Heart to Heart Bride

Firstly, this is the largest bridal retailer I’ve ever been to! They carry a huge selection of dresses and designers. The dressing rooms are so big, even the basic ones. It’s clean, they have a cute little celebration bar area, and a photo op area. I worked with Zoe and she was honestly so amazing. Normally I’m not the most comfortable being fully exposed as I’m hopping into wedding dresses but i was so comfortable with her. She has such a good energy, never made me feel like I was annoying, let me retry on dresses and worked with my process of elimination. I highly recommend this dress shop and Zoe of course! My experience here made me even more excited for my big day!  

I had an amazing experience with Heart to Heart Bride. I was able to book an appointment with ease bring all the important people in my life that I wanted to go through this experience with. They took the time to do a consultation with me to see what I was looking for and explain the process. My stylist (I’m almost positive was Hannah but I’m horrible with names) who was so kind and helped me feel so comfortable and welcome while trying on all the dresses. They pulled 4 dresses that I had already shared I like before/during my consultation and they kept pulling from the back to let me experience different styles and continuously checked in on what I liked and didn’t. A nice little treat when you say “yes to the dress” was a champagne toast for your whole group. I had such an amazing morning there and highly recommended Heart to Heart.

India was the best! She never got discouraged and made it her mission to not let me get discouraged either! She made the process so easy and as stress free as possible! The place is so clean and the private rooms for each bride makes the experience more personable and memorable. Thank you Heart to Heart Bridal!  

Zoe made this whole experience special and truly made me feel like I was beautiful in all the gowns I tried on. She listened to me about what I liked and disliked throughout the process and really strived to help me find a dress I was obsessed with and didn’t want to take off! I will be recommending Heart to Heart for any future brides!

Had the absolute BEST experience trying on wedding dresses!! Trying on clothes is normally not something I love doing as it normally makes me see all of my flaws. The staff was amazing and made sure to find pieces that would fit or at least give you a good idea of what it would look like in your size. Hannah was the sweetest person to work with and ended up, based on what I was loving and hating, finding the perfect dress! The selection of dresses is fantastic and I could not say enough great things about this experience♥️ first and only place I went to wedding stress shop and will tell everyone I know in the future to shop here!! 1000/10 would recommend. Their attention to detail made the experience both fun and unforgettable☺️

I was so impressed with the care heart to heart bridal took to make me feel special. The zoom consultation was great. I felt heard and validated in my vision. My stylist was Alyssa. She was so personable and match our energy. She understood what i was going for and didn't push me. I tried on THE DRESS 2nd and still got to explore to see if any other silhouettes or styles fit me better. It made me feel i made the best decision. I cannot wait for my fiancé to see me in a dress that looks like it was made for me. We got to go to the celebration lounge take as many pictures as we want and sty in the lounge as long as we wanted. I cannot thank Alyssa and heart to heart bridal enough for a very special day.

Shopping for my wedding dress at H2H was one of the best experiences I've had so far in the wedding planning journey. The staff was so communicative and on top of things in preparation for my appointment, making sure they understood the style I was looking for and that they stayed within budget. We were taken back to our appointment right on time, and were warmly welcomed by my stylist, Shelby. Shelby made my guests feel so comfortable, and even more so made me feel comfortable and talked more with me to make sure she understood what I was looking for. There were already a few dresses waiting for me in the dressing room so no time was wasted and we were able to get right into it. She took queues from what I did and didn't like, and kept pulling more dresses for me to try that were more and more beautiful. I felt that she really understood my vision and she executed it perfectly and helped me find my dream dress! She did such a wonderful job explaining next steps and options for veils, etc. I had such a great experience at H2H and understand why everyone sings their praises! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who's looking, and will also be taking my mom and future MIL back to look for their dresses as well. My experience at heart to heart bride was exceptional!! This was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I was quite nervous, as soon as I walked in and Alyssa introduced herself I felt immensely at ease. Alyssa was so confident and easy to talk to, which allowed me to feel the same way. All the dresses that Alyssa picked out for me to try on were chosen so well, I feel like she heard everything I was saying even when I couldn't put my feelings into words. When it was time to decide between my two top dress contenders - Alyssa made the dress 'break up' so easy, I don't think I have ever been so decisive in my life. LOL. I found my dream dress at Heart to Heart with all my special girls there with me. What seemed like such an intimidating day turned out to be one of the most memorable moments. I am so grateful for my experience at Heart to Heart bride! A huge thank you to everyone!!

