I went wedding dress shopping at Heart to Heart back in August. Zoe was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel super comfortable and listened to all of my feedback on each dress. She was such a joy to work with and I truly enjoyed getting to know her. She helped me pick the dress of my dreams!! My family and I loved her so much my mother and soon to be mother in law want to work with her to find their mother of the bride/groom dresses. Thank you so much Zoe!

From the first Zoom meeting before my dress shopping day to celebrating my dress purchase with a champagne toast, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this store! I had Shelby help me during my fitting and she was so caring and respectful of my thoughts and opinions. This was the only place I went dress shopping and I am so grateful that I got to experience this with their team!

I had the absolute best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Heart to Heart Bride. Zoe made the process so fun, easy, and enjoyable from the zoom consultation to the dresses ready for me and then to the dress I said YES to! She listened to what I liked, my concerns, and how I felt in the dress and brought out dresses that I loved. Zoe made sure that I was comfortable in every dress and kept the good vibes going the entire time!

Rachel was great! She did amazing at finding what styles I was looking for and was super helpful. The shop had a huge selection of dresses and styles! Can’t recommend enough! 10/10 reccomend and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Taylor was an absolute dream to have as my attendant. I felt so listened to and supported as she was able to tweak my feedback until we found the perfect dress. The entire experience was so seamless and organized - from having a zoom call ahead to talk out what I was looking for and have dresses waiting for me that matched my vision. I felt I had ample time to try what I needed to without being too little or too many gowns. The champagne and charcuterie after made it feel like such an experience to celebrate with my friends. The experience was so positive and welcoming, I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

My wedding dress shopping experience was so memorable all thanks to Heart-to-Heart Bridal. Staff was so amazing and so friendly- especially Zoe she was so encouraging and a real sweetheart. They get in contact with you about a week prior to your actually appointment to get measurements and your aesthetic, and when you arrive, they already have 4 dresses handpicked for you to try on then and there! Once you found "the one" they took your photo in front of their sign to post on socials and allowed you and your party to rest in their celebration lounge with complimentary champagne! Atmosphere was amazing-the decor was beautiful, as a plus

The shop is absolutely stunning! We had a private area to try dresses on which was super nice! Taylor was beyond lovely! She helped to make my experience so special! I felt listened to, supported, and beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had such a wonderful experience here. I am originally from Buffalo and currently live in Florida and came in just to go here. After having a horrible experience at a place in Florida, the consultation was wonderful and really made me feel like i chose the right place. They have TONS of options and sizing. The Pinterest board of all the dresses and sizes they carry is so helpful to also help with any stress about maybe having a certain dress. Taylor my stylist was so helpful and kind. I never felt rushed or pressured. I loved the graze box and the champagne with my loved ones. I just cannot say enough about this place.

I am so grateful for my experience at Heart to Heart Bride! Before even arriving, I felt well prepared for what to expect through the pre-consultation zoom meeting and using their Pinterest page for inspiration. I was lucky enough to work with Elizabeth as my dress stylist and she did not disappoint. From the start, she had pulled the 3 dresses I had requested ahead of time. From there, she was able to assess the direction of my vision to pull other options. She also pulled completely different options (in terms of silhouette) to help me rule out styles more confidently. She was unbiased the entire time while still making me feel like the most beautiful girl in every dress I tried on. When I had decided on a gown, we walked through sizing and her recommendations for why she would choose one size over the other. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommend this shop to any 2025 bride!

I never expected to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience trying on dresses as a plus size Bride, and my experience at Heart to Heart has been better than I could have ever imagined at every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Heart to Heart to any and every bride! From my virtual consultation with Ashley, to my bridal appointment with Rachel, a follow up with Ashely, and email communications with Sarah, this team has been so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. It really felt like the entire experience was tailored to my needs. They had a beautiful and varied selection of gowns (and in sample sizes that fit!) and Rachel brought in a great mix of dresses and accessories I had asked for, along with things she thought I might like. I always felt comfortable, listened to, and encouraged. I never felt pressured and the team really let me take my time to find my dream dress, including helping me envision what my dress will look like with alterations and customizations. For my initial appointment, I booked the private suite which was SO beautiful and so fun since I had a bigger group of people with me. Having the extra space and time was so worth it for me, but the entire store is so beautiful that I don't think you can go wrong with any of their appointment options. I did a follow up appointment in one of their fitting rooms and it was still so spacious and private. Now that I've ordered my dress, I STILL feel so supported by the Heart to Heart team as they've been so responsive with any questions and have followed up with recommendations for tailors/seamstresses that are best suited for my needs. The Zoom consultation made me feel super comfortable prior to coming in for the appointment and it was nice to show up to pre selected dresses based on my wishlist. The consultants were amazing and receptive to my comments and feedback for things I liked and didn't like about the dresses. I picked a dress and they continued to make me feel special afterwards with a champagne toast. It felt like such a personalized and luxurious experience. 10/10 would recommend Heart to Heart!

