2021 and was convinced that I didn’t need assistance since the guest list was 30 people. Needless to say, I was wrong. Heart of Maine helped me ensure that my wedding ran smoothly and all vendors were on the same page in expectations. They helped me create a custom timeline, managed the venue setup, and handled all direction throughout the wedding day. They even had super glue on hand when my earring broke right before my ceremony. My only wish is that I would have come to my senses and booked Heart of Maine sooner to make planning less stressful.

Molly & Anna were dream wedding planners! Detail-oriented, kind, organized. They worked with exactly what we wanted to do and operationalized everything. On the wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy the party because they handled everything. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