WOW what an amazing experience at Heart to Heart Bride!! I made my appointment roughly two weeks before and within an hour had an email to schedule my 1-1 zoom call with Sarah. She began that by asking me about my fiance and our story and you can tell that she just loves love. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns and got an idea of what I was looking for. We talked for about 20 minutes and I never felt rushed to get off. I picked out four dresses from their Pinterest catalog to have in the room waiting for me upon arrival and she warned me IMMEDIATELY that one of my picks was out of my budget but offered to pull something similar. I really respected that, because she knew it was already a favorite and could've let me try it on and fall in love with it to try and make a sale for a more expensive gown and didn't. I will say though that when I got there only 3 dresses were in the room but they did still offer to go pull one. The bays that held my guests and had my changing room were so large and open. We never felt cramped and it also was relatively private, which I loved. My stylist put me in ~12 (maybe I lost count) different gowns and was so patient. She asked all the right questions and got closer to my vision each time she pulled dressed. Eventually, toward the end, she asked if I wanted to put my top contender back on again. She then grabbed the PERFECT veil to go with it. Up to that point I wasn't sold, I loved the dress a lot but didn't have that gut feeling everyone describes. When she put the veil on I immediately started grinning, then crying, and knew it was the one. You could tell that everyone there had joy for me. Sarah even came over to look and congratulate me. I originally had two appointments scheduled for the day, one at Heart to Heart and one at Lovely Bride an hour after. I'm from Buffalo and was travelling to Rochester so I figured I should make the trip worthwhile for my guests. While I was trying on dresses and I didn't have THAT moment I fully expected to have to go to Lovely Bride. When that didn't happen, Heart to Heart even covered the cost of the short notice cancellation of my second appointment at Lovely Bride, which was such an amazing touch. We had a celebratory toast in the lounge and they took a bunch of pictures for me of "she said yes to the dress". In the midst of all the emotion of finding my dress, I realized I never took a picture of myself in the dress with my veil. My sister had a video but I asked if it was at all possible to put the dress back on and they said yes with no hesitation! The whole time my stylist talked to me about my wedding plans and how she was so happy for me. That experience was everything to me, a once in a lifetime event, and I am SO grateful I came to Heart to Heart!! 10/10 experience, all the stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience at Heart to Heart Bride was truly something special. From the moment I walked through the doors, it felt magical- like the start of something unforgettable. Finding my dress there was such an amazing experience. Every single person I worked with was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about what I was feeling and envisioning. They listened, supported, and made the whole process feel effortless. My dress was absolutely stunning, and I felt so beautiful wearing it- I recieved endless compliments! I'm so grateful to the entire team for making such a meaningful part of this journey feel so perfect.

Heart to Heart Bride is an amazing place to get your dream dress! It’s very clean and a calm environment. It’s so nice that every bride gets their own space to try on their dresses. I opted for a Semi private dressing room because I only had a few guests. I couldn’t even tell if there were other brides there because I didn’t see anyone besides my guests and Zoe. Zoe was AMAZING and made sure I felt comfortable in every dress I tried on. She even went to get more dresses multiple times just to make sure I got all the details I wanted. I’m so happy for the experience I had at Heart to Heart, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had the best experience at Heart to Heart and said yes to a dress I'm in love with! Zoe was fantastic, she really understood what I was looking for and provided the perfect amount of support. I was pleased that I didn't have to sort through dresses myself like I ended up doing at another store - with their vast inventory and expertise, I like trusting the stylist to pull the best options and it added to the "white-glove" feeling! The experience, from the up-to-date Pinterest board to browse beforehand, to everyone on the staff, made the day seamless for me. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Rochester area.