After a long day of work, I had 3 gowns waiting for me to try on. Zoe was able to understand my nerves and excitement, I felt like she got me. I found this amazing gown, I'm so excited to show my fiancée this gown in a year! 2 hours was plenty to find a dress!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Taylor was my stylist and no matter how anxious I got, she kept her cool and kept me and my family all laughing and gave us all great details about each dress. She listened to me when I said I didn’t like something and made sure I was honest to myself. I walked away with my wedding dress ordered and I can’t be more excited! The only “bad thing” I have to point out is, you’re given directions to wait in your car when you arrive. When they are ready for you, you’ll get a call or text. I never got that call or text. We waited in our vehicles for 10 minutes before I called them. I was told they’ve been ready for me. I lost approx 15 minutes of my 2 hour appt. Which doesn’t seem like a lot, but that time FLYS by. ((Maybe it was a really busy day)) I’m still giving a 5 star because Taylor really changed my experience. She quickly apologized for the appt arrival mishap and she had dresses ready for me! Her professionalism, ability to hear something and produce options right away, and just over all REALLY great to work with really helped me feel more at ease. Thank you so much!!

The stylists at Heart to Heart truly aim to get you the dress of your dreams. Nonetheless, the location itself is absolutely stunning. They have done a great job at Heart to Heart Bride. My experience at Heart to Heart was beyond wonderful! I thought I'd have a hard time finding a dress I liked and felt amazing in, but it was just the opposite! Taylor was my stylist and she brought in beautiful dresses...I almost couldn't narrow it down because each had things I liked. Taylor was attentive, encouraging, and I never felt rushed. She selected dresses based on my feedback of what I liked and didn't like about everything I tried on. Ultimately, I did say yes to my dress and couldn't be happier!

This is a wonderful store to go to if you're a bride looking for your perfect wedding dress. Not only do they have affordable and beautiful dresses but they have amazing staff who listen to you and want to help you feel perfect on your special day. I had Emily help assist me and she was so sweet. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and was able to help me find my perfect dress!! Heart to Heart made it super easy to find my perfect dress! Picking out a few dresses on their Pinterest board and then having a virtual consultation beforehand made the appointment go super smoothly and gave my stylist, Courtney, a good starting point. Courtney really listened to my likes and dislikes and with her extensive knowledge of the inventory she was able to pull some amazing dresses for me. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Heart to Heart Bride!

My daughter and I went here last fall to look at wedding dresses. Although she did not make a purchase the consultant who helped us (sorry ,I forgot her name) was very helpful and patient. I myself went there about a month and a half ago to look for a Mother of the Bride outfit. I did not make a purchase but consultant Zoe was very helpful and patient.

They were also great when I came back to try on again and purchase my dress, the whole experience was a lot of fun!!

Zoe helped me find my dream dress at Heart to Heart last weekend! She was so knowledgeable and kind throughout both the first appt and my YES appt, taking things that I said I did/didn't like and pulling dresses that made sense to pull based on my feedback. She let me try on all different styles, fabrics and necklines (even ones I thought I would hate, she's really good at her job!) until I found the perfect one. All the other staff were so kind and hyped me up the entire day! The new location is so adorable and everything I could have wanted for one of the most fun days of my engaged era so far! 10/10 would return and recommend to anyone. I got my dress almost 2 years ago before Heart to Heart moved to a larger store, but I just recently got married so I choose to do the review now! I loved that I got to have a consultation via zoom ahead of time, it made the selection when I got there a lot more personal. I also really appreciated the flexibility with them allowing a larger crowd to come to my dress shopping session. We were told that we were one of the most well behaved large groups! Lol. I ended up selecting the second dress I tried on, right off the rack, which saved me a bit of money! Ashley helped me so much with finding the right wedding gown for me! She also helped me a bunch with finding the right veil and headpiece that was braided into my hair on wedding day. I really appreciated it. Heart to Heart really made the experience of getting my wedding dress, memorable and enjoyable :)

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience I could have dreamed of at Heart to Heart Bride. The store immediately feels warm and welcoming and gets you excited to be in it. Along with the good vibes it gives, it is super accommodating. During both appointments I had I came with my service dog and the staff was super respectful with him being there and never made me feel uncomfortable during my time there. Madison was my stylist and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in my wedding dress and shared similar emotions with me when I found "the one" which was extra special as I had gone to the first appointment by myself with my service dog so it was great to share that moment with her. I had made a second appointment for family to see the dress and I made sure to schedule it with Madison again and the experience then was just as wonderful as my first- I highly recommend having her as your stylist if you can! We ended my dress shopping experience with champagne, there are non-alcoholic options available, and a charcuterie box in the celebration lounge. Needless to say, I'm thrilled to have had my experience at Heart to Heart Bride and highly recommend their store to anyone looking for their wedding gown!

Heart to Heart is the first bridal shop I've visited that had a personal zoom call prior to the appointment. Having the consultation before really cut out a lot of the guess work that I’ve gone through at other shops. Shelby was so fabulous while I was looking for my dresses. She had four dresses lined up, two of which I already had on my Pinterest without having to show her! Shelby really understood the assignment and the second round of dresses she brought out had the dress I ultimately said yes to! The space is beautiful and feels very special and private too. Loved my experience here.

From the consultation meeting with Ashley to saying YES to the dress with Alyssa, everything was perfect! When I arrived at my appointment, there was already 4 dresses waiting for me to try on. Heart to Heart in Webster was the only bridal shop that I visited, but it was the only one I needed! The dress I chose was the second dress I put on. My attendant, Madison, was so sweet and helped me enjoy the experience to the fullest. We had the entire shop to ourselves too, which was really nice to not have to hide any emotions that arose. Highly recommend!

Heart to Heart Bride is an absolutely beautiful store! Alyssa was extremely helpful and helped me say yes to the dress! She picked a dress based on my style selection that I didn’t even know they had. She helped keep me centered on what I wanted and was so supportive throughout the entire appointment. They have so many options in a range of sizes. Being a plus sized bride can be intimidating and they don’t make you feel that way at all. They have everything from clean simplistic to designer dresses. From the virtual consult to the champagne celebration with my loved ones in their beautiful lounge afterwards, this was an amazing experience I’d recommend to anyone. I chose to do an upgraded experience that was more than worth it. I love that they give many different options for their bridal appointments.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and did the celebration package. I had the best time through and through. I felt comfortable with the girls who helped me and I felt comfortable with the process as their communication was amazing. I sent pictures of dresses that I liked and they had 4 of them already set up in the room for me. Courtney is an absolute gem. She made me feel SO comfortable and we laughed together and I could tell her heart was in it. She genuinely was so kind. Heart to Heart was the one and only dress shop I went to. I am normally a very indecisive person, but my stylist, Rachel, was everything I needed and more! She made me feel comfortable and put me into styles I never thought I’d like. I knew Rachel was going to be great when she said “I got your back” before opening the curtains to show my family and friends the dresses. Ultimately I could not have had a better experience finding my dream dress if it weren’t for my thoughtful and caring stylist, Rachel. Heart to Heart Bride helped me get my dream wedding dress for my wedding! I found the dress online and was calling almost anywhere in New York State to try to find a place that carried it! Heart to Heart was able to order in a sample of the dress in my size (18), and when I tried it on, I loved it! We ordered it right away, and when it arrived (way sooner than anticipated) Heart to Heart Bride was accommodating with having people come with me for the try on. Madison was my stylist, and she was very helpful! The only reason I am not giving this a 5-star review is due to the "tip" at the end of the appointment. My dress was roughly $3K, and when we went to order the gown and pay in full, there was a tip section that was not skippable, and quite hefty. I completely understand the tip concept, but since I found my dress by myself online, and paid to have a sample shipped to the store, my stylist didn't do much besides helping me in the dress and help us order it. Otherwise, I 100% recommend this place to find your perfect dress, especially as a curvy girl! The selection they have is wonderful!

As a curvy bride, wedding dress shopping made me very nervous. I did not want to try on dresses that sorta fit and had to use a lot of imagination to picture what it was going to look like the day of. Madison was fantastic every step of the way, always making sure I was comfortable and heard. She had dresses pulled for me ahead of time, and encouraged me to try things out of my comfort zone. Once I was down to two choices she added different options like skirts and veils so I could get the whole picture. It really helped me to feel confident in my decision. I will send anyone that asks me to your shop for bridal dresses and mother of the bride dresses. Fantastic, fantastic work.

I had such an amazing experience at Heart to Heart Bridal. The salon is gorgeous and so welcoming. Out semi private room was so nice, it was like we were the only ones there. Rachel was fantastic. She laughed and cried with me when I had my bridal moment. She zeroed right in on what I wanted in my dream dress and she found it for me. I also did the celebrate and graze package and the charcuterie board wand champagne was delicious. All of the staff were so friendly! Can't compliment this shop enough!