The moment my family and I walked into Heart to Heart we already felt the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s an awesome feeling walking in and being greeted and everyone is smiling. Shelby is phenomenal! She really took good care of me during my appointment. I really appreciated how she listened as well as calmed my nerves. Very interactive not only with me but my family as well. Shelby we appreciate how you put all your focus on the bride and made this a fun but more so less stressful experience for everyone who came to support me.

The salon itself is beautiful. If you plan on going to this salon to find a dress make sure you go at least a year in advance to be sure you will get your dress in. They were my first salon and I now have a bigger perspective to draw from. I’ve been to other salons now that are much more willing to work with your personal vision and will work with making small tweaks to the dresses to make them absolutely perfect. At bride to bride they absolutely shut that down. They also would not let me look at dresses myself which I think was so useful other places I’ve been. They may have had my dress somewhere in store but there was no chance in finding it with the way they operate. I really hope they take this criticism and are more flexible with other brides so they don’t feel pressured into buying a dress they aren’t in love with.

Heart to Heart Bride was a amazing experience, I was lucky enough to have them be my first and last Bridal Shop! The two ladies that helped me knew exactly what I was envisioning and even knew when they looked at the dress that it would be the one! They were very patient, kind, but also were able to have a pace that wasn't overwhelming. I felt very comfortable there and cannot wait to refer to all my friends and family!

My stylists were amazing!! No pressure to buy anything. Very helpful and welcoming. Listened to my likes and dislikes and only pulled things that I liked.

Absolutely loved my experience at Heart to Heart! They were very quick to respond to my questions and very professional. I met with the owner Sarah, prior to my appointment to answer any questions or concerns I had and to help me know what to expect. For my appointment I worked with Taylor and right from the start she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She walked me through what to expect at the appointment and really listened to what I liked/didn’t like with each dress. She helped guide some of the feedback with specific questions about various parts of each dress to help me find the perfect dress for me. Although the dress was not initially what I had pictured I would wear, it’s perfect in every way and I can’t see myself in anything else. I really appreciate all her help and support!

I had a great experience at Heart to Heart. I went to Two Hearts Bridal first, but I didn’t find the one. I scheduled my next appointment with a slightly better idea about what I wanted. The owner, Sarah, was wonderful about responding to my questions and helping to ease my anxiety. My zoom call was great and the stylist was helpful and made me feel prepared for the appointment. My stylist at the appointment, Courtney, was amazing. She has been working at Heart to Heart for 7 years and she was able to help me understand what I did and didn’t like about a dress. She was able to pick up on small things that I liked and found a perfect dress for me. She made the entire experience really fun and easy.

They were so patient with my indecisiveness, but made the gentle suggestions and comments I needed to help me make a decision. Would highly recommend to any bride, we will be back for MOB dresses!

I went wedding dress shopping at Heart to Heart back in August. Zoe was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel super comfortable and listened to all of my feedback on each dress. Taylor was an absolute dream to have as my attendant. I felt so listened to and supported as she was able to tweak my feedback until we found the perfect dress. The entire experience was so seamless and organized - from having a zoom call ahead to talk out what I was looking for and have dresses waiting for me that matched my vision. I felt I had ample time to try what I needed to without being too little or too many gowns. The champagne and charcuterie after made it feel like such an experience to celebrate with my friends. The experience was so positive and welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

My wedding dress shopping experience was so memorable all thanks to Heart-to-Heart Bridal. Staff was so amazing and so friendly- especially Zoe she was so encouraging and a real sweetheart. They get in contact with you about a week prior to your actually appointment to get measurements and your aesthetic, and when you arrive, they already have 4 dresses handpicked for you to try on then and there! Once you found "the one" they took your photo in front of their sign to post on socials and allowed you and your party to rest in their celebration lounge with complimentary champagne! Atmosphere was amazing-the decor was beautiful, as a plus

I had such a wonderful experience here. I am originally from Buffalo and currently live in Florida and came in just to go here. After having a horrible experience at a place in Florida, the consultation was wonderful and really made me feel like i chose the right place. They have TONS of options and sizing. The Pinterest board of all the dresses and sizes they carry is so helpful to also help with any stress about maybe having a certain dress. Taylor my stylist was so helpful and kind. I never felt rushed or pressured. I loved the graze box and the champagne with my loved ones. I just cannot say enough about this place.