I had an AMAZING experience! I came to Heart to Heart with one dress in mind and Zoe, the consultant, pulled a few similar styles for me to start with. Everything she pulled was exactly aligned with my vision I had described prior, but she also pushed my vision to make sure I knew my options and didn’t keep myself in a box. She was also very calming and kept checking in to make sure I was actually loving it and not getting influenced by my group. When I was torn between two gowns at the end she did not try to push one or the other and talked me through my decision in a respectful and helpful way! It was SO fun saying yes to the dress at Heart to Heart :)

I visited Heart to Heart this past weekend and am still on cloud 9 from the absolutely dream come true experience I had! From the very beginning, the process was incredibly interactive and personalized to me. Sarah took the time to answer my questions and help me make initial selections. When I arrived for my appointment, my dress selections were all hung up and ready to try on. Shelby was absolutely AMAZING! She was so accommodating and so patient as this was my first time dress shopping and I had a big group there to support me. Based on my initial selections, she provided me with suggestions (that I LOVED). I got to say yes to my dream dress and couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience. Everyone at heart to heart was so nice and very helpful! Setting up an appointment was a breeze and they made sure they were available any time via email text or phone! Their fitting rooms were very private like you were the only ones there! Katie was absolutely awesome! She was so knowledgeable and really listened to what I liked when trying to narrow it down which led to saying yes to a dress that makes me feel like a princess!

Shelby did an AMAZING job making me feel comfortable throughout the whole dress shopping experience. She was extremely patient with me even though I tried on lots of dresses and was feeling a little indecisive. She was so receptive of my feedback and helped me find my dream dress! Rachel was SO phenomenal! She was very receptive to my feedback and had great suggestions for things to try. She was so patient, kind, and supportive. Even when I was struggling with feeling indecisive and wishy-washy, she never made me feel pressured or rushed. After my initial appointment, she reached out to let me know they had a dress coming in for one weekend only as part of a trunk show, and she thought of me because it had a lot of things I was looking for. She was able to fit me in for an appointment to check it out, was wonderful about helping me compare the trunk show dress versus my previous front-runner, and I fell in love with the trunk-show dress. It’s my perfect dress, and without Rachel’s help, I wouldn’t have even known it existed. She really went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for all of her help! It also happened that the designer of my dress was there when I went for that second appointment. He popped his head in to see how I liked it, and I was able to ask him some questions about how it should fit and alterations things, which was really neat. He was also very friendly and helpful. The front end team was really helpful when I called with questions. The new location is also so beautiful and spacious. I had a wonderful experience at Heart to Heart Bride. Highly recommend them!

I had the most incredible experience picking out my dress at heart to heart. I can’t say enough positive things about Sarah, Madison and all of the staff. Attending the bridal fashion show Friday night and winning a Justin Alexander gown of my choice was a DREAM. Nothing will ever beat this weekend besides for when I wear my dream dress on my wedding day next year! Thank you ALL x a million! Last week, I had the most amazing experience when I went to Heart to Heart for my first bridal appointment. My consultant was Katie and she did such an amazing job! Prior to my appointment, the salon called me and did a thorough job asking me about my vision and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. They made me feel comfortable and heard. I had one dress in mind, in particular, so I emailed them a picture of that dress as well as 3 others that I was hoping to start with during my appointment. When I walked in to my appointment, they had the dresses ready in the beautiful try-on room. The process of trying the dresses on was easy and comfortable. I was worried that it would be hard to get a realistic vision of what dresses would look like since I figured many of them wouldn’t zip all the way, but they had a range of sizes and had different gadgets to attach to the dress to get the best vision of how they’ll fit when you order your size. I deliberately made my appointment for a Monday after work so it was a little slower, so I had Katie’s last appointment of the day. It was supposed to be a 90 minute appointment but it turned out to be a little closer to 2 hours (I didn’t want to take my dress off!). Despite this, Katie never made me feel rushed or like I had to leave. She also picked out the most incredible veil that perfectly matches my dress. My experience was so amazing. I cannot wait to receive my dress and wear it on my special day in August 2024!!