I am so grateful for my experience at Heart to Heart Bride! Before even arriving, I felt well prepared for what to expect through the pre-consultation zoom meeting and using their Pinterest page for inspiration. I was lucky enough to work with Elizabeth as my dress stylist and she did not disappoint. From the start, she had pulled the 3 dresses I had requested ahead of time. From there, she was able to assess the direction of my vision to pull other options. She also pulled completely different options (in terms of silhouette) to help me rule out styles more confidently. She was unbiased the entire time while still making me feel like the most beautiful girl in every dress I tried on. When I had decided on a gown, we walked through sizing and her recommendations for why she would choose one size over the other. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommend this shop to any 2025 bride!

I never expected to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience trying on dresses as a plus size Bride, and my experience at Heart to Heart has been better than I could have ever imagined at every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Heart to Heart to any and every bride! From my virtual consultation with Ashley, to my bridal appointment with Rachel, a follow up with Ashely, and email communications with Sarah, this team has been so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. It really felt like the entire experience was tailored to my needs. They had a beautiful and varied selection of gowns (and in sample sizes that fit!) and Rachel brought in a great mix of dresses and accessories I had asked for, along with things she thought I might like. I always felt comfortable, listened to, and encouraged. I never felt pressured and the team really let me take my time to find my dream dress, including helping me envision what my dress will look like with alterations and customizations. For my initial appointment, I booked the private suite which was SO beautiful and so fun since I had a bigger group of people with me. Having the extra space and time was so worth it for me, but the entire store is so beautiful that I don't think you can go wrong with any of their appointment options. I did a follow up appointment in one of their fitting rooms and it was still so spacious and private. Now that I've ordered my dress, I STILL feel so supported by the Heart to Heart team as they've been so responsive with any questions and have followed up with recommendations for tailors/seamstresses that are best suited for my needs. The consultants were amazing and receptive to my comments and feedback for things I liked and didn't like about the dresses. After a long day of work, I had 3 gowns waiting for me to try on. Zoe was able to understand my nerves and excitement, I felt like she got me. I found this amazing gown, I'm so excited to show my fiancée this gown in a year! 2 hours was plenty to find a dress!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Taylor was my stylist and no matter how anxious I got, she kept her cool and kept me and my family all laughing and gave us all great details about each dress. She listened to me when I said I didn’t like something and made sure I was honest to myself. I walked away with my wedding dress ordered and I can’t be more excited! The only “bad thing” I have to point out is, you’re given directions to wait in your car when you arrive. When they are ready for you, you’ll get a call or text. I never got that call or text. We waited in our vehicles for 10 minutes before I called them. I was told they’ve been ready for me. I lost approx 15 minutes of my 2 hour appt. Which doesn’t seem like a lot, but that time FLYS by. ((Maybe it was a really busy day)) I’m still giving a 5 star because Taylor really changed my experience. She quickly apologized for the appt arrival mishap and she had dresses ready for me! Her professionalism, ability to hear something and produce options right away, and just over all REALLY great to work with really helped me feel more at ease. Thank you so much!!

My experience at Heart to Heart was beyond wonderful! I thought I'd have a hard time finding a dress I liked and felt amazing in, but it was just the opposite! Taylor was my stylist and she brought in beautiful dresses...I almost couldn't narrow it down because each had things I liked. Taylor was attentive, encouraging, and I never felt rushed. She selected dresses based on my feedback of what I liked and didn't like about everything I tried on. Ultimately, I did say yes to my dress and couldn't be happier!

This is a wonderful store to go to if you're a bride looking for your perfect wedding dress. Not only do they have affordable and beautiful dresses but they have amazing staff who listen to you and want to help you feel perfect on your special day. I had Emily help assist me and she was so sweet. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and was able to help me find my perfect dress!! Picking out a few dresses on their Pinterest board and then having a virtual consultation beforehand made the appointment go super smoothly and gave my stylist, Courtney, a good starting point.