They were beyond professional, super sweet and caring, my stylist and everyone else made me feel so comfortable. As a bigger girl it’s hard to find dress shops that have just as many beautiful options that we can try on. Thanks to my wonderful stylist I was able to find my dream dress and purchase it in under 2 hours

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Heart to Heart Bride! Before even getting to my appointment, they wanted to know which dresses I liked on their Pinterest board so they could have them waiting for me on arrival! I nearly had to cancel my entire appointment due to being stranded on the side of the highway with a broken down car, I immediately called and let them know about the situation and they were so understanding and caring! Luckily my MOH came to my rescue while my fiancé stayed with the car and as soon as I walked in, Madison was there waiting. When I walked into the fitting room, it was so cozy and nothing like any other bridal shop I had been to. Madison was absolutely amazing! Not only was she helpful, but she ultimately found the dress of my dreams and made the entire process stress free! I didn’t feel rushed even though I was late to my appointment and was there after closing! My mother, myself and Madison all teared up once I had the veil on with the dress that I said yes to! This was by far the best experience I’ve had and would highly recommend coming here even if you’re just visiting like I was! 10/10 would recommend!

Heart to Heart Bride was such a fun experience! I highly recommend stopping there. They have a wide range of dresses within an affordable price range and many sizing options to try on. Madison was very experienced and helped me find the perfect dress. She prepared my fitting room with all the dresses I had pre-picked out which was a huge help. The notes to the bride were also a very special touch. The new location they have is gorgeous! I loved the celebration lounge with areas to take pictures and champagne. Definitely lots of fun!

Heart to Heart Bridal was a great bridal shop to go to. They do a virtual consult with you, free of charge, prior to your appointment to understand what styles of dresses you might like more. When you're at the appointment, they are very helpful and ask you questions about what aspects of each dress you like while you're on the pedestal deciding. They definitely want to set you up for success. I did not try one dress that was over my budget, and they were able to look at shipping dates prior for each dress that I tried on because my wedding was in 7 months. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was so nervous about finding the right dress, I almost had no idea where to start. My stylist (Katie) was so kind and immediately put me at ease. She helped me be comfortable enough to try styles I thought I would be too insecure in but I fell in love with my dress thanks to her! She genuinely cared about me leaving satisfied! The staff were all lovely and I will always recommend this boutique due to my amazing experience!

After going to a few places and not having the best time I decided to come here. The customer service was amazing. They called me a few days before my appointment to get my vibe and see what styles I liked. The day of my appointment I worked with Madison who was a doll! First dress I tried on was the dress. I wanted to try on a few others and Madison was the “no problem I got you” girl! I went back and tried on the first dress. I cried, she cried and my family did. Everyone was so sweet letting me know how gorgeous I was. Truly the best place. Also, I feel it’s the best place for a plus size bride who doesn’t want a corset back!

Heart to Heart Bridal was amazing to work with. The team was very welcoming, and my stylist Madison was incredible! I had picked out a few dresses on my own before coming in, but based on my reactions and likes/dislikes, Madison was attentive and listened and decided to pull one more dress she thought would check all of the boxes. And that dress ended up being the ONE! Dress shopping can be stressful, but Heart to Heart bridal made it relaxing and fun!

I had a great experience at Heart to Heart Bride! They are wonderful at communicating, which was comforting in the wedding planning process. They have so many different dresses and a wide range of sizes for you to try on in store, which was really nice when trying on dresses so you could realistically see how a dress would look. I felt like their pricing and turn around time on the dress was fair as well!

I worked with Two Hearts Bridal in Manchester and had an amazing experience. Due to COVID restrictions, I was not able to have a traditional in-person appointment, but instead had virtual consultations and an at-home appointment to try on gowns. Amy was incredible, offering her knowledge, kindness, and guidance in selecting gowns and then advising as I tried them on at home and to find the perfect one. The experience was made so simple with dress clips even included in the box and guidance over a video call. I would absolutely recommend working with Two Hearts Bridal when shopping for your perfect dress!

This place was great. Small and easy to look through the dresses. The staff was very helpful and I was able to find a dress in about an hour. It was very easy and stress free.

Heart to Heart made the whole process so easy, from the minute I walked in to the boutique I felt so welcomed. They took care of all of my needs, and they had the timeline for ordering and altering my dress down perfectly! I was so happy with how my dress turned out, I would recommend Heart To Heart to anyone! When I was searching for dresses I had a question for the manufacturer. A different bridal store was not able to find out the answer for me and made it seem like it was an impossible question to have answered. When I went to Heart to Heart to try on the same dress (since I was finishing my graduate program upstate and it was easier to get the dress where I was most of the time) Sara called the company and got an answer within minutes. When I went to pick up me veil the company sent in the wrong one and Sara and everyone else called that company to make sure I would get my veil in time. I was shown by Heart to Heart the information of the veil I requested and the information that was submitted to the manufacturer and it was not a mistake on Heart to Heart’s end. When I went in to pick up my veil they remembered who I was and what I was picking up and double/triple checked the viel prior to letting me try it on. When I was having my dress fitted at the store in Manchester the semtreses were amazing. There was a litt
